Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

Nice place to stay with a family with kids. The master bedroom is big and a spacious bathroom. My girls love the big screen Tivi in the master bedroom where they just want to stay home to relax and watch movies. It’s very nice for a walk around the complex, nice swimming pool even though we didn’t have chance for a swim. Thanks Son for accomodating us. Will be back next time in HCM

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

We visited the apartment and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance, design, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Special thanks to Tori for his exceptional assistance throughout our visit. The buliding and park area was a highlight—immaculately maintained and perfect for relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a blend of luxury and comfort.

Host provided a different listing but in the same area, in one of its neighbouring buildings. Interacted mostly with Hanna's co-host Junny. Awesome place, quiet, clean, well-looked after. Overall, really good stay!

Perfectly located with just a bridge to cross over to district one. There are 2 convenience stores located at the ground floor and a coffee shop as well. The place is well maintained, clean and stylish. Communicating with Sam was very easy and he was so kind to give me an early check in. Highly recommended.

She was very kind and responded quickly to questions. I took care of the problem as soon as it happened, and if I come back here I will stay again next time.

Great stay! Super close and walkable to all the sights. Air conditioning is not strong, but there's a fan to supplement when it's too hot. Good communication from Tran.

An’s place is located in a wonderful area for tourists to check out the main sites of Saigon! I love that it is tucked away in a little alleyway away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets of District 1, but still perfectly located. You can hear a lot of what happens in the alleyway but it’s really just the few neighbors going about their daily lives. The bed was very comfy and clean. Highly recommend!

This lovely apartment is in a new development. It is very quiet in the area. The view is pretty. It offers a get away from the busy-ness of the city centre. There isn’t a lot around the apartment in terms of places to eat/conveniences within walking distance. We used the pool a lot. Great to have a washing machine when travelling.

Excellent value and within walking distance to everything we needed. The room was clean with everything we could need and there even a washer/dryer for laundry. Dan was particularly helpful with check in and out. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic time staying here, delightful, friendly neighbours, cafe, communal outside gym & little social space plus restaurants & shop downstairs. This is a genuine, local and residential setting, you’ll feel like a local. The decor was so fun and unique, some really cool stuff. Everything we needed was to hand, umbrellas, sun hats, needle & thread etc… Loved sitting on the balcony, filled with plants & bonsai, over-looking the communal area below. Loved the arcade game & big screen TV & super comfy sofa. This place made our stay in Saigon unforgettable.

Very nice location close to shops and restaurants in the city center. Rooms are clean and very quiet.
