이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

깨끗하고 시설도 매우 좋았습니다. 방8개중에 1방은 집 외부에 있는건 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외는 다 만족스러웠습니다.

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

Appartamento davvero spettacolare, pare di dormire in un locale trendy notturno. Situato al primo piano, scala a chiocciola per accedere ma immersa nel verde tropicale. Zona tranquilla, c'è anche la caffettiera a piano terra. Super consigliato!

Great place, great host.

Clean and cosy place, decorated adorably with care. Tucked away in an alley where it felt safe and slightly away from the street bustle, which we liked! Still in a location where you could walk to great places. Linh was also super responsive and offered some recommendations of things to do. All in all, fantastic stay ✨

Good location and good price /quality ratio

Nice location, enough space for up to 8 guests, stairs aren’t that high compared to others scramble places in HCM, host provide early check in. But keep in mind there’s a few office on the same building using the same entrance.

One of the best option to feel Saigon spirit. Located on the 1st floor in a typical Vietnamese house. It was clean and quiet despite the fact it's 2 min from Bui Vien street :) I enjoyed the experience and I recommend it to everyone. Chi is very friendly and suppotive <3

호치민 시내 관광지역의 복잡환 환경과 베트남 특색이 없는 아파트먼트 숙소에서 여행을 보내고 싶지 않아 이 숙소를 선택했습니다. 베트남 현지 주민들이 주로 살고 있는 높은 형태의 주택. 1층 2층 모두 테라스는 아름다운 경험을 갖게 했습니다. 더위에 불편함이 전혀 없도록 1층에는 에어컨과 대형 선풍기, 2층에는 방마다 에어컨이 있어 오히려 추위를 느꼈습니다. 화장실도 1층 2층 모두 있어 편리했습니다. 1층 샤워실에서는 뜨거운물이 정말 잘 제공되어 행복했습니다. 냉장고와 세탁기의 성능도 너무 좋아 1주일 동안 숙박하는데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 숙소 앞에는 구글맵에 나오지 않는 현지 로컬 시장이 있어 간식과 채소, 생선과 해산물을 사서 집에서 직접 요리를 해서 먹을 수 있었습니다. Coop 슈퍼마켓, 약국도 가까워 필요한 물품은 언제든지 구매해서 사용할 수 있었습니다. 도보로 10분 거리에 맛있는 쌀국수 집들이 있어 아주 맛있게 먹었습니다.(Pho Yen, Pho Lam) 롯데마트는 그랩으로 10분 거리에 있어 필요한 물건은 가까운 거리에서 구매할 수 있었습니다. 현지 주민들의 생활 지역으로 Tet기간을 맞아 새해 자정을 넘어갈 때에는 골목마다 폭죽을 터뜨려 불꽃놀이를 즐겼습니다. 전 세계 어디에서도 경험할 수 없는 소중한 시간 이었습니다. 가장 기억에 남는 추억은 옆집 가족과의 교류 입니다. 매일같이 화분에 물을 주던 옆집 아저씨는 저희 아들에게 Tet을 맞아 과자와 음료수를 주셨습니다. 저희는 보답으로 아저씨의 2명의 자녀들을 위해 Tet 용돈 봉투와 수박을 선물해 드렸습니다. 아저씨는 다시 보답으로 저희 아들에게 Tet 용돈 봉투와 베트남 전통 떡 케이크를 주셨습니다. 이 기억은 정말 소중한 경험이었습니다. 이 숙소는 2~3일 호치민 단순 관광을 위해 숙박하는 사람들에게는 추천하지 않습니다. 지역 주민과 현지 진짜 체험을 하고 싶은 분들에게 추천합니다. 아. 추가로 집 앞에 카페의 커피도 맛있습니다. 단돈 16K 동 입니다.

Katy's was a beautiful place to stay for the 2 first days in the country. good location and wonderfully maintained.

숙소도 관리가 잘되어 있어 마음에 들고 치안이 좋은 지역에 있어서 마음 편히 잘 머물었습니다. 호스트도 굉장히 친절하고 피드백도 빠릅니다. 적극 추천하고 다음에 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다.
