We spent a couple stormy winter days and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. We played games and watched the stormy waves. The beach access is unbeatable. We hope to return for a longer stay during the summer. The bonus of coming in winter was the feeling of privacy with hardly any people to be seen on the beach. The cleanliness of the entire home and well appointed kitchen made us feel right at home.

Riad & Amy have created a beautiful home away from home. My guests and I were all pleased to discover that the house truly looked like what was in the photos. Spacious living room for enjoying the fire place, playing games, reading or watching a movie. Easy to access to the hot tub and plenty of fresh towels, made relaxing an easy priority. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and our beds were very comfortable. Riad & Amy were responsive when I had questions and very reasonable when there were some crossed wires regarding our check out.

It was a lovely spot, with enough of a view of the ocean to make us happy. The hot tub was great, we were unable to use it as much as we hoped due to heavy rain that weekend, but definitely better/cleaner than some. The beds were on the soft side, so if that is a problem for you to sleep comfortably, worth noting. It was a little rough for us as side sleepers. It had plenty of room and would be great for a family or larger group as well. Worth noting that it is half of a side by side duplex, so slightly less privacy, but it wasn't an issue during our stay. If you are super sensitive to scent, there is some minor off gassing from the septic system in the upstairs bathroom that was present throughout our stay, but contained to that area, so it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, it was a good place, with attentive/responsive hosts.

Nice cottage within walking distance to the beach and center of town which is great!

This may have been the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. We held a long overdue family reunion and the layout of the kitchen, the counter tops, the counter seating, the large dinner table and the comfy living room area was fantastic for eating, talking and laughing! We got lucky with some sunny coastal weather and were able to eat outside on the private back deck surrounded by trees. We could walk to the beach whenever we wanted to and even build a fire in the fireplace in the evenings. Every drawer was labeled and stocked with all the right things. Comfortable beds. Large driveway to park several cars. Quiet at night. We chose the right place and all of us would highly recommend Martine's heavenly spot in Manzanita. Thank you Martine!

Incredible location, classic beach house vibes with all the essentials, great communication from host.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

What a wonderful few days at the Oregon Coast. Coastal Cedar Sanctuary was a true delight, and it was just what we needed for quite a few days together. The home promised a spa-like vacation and was delivered in full. The hot tub was hot upon arrival and the bed in the master suite was sooo comfortable. Greatly appreciated the supply of pellets for the stove as we used it for the cold days in February. All the needed supplies to make a warm meal and drink wine by the fire. We had a wonderful stay! The place is very nice with an amazing view. The listing clearly mentioned construction, but there were no disturbances during our long weekend. While the view was partially obstructed, it didn’t take away from our experience at all. Oceanside is truly a hidden gem, just a short drive from Tillamook. The gentle hill down to the beach made for an easy walk, and we lucked out with incredible sunny weather for three straight days in January. Highly recommend this spot!

We enjoyed our stay here. The layout was perfect for our family. Very clean and cozy and not far to all the spots around Oceanside. We will definitely choose this place again!

A newer rental that’s also for sale! Kinda a fun way to house shop if anyone is in the market. We came for a quiet getaway over the holidays. It’s delivered! Wonderful location. Highly recommend Neah-Kah-Nie Bistro in manzanita if yummy food is a thing. All the beaches around here are amazing. Winter did its thing and made the ocean extra powerful and moody! Kitchen had most everything we needed to cook. Bathroom had hotel style toiletries. The bed was adequate for a rental. Nice electric fireplace and stunning views.

This was the perfect place to stay for the coastal part of our trip. It’s in a quiet area, close to Oceanside beach, and only about an hour away from other major attractions. The place was clean and comfy. My husband and I loved sleeping in the master bedroom upstairs. The kitchen and living area were perfect for cooking, playing games, and watching movies. The bedroom downstairs was cute with a bathroom next to it. Our only complaint was that the bed was slightly cramped for our six foot guy friend.

Another 5 star stay at the Whiskey Creek house! Allison was as wonderful as always and her home was such a relaxing and peaceful retreat for the weekend. Cooking breakfast in the kitchen while looking out over the bay was dreamy. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the whole place is so charming, and we wanted for literally nothing all weekend. Thank you, Allison and Forrest, for being our home away from home!

The place is so much better in person. The ceilings are low in the lower unit but I was comfortable as I’m only 5’6”. You can clearly hear the folks upstairs walking but they respected the quiet hours so no problem there. I would definitely stay here again.

Great view of the ocean. Easy to walk around. Comfortable bed and furniture. Nice dog basket with blanket, towel, water bowl, bags. Nice kitchen appliances.
