We enjoyed the private and peaceful setting and watching the sunsets are amazing. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the outdoor deck, the pavilion, the kayaks and the floating dock as we spent most of our time outdoors soaking in the sun. We liked how the house was fenced in and that the driveway had the cattle gate for a sense of security and even though it was private the town of Spring Hill was just a few miles over, which offers anything that you might want or need. Slept great in very comfy beds. We visited the Aripeka Stone Crab Company(only 1 mile away) for fresh scallops and grouper every day so we could enjoy the sunset as we enjoyed supper on the deck. Loved the views and overall this Airbnb is in our top 3 we have ever stayed at. Kelly was always quick to communicate and we appreciated her helpfulness when needed. We will be looking at it for future stays for sure!

The tree house is a special place. We had a very relaxing stay and never wanted for anything. Cedar Key is a very nice town and the locals are very friendly. Great location for fishing and kayaking. We enjoyed eating at Steamers and the Tiki Bar. We got a chance to meet Cassandra and Mike — very nice people. You can tell they put a lot into The Tree House. We hope to visit again.

We had a great anniversary trip at Brian's place! The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

Other than the damage that is still visible in Cedar Key you would never know by the attitude and friendliness of the people. Ken and Marylee’s place was so comfortable and beautiful. They had everything we needed including Kayaks for a fun trip around the Key. We could walk everywhere: shops restaurants, museums bars, etc. We were there in February so bugs weren’t a problem. We will definitely be back!

I gave the place all 5's because it deserves it. However, people should know this is NOT on a beachfront and the "beach" is only a gulf shoreline 100 steps away. For those of us who love strolling along a commercial way located on a shore, this is perfect. And, to be honest. I was not looking for a beach, so I did cannot tell you how far it is to a beach. However, there is a little park right across the street for kids to play on and everything except a grocery store is within walking distance. If you like Key West but hate the crowds, Cedar Key is Perfect. We loved it and the space even had a lounger AND a comfy couch. YAY. Locals were all eager to talk to us and tell us about a Tiki Bar, and a boardwalk nature area adjacent to an OLD cemetery. Wife and I are retired and we LOVED it. So...Beachfront? well....no. Great place to visit and take life slower without battling traffic? YES

We had a wonderful stay! The kids enjoyed the deck, water activities, fire pit for marshmallows, and just the outdoors in general. The adults, we enjoyed the sunroom and pool table. Plenty of space for my siblings and our children. We didn’t feel crowded when we had some extended family come visit after 5+ yrs of not seeing each other. Unfortunately, the kids did not get to enjoy the bath tub in the master bathroom. The water in the master suite does have an odor, but no one had an issue taking a shower or any lingering odor. We took advantage of all the beds provided and I slept in the closet in the master suites. Majority of my family snore and I can’t sleep with them, so I took full advantage of sleeping in there. Town is close by and running to grab some groceries didn’t take so long.

This house is located on a quiet street and a 10 minute walk (1 minute drive, free parking) from a very nice beach. Getting to downtown Tarpon Springs takes less than 10 minutes by car. The house was very clean and well equipped. There was plenty of space/furniture for my family to be comfortable during our stay. What you see in the listing photos is what you get. Host Shiloh was very communicative and getting into the house was straightforward. We didn’t test Shiloh's problem resolution skills as we didn't have any. We would definitely be happy staying here again if we need a place in the Tarpon Springs area.

Using Airbnb was easy and the host answered all of my questions and resolved a check-in error by the guard at the gate quickly. The facility was very nice, a bit pricey for the area though. I will use this service again.

My family and I had an absolute blast at Lane’s, The Blue Heron! Lane was incredibly accommodating, even installing a floating dock to enhance our boating experience. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, and there’s so much to do in the area. Lane has done a fantastic job showcasing local activities in his guides. The place was spotless, and overall, our stay was amazing. We loved being hosted by Lane and would love to visit again—this is definitely a must-stay!

This is always our first choice when looking for a vacation rental! We love the location, the pool, and the beautiful house. We have stayed here three times and have never been disappointed.

We would stay here again. Spacious and clean with a super pool and lovely evening views watching dolphins from the upper deck. Angela responds quickly and is helpful. The house is very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. The location has local restaurants a 3 minute drive away. Great place to relax after Christmas!

Wonderful condo complex! Large end unit with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped- best I have encountered so far!! Lots of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. 2 balconies - one facing east for sunrise and one facing west for fantastic evening sunsets. Access to kayaks and paddle board was a nice bonus. Pool was warm and fairly empty most days. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider booking again if we were to return to the area.

Winter break from Ohio weather , was alittle chiller than we thought , but not stormie issue , lives the little place and was perfect for my dtr and I get away ! Cleaning people forgot toilet paper and stormie was going to have some delivered for us which was thoughtful but not needed , would definitely come back !

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

Highly recommend! This beautiful home in Cedar Key is spotless and stocked with all the necessities plus some. Sheets and towels smelled amazing! Views were spectacular, and the location was convenient to water, local coffee shop, and restaurant. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore around the key.

It was exactly as described, the location was private & secluded, yet close to groceries, shopping & beaches, & restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking & we saw lots of ocean wildlife during our stay from our balcony or on walks around the property. Sunset view from our balcony everyday, we watched storms roll by which is also a sight to see. No hassle entering or leaving the property, had you had an extra sense of security because there was a guard on duty all hours. Katrina was friendly, very responsive, she contacted me a few times to give instructions & see how our stay was going. She replied immediately— I had no issues, but I feel like if we did she would have addressed them. I can’t believe the price we paid for our stay, it was beyond reasonable— I kinda expected something to be below par, but it was not! The pool area was nice & secure, the private beach area although small was a wonderful spot to wade into the water or chill with your feet in the sand.

Quick stay on weekend for my mini vacation with my wife is pretty peaceful and quiet. I feel comfortable like it’s a home.

Paradise Point was truly paradise! It was beautiful and the house was so spacious. We had plenty of room for the twelve of us (7 adults and 5 kids). The home itself has so much built in entertainment, so super bonus: pool, kayaks, fire pit and just simply fishing off the dock…we never had to leave. We even had a momma dolphin and calf come right up to the sea wall doing!! And Mrs. Mary is very sweet. She is responsive and proactive. She reached out and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

TJ and Barbie are awesome hosts! Very communicative and accommodating. The condo and property is very nice and clean with nice neighbors.

We were very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Our house in the neighborhood was destroyed in the hurricane and we had a lot to accomplish. The space is clean and the beautiful sunsets are guaranteed. Pool, gym and laundry were easy and we met lovely people. Our host was available for any questions we had. Would recommend a stay here.

The location is wonderfully perfect! There was a little bit for everyone to enjoy. We all thoroughly enjoyed starting and ending the day from the dock, the neighborhood was peaceful. We enjoyed the Singing River Tour with Captain's John and Luk. We hope to be back again.
