Excellent location near downtown San Jose. The residence is located in a very busy area, but very walkable with lots to do once you’ve oriented yourself with the location. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful stay! The host was very nice and welcoming, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The highlight of the place is the incredible balcony—perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. The location is truly magical, surrounded by nature yet just a short distance from the center. A perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

We only stayed for one night but it’s a great spot walkable to Barrio Escalante where we had dinner and drinks. The place is very large with plenty of space for an even larger party than us 4. FYI there is no A/C (weather and breeze were just fine for us) and there is a subway that runs right outside the place. It stops overnight but starts up again around 0530 so if you’re a late sleeper bring ear plugs. Great spot, would recommend.

Hemos tenido una agradable semana en la casa,está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila,con fácil acceso a supermercado y restaurantes,la comunicación ha sido buena,la única pega que pondría es que no se puede tirar papel higiénico en el WC lo cual es bastante incómodo, en resumen recomiendo

We had a great time staying in this house. It’s a beautiful house with all the facilities you need for a little longer stay. The host was always responsive for any needs. The patio and backyard is very beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. If you are very sensitive to traffic noise, you may have a problem first couple of sleeping. Closing the windows controls the noise to a large extent. The neighborhood is very safe. Overall we had a very good stay and truly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Edgar and Cindy for your hospitality!

We loved the home and the care takers. Geraldo & Xenia were very kind and helpful. The house and yard are very unique (compared to Michigan). We absolutely would recommend and hope to return.

Was pretty good overall. The place was clean, they left soap which was great since we needed to wash some stuff, Its a really good condo to stay near San Jose

El lugar es muy bonito, conectado con circunvalación por lo que se puede llegar rápidamente a cualquier parte de San José.

I meant to take a picture on the view and share it. This is a nice location in the city, not the suburbs. Nice little restaurants, a brewery, and other things not in place in overbuilt mall locations. I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. Nice quiet building with a pool and places to cook on the roof.

Leidy's place is a beautiful one. It's extremely clean and neat! She even left some great coffee and tea available on the counter. She offered help all the time. It was a great experience and I'd like to be back soon.

It was a great experience! The apartment has everything on it - all electrical product all cleaning material just everything It was fully equipped.

After a few long and convoluted days of travelling, Andres’s apartment was exactly what we needed. Andres was super responsive and proactive in his communication and sent us lots of helpful advice and instructions ahead of time. Check in was easy and the apartment was as advertised. We were able to logg into the TV and have some home comforts - which, again, was much appreciated. We didn’t do much in the way of sightseeing, choosing to stay in the apartment and lounge by the pool. The cafes and restaurants in the complex are also pretty good so you don’t even need to go very far. All in all a good stay - we would recommend!

Cool building with great spaces to work or relax and a great room. Loved having the walkable fast casual dining area in the next building. Was a great base in San Jose for day tripping to Poas, Doka Estate and La Paz. Would highly recommend. Parking on site was easy and security made it feel safe!

Absolutely beautiful condo! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and amazing views, especially of the sunrise. We didn’t get to use the rooftop pool but we did go see it. It was just as amazing as the pics. Wish we had stayed longer to use all the amenities. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Thank you!

Quiero agradecer de todo corazón a Francisco por el hospedaje que nos brindó. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos impresionó lo impecable que estaba todo: cada espacio estaba perfectamente equipado y extremadamente limpio. Las áreas verdes son hermosas, bien cuidadas, y transmiten una paz indescriptible. Además, su atención fue excepcional, siempre atento a nuestros mensajes y dispuesto a ayudar, un lugar que supera las expectativas.

Mi estancia en el apartamento de Mario fue excelente. El lugar es muy cómodo, bien equipado y en una zona excelente. Mario es un anfitrión muy amable y siempre atento a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, una gran opción para alojarse. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

El apartamento es super silencioso y de una calidad de construccion 10/10. Los amenities en la terraza son como de hotel 5 estrellas Esteban es un gran host, hasta fué a medir el ruido antes de completar mi reserva para asegurar que no había ruido(soy maniatico con eso). Eso es implicarse! Muchas gracias! La casa tenia todos los utensilios, y ademas hasta en mi caso había aceite sal etc y todo eso que no quieres salir a comprar para una estadía córta. La cama es cómoda. No hace ni calor ni frio. No tengo nada negativo ni que comentar sobre qué mejorar porque la verdad realmente no encontré problema alguno ! Volveré

This place was spectacular. Everything was as described. The pool was beautiful and not overcrowded no matter what time of day. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a good meal even though there is multiple restaurants across the street so you probably won't cook much lol. Silvia was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely stay at one of her properties again.
