Clean and nice little homely apartment in the city centre, walkable to nice coffee places to chill. Balcony and smart TV is a nice touch to the stay. Not to mention the responsive and kind host that makes the stay enjoyable.

It’s a new listing in a very new, and luxurious building. The apartment had very modern amenities including a bidet and washer/dryer. Only problem is the construction above. Since it’s still very new, the apartments are still being built out so there was a lot of banging noises Monday-Sat, starting early at 7:30-8am. If you are planning to stay here, take that into account. Once the construction is done, this apartment will be an amazing place to stay. I would rebook again.

I had a pleasant stay in here. I stayed for over a week and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and situated in a well-maintained building. The view from the unit was absolutely stunning, making my stay even more enjoyable. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Nice place to stay with a family with kids. The master bedroom is big and a spacious bathroom. My girls love the big screen Tivi in the master bedroom where they just want to stay home to relax and watch movies. It’s very nice for a walk around the complex, nice swimming pool even though we didn’t have chance for a swim. Thanks Son for accomodating us. Will be back next time in HCM

We stayed at Quynh’s place for an extended period and truly appreciated her responsiveness and effort in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The home was immaculately clean, and any issue that came up was quickly addressed. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of District 1, with a gym and public swimming pool just across the street and plenty of great coffee shops within walking distance. Despite being in the middle of the city’s energy, the space gave us a quiet place to rest and recharge. Quynh was incredibly proactive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She genuinely cares about her guests’ experience and goes above and beyond to help. If you’re looking for a well-located home with a great host, this is a solid option.

We were 5 with my wife and our 3 kids. The apartment is big and cosy, perfectly situated, with access to a swiming pool! The host was easy to reach and very supportive! Excellent stay, excellent view!

Great location right next to District 1. Many stores, coffee shops and restaurants around the apartment block. The apartment is very comfortable, has the amenities for some light cooking, the washing machine is very nice. All in all I would stay here again.

Amazing private room at an up and coming location in Thu Thiem. Highly recommend to all travelers. Huge pool and nice gym facility as well. Very convenient and most importantly quiet neighborhood.
