We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

Really lovely stay in the Manor House for a family gathering for a surprise 40th birthday, the house is beautiful has everything you would need, lovely cake and fizz on arrival. And house beautifully decorated for Christmas which just added to it :)

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The space is great and as an extra bonus, you get to use a heated pool and brilliant games room. We went early Jan and there was loads of snow, as well as pretty cold temperatures, but the house warmed up very quickly and we were always more than comfortable. The property is close enough to Bakewell for a short drive or taxi ride, should you want to venture into town. We're thinking about going back in the summer.

We used the accommodation for a team meeting and just blown away by it. It was our most productive yet fun and relaxed meeting yet, everything we hoped for and more. Thank you!

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

A fantastic family long weekend. The house is great for large groups with plenty of entertaining space and facilities in addition to the fab pool and hot tub.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

We had a fantastic weekend away. The house was perfect for a weekend away with friends. Only 5 minutes drive to the town centre/ train station. We really enjoyed the pool area and cinema in particular. Easy check in and Gary was quite to respond. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay. Perfect location for visiting the surrounding hills. Leek has everything you need, with Stoke right on the doorstep for cinemas / entertainment etc. The property was immaculate, lovely fixtures and fittings, everything we needed, spotlessly clean. Great instructions to find / get into the property, with directions for parking / finding our way around town. Would highly recommend and will hopefully stay again soon!

We had a great stay in this lovely place which is in a great location next to the city centre. Clean house, comfy beds, free parking and plenty of space to relax. Our lovely host was super helpful and everything was very well organised. Will definitely book again next time if available.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The property was breathtaking, with stunning views that we could admire for hours. Every detail had been carefully considered the house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that made our stay feel truly special. The Bluetooth speakers were already set up in both the house and the bar/games room, creating an instant, cozy atmosphere the moment we arrived. Richard gave us a warm welcome, greeting us upon arrival and walking us through everything we needed to know. Sophie was fantastic always available to answer any questions and offering plenty of great recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants. They were truly fabulous hosts! We would love to stay here again in the future. ❤️

My second time staying, for a quick business trip. Perfect location and the host is really helpful. The place is very clean and tidy, close to amenities.

We had an excellent stay where 4 generations of our family got together. The house and bedrooms are larger than we expected with everyone having ample room. We don’t think the photos do the property justice as it is far better than in the photos. The kitchen was immaculate and worked fine when cooking for 11 people but you do struggle to get more than 10 around the dining table. The owners are fantastic and we had great communications with them. We think the property was excellent value for money and would go back in a heart beat.

Great little place in a quiet area. Spotlessly clean and tidy with all listed amenities that were new and usable. Communication with the hosts was quick, easy and they were accommodating of our needs. Parking is on-street only, but there was always a spot available close by so this wasn’t an issue. Would be more than happy to stay here again as price is very reasonable and location is perfect for our needs. Thanks!

Beautiful and very roomy and spacious house. Warm and comfortable. Well equipped.Particularly for the two dogs - utility room and nice secure garden and park very close. Great to have 4 x bathrooms/shower rooms. Great walking distance into town. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

Having recently moved back to the UK, I had to stay in 6 Airbnbs while looking for a home. This AirBnB topped them all! So homely, I wished we didn't have to leave again 😅. The host was so proactive, telling us all we needed to know, being helpful even to the point of going beyond the basics to providing us a blender, extra towels when requested. It was a 7-star stay and we will definitely consider their home next time we need an Airbnb in Manchester. Truly enjoyed our stay there.

Debbie was a great host, very friendly. The place was just what we needed for a reunion of friends to walk in the Peak, visit some local pubs and spend time as a group at the property. Thank you!

Would like to start by thanking Penny for a warm welcome to her stunning home which included a freshly baked cake, homemade scones, jam and clotted cream plus croissants. The property itself is immaculate from top to bottom. Beautiful furniture, furnishings, beds, bed linen, towels, toiletries. You really only need to bring your food and drink and that’s it. If you forget anything Penny will sort for you. We were waiting for a taxi on the Saturday and Penny offered to drive us into town if it didn’t turn up. The grounds are stunning and there are woodland walks on the doorstep. We had the hot tub which was great fun and best of all there is a washer and tumble dryer so no wet towels and swimsuits to take home. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. Can only give a 5 star review but would give 10 star if possible. The pictures are great but seeing is believing.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Saunters Nook is a beautiful home and the surrounding area is very peaceful. The views are amazing and the log fire made the evenings a dream. The house is big but cosy and it had a few nooks inside and out that you can find and read a book! Peter and Louise’s communication was excellent and we really appreciated the treats they had left for us and it was a great welcome after our journey. For those who may not be driving by car, an hourly bus is available from Buxton train station, although one didn't return on the way out but an uber was readily available.

Really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic air B&B home. We were 3 separate family units & we all had plenty of space. We loved the double sided log burner & the snug area next to the kitchen was so cosy. It was great to have a sperate 'living room' area so that the young ones could escape when they wanted to. Bedrooms are all comfortable. Heating really easy to use too. Was easy to find using the owners instructions & great to have space for 2 cars to be off road & secure. Owners are really responsive to any general queries we had. Very helpful & genuine owners who want to make sure your stay in their beloved home is comfortable & happy. Thanks for letting us use your house, we really did have a wonderful time & for once no-one had to sit on the floor as they do in our own homes!
