Clean, neat and close to the ocean - the gated community it’s in has a lot of security and is quiet and peaceful.

Rosalba is one of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with. She deserves great things coming to her in life for how kind she is and welcoming she made her home. I would stay here 10 times over again. Beautiful house and great location. I recommend 100/100 for anyone trying to get away for a weekend.

Staying at Diane's place was nothing short of incredible. All of the bedrooms and living rooms were clean, spacious, and home-y. The view from the balcony isn't a full panoramic view of the ocean, but still visible enough to have some morning coffee and appreciate the beauty of it / get a good sense of the waves/break. I was seriously impressed by the amount of kitchenware for cooking (even had a cast iron). Beyond the space, Diane was an incredibly caring and attentive host with incredibly quick response times to help us with any of our questions. Would highly recommend this place + come back again. Thanks again Diane!

Everything was as listed, no complaints! Parking is very secure, and water pressure is good, hot water too! The host made everything clear on the listing and her welcoming you once you arrive made it better.

We had an amazing stay at Sylvia's beautiful Mexican beach house! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant decor and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect—just steps away from the stunning beach, where I enjoyed peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets. Sylvia was an exceptional host. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the sound of the waves added to the overall serenity. If you’re looking for a delightful beach getaway with a host who truly cares about her guests, I highly recommend staying at Sylvia’s Mexican beach house. I can’t wait to return!

A very comfy clean condo! Had everything you need to enjoy a lil family getaway in Baja. Beach is walking distance from the back gate of complex and Rosarito Beaches are like 5 minute driving distance. Very easy to get into condo and security was very helpful in getting situated.

Nice place close to a local beach. Gated neighborhood 15 minutes drive from the center of Rosarito. John was lovely, made sure we had everything we needed.

We felt right at home. The house is very clean and well appointed. Bright, right on the beach and spacious. It has a little need for updating some things, but the master bed is super comfortable, the place is super safe and Daphne is a fantastic hostess.

Fue accesible, buena ubiccacion, centrico y facil de mover. Cuenta con todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo mucho.

We stayed at the igloo for a week with our four year old and had a fabulous time. It's a cool quirky space and the almost private beach access is pretty remarkable. There is a large sandy strip and a little section of tide pool, both of which are usually almost entirely deserted. It was pretty awesome. Polo was a lovely host. If you don't have a amazing time here it's your fault. This place is very true to the original spirit of Airbnb, not a fancy place, but so real and very special. Do make sure you treat your pets for fleas before you bring them.

To write just a short review I will point out the negative points of the Condo. There were NONE....wonderful vacation spot....has a positive energy flow the minute you walk thru the door....just sit on that balcony for a minute and you will be so happy you choose this place. Thank you Jan......

We had a great time at Joseph's place, it had everything we needed, it's safe, quiet and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. To be honest I was hesitant to book after seeing some of the reviews, about construction next door, security guards and that the beds are hard, but from our experience guards were friendly and yes, the beds are hard and the pillows might need to be replaced, but it was nothing we couldn’t get used to. Our only recommendation would be to remove some of the clothing items on the main closet, for guests to use the space.

This is my second time staying at this condo! I love the location and the scenery is a must. The building staff and security are very nice and helpful as well. The condo is close to downtown and it is easy to get taxis in this location. I definitely recommend staying here.

loved the place! The kitchen was beautiful as well as the bathroom. Easy access to the pool since it was located right on the first floor. All my guests loved how spacious it was. Will definitely come again. Maribel was also really responsive towards any questions I had and very accommodating 10/10!

This place was amazing! We really felt safe and secure in the gated community. We loved the view and the walkability to all the shops and restaurants. The space itself was very clean and tidy. It fit 6 of us very easily and felt like more than enough space.

As a returning guest I loved it great place to stay comfortable and relaxing Michelle is a great host the home is beautiful and full of amenities felt right at home
