This was a great place to stay our first time traveling to Vietnam. Great neighborhood for visitors. Tuyen was very helpful and responsive and the apartment was as pictured, we had a great experience!

The place is modern and clean and has everything you’ll need. We felt really well here! Junni was super nice and responded within seconds! She’s lovely. Also the neighbourhood has lots of sport activities and the pool is awesome. Ah and the WiFi really good too!

I really enjoyed my stay. This is pretty much. Self contained development with restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The gym was well equipped. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Amazing Stay in the suburban area of Ho Chi Minh City! We had a fantastic stay at Thànhs apartment! The location is perfect for families with easy access to great restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thànhs was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The building felt safe, and the amenities were top-notch. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Nhưng điều làm mình thực sự rung động là chiếc ban công rộng mở, nơi có thể ôm trọn view sông Sài Gòn trong tầm mắt. Đêm xuống, chỉ cần một ly trà, ngồi đó lặng nhìn thành phố lên đèn, lòng bỗng chùng lại, cảm giác bình yên đến khó tả… 🛏 Sống chậm lại, tận hưởng từng khoảnh khắc Mọi thứ trong căn hộ đều khiến mình muốn tận hưởng thêm một chút nữa: ✨ Chiếc giường êm như mây, vừa đặt lưng đã chìm vào giấc ngủ sâu. 🏊‍♂️ Tiện ích đỉnh cao – Đúng nghĩa nghỉ dưỡng Bước xuống khuôn viên, mình cứ ngỡ đang lạc vào một resort 5 sao. Great stay!

Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

Nice place to stay with a family with kids. The master bedroom is big and a spacious bathroom. My girls love the big screen Tivi in the master bedroom where they just want to stay home to relax and watch movies. It’s very nice for a walk around the complex, nice swimming pool even though we didn’t have chance for a swim. Thanks Son for accomodating us. Will be back next time in HCM

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The team was very responsive anytime I had a question. Also, they provided me recommendations and handled my early check-in and check out with ease. Thank you so much!

This place worked out so perfectly, as I had friends staying in the same building. What a find! It provided a perfect home base for my first stay in Ho Chi Minh City. It was just as it was presented to be, and the host could not have been more responsive and gracious.

A fantastic couple who rents this place and really makes you feel at home. Everything great with the apartment... Recommended :-)

전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 다만, 에어컨이 작동하지 않아 어려움이 있었습니다. 밤늦게 호스트에게 연락했고, 응답이 빨랐습니다. 늦은시간이라 에어컨을 수리할 수 없기에 선풍기를 가져다주었고 다행히 잠들수 있었습니다. 빠른대응에 좋은 인상을 받았습니다.

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

We had a nice time, loved the place.
