We had a great time here! We were pleased with how convenient the location was. The pool area is amazing, right on the water! Keith was great with all questions we had. Although it was a duplex set-up, we did not see the host at all. It felt completely private. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area. We will be back!

Absolutely one of the best hosts we have had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Came over when the outdoor grill would not work, made a special trip to bring a new net for the pool, and even reached out before we arrived to see if we had a need for a stroller that she wanted to drop off. The house was very, very nice. The only area that I could see for improvement is maybe a little bit of updating to the pool area. However, our kids still really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts!

Alex was very professional and promptly addressed any issues we had. By issues I mean, getting us more towels and fixing the pool where it was losing water. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay and host! Ina was more than accommodating when asked if we could check in early. Very quick to response to all messages. The house was clean, nicely decorated and came with everything you would need and more! Would definitely stay there again!

Our girls' beach trip was amazing because of this place! It is extremely spacious and accommodates many comfortably. The pool was very refreshing and the outdoor shower was a nice plus. The grill was also very useful and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I would recommend bringing your own beach equipment as the chairs provided were rather rusted but still got the job done. Would recommend it and stay again!

This home looked just as advertised. We had plenty of space between the three bedrooms and it was nice to have 2 full bathroom. The patio area with the grills was great for the weather and cookouts at home. The pool table was great and super fun. The beds were super comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend.

VERY spacious. Great entrance with chairs so easily put on and off shoes which was requested. Bathrooms very clean. Master bedroom very spacious. Very nicely stocked for us to enjoy coffee and some snacks the next morning. Close to our extended family near Botanic garden. We were comfortable, beds were nice. Quiet street. Did not end up walking anywhere but close to a great and popular pickleball public park. For the few questions we did have, owners were incredibly friendly and responded quickly. Unusual layout with stairs into different parts of the house. Kitchen sort of off to the side in a nook but we were there for extended family events so not really an issue.

For a small family with young kids this is the perfect place. A bonus is the yard for kids to play and the heated pool. My 8 year old granddaughter had a fun time! A bonus was visiting with Adina and her family. An extra bonus were the cookies & cheesecake. The bed was comfortable and the fold out bed was perfect for my granddaughter. The wood floors and beams added to the quaint ambience. The location is easy to get to and close to many attractions in Tampa. Definitely choose this place if you want a quiet private getaway during your vacation.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

we booked this location for a work relat3d trip. everything was as expected and the environment was perfect for our purposes! Kainen is a flexible answer courteous host. highly recommended.

Place was in a good location to the places we wanted to go to. Layout of the house was different but big enough for the group we had. Backyard was amazing and the new additions to it that they are adding are going to be great. Would def come back.

The views and tranquility of this home was absolutely breath taking. You’re able to see the sun rise and sunset from the dock as well as dolphin, manatees, and more beautiful wildlife. Linda, is a great host and extremely responsive. Thankful for all her recommendations. Anna Maria island is a beautiful clear water beach close by, we loved! Inside of the home can use some love but nothing that can’t be cleaned or bought during your stay. Thank you Linda!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cam’s place! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, minutes to our favorite beach, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful rooftop views, and the elevator was awesome for one of our group who has a bad knee. We would love to stay here again, especially during a warmer season.

Céline's home was perfect for our family of 7. Celine was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. She went the extra mile with details around the house for us to have a such an enjoyable stay. The house is walkable to a grocery store and the public beach. Sometimes you can hear traffic but she does an amazing job with the pool and waterfall to drown out the traffic and it makes you feel like you are in your own backyard oasis! We definitely recommend staying here. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to be back. Thank you for everything Céline!

Our stay at the Luxury Ultra Modern Villa in Seminole, Florida, was absolutely fantastic! Perfect for our party of five, the villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, just minutes from stunning beaches—only a 5-minute drive to beach access and 13 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach. The villa itself featured a sleek, modern design with an open layout that brought everyone together. The three stylish bedrooms were beautifully decorated, each with super comfortable memory foam mattresses, we all slept like babies. The highlight was the stunning backyard. The heated pool was a true oasis, perfect for cooling off during sunny days, while the spa offered a relaxing retreat in the evenings. We loved this space so much and spent most of our time out there. With beach accessories provided, we were well-equipped for the beach. The owners are great people and very responsive. We will for sure come back in the future!

The place was great for our girls getaway! Easy to get to the airport, Tampa, and St. Pete! Very clean and cute. I will say the fold out bed was smaller than expected but still worked for a small bed if you need one.
