Great home very nice, would stay again.

We had a lovely time staying in this roomy home by the ocean. All accommodations were clean, nice, and the decor was cute and thoughtful. Elizabeth was so kind to go out of her way to return an important item we left. The view of the ocean was awesome. The whole family loved staying here!

There may not be many photos but this place is incredible! Clean, easy to get to, and the beach access is by far the highlight! All we heard was crashing waves and bird calls.

Beautiful house with lots of cozy and comfortable living areas to hang out, a well-stocked kitchen and everyone couldn't stop talking about how comfortable the beds were! We were a party of 8 and there was plenty of room. It's true what the other reviews stated - the house is a lot bigger than the photos make it look. Andrea was a wonderful host: very responsive, her instructions were clear and it was easy to find whatever you needed in the house. Being so close to the main street of Manzanita and the beach made it very convenient too!

Great lady minute getaway! Really liked the space and all the amenities! Brett was quick to respond and very accommodating our late request. Manzanita is a favorite spot for us, and we would definitely stay at 3ONE8 again, if available.

Loft 8 is a wonderful property! You feel like you are in an art gallery! Everything from the live plants to the cozy very spacious living areas and huge kitchen was spot on. The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious and exactly as advertised. We had hoped to order a simple take out pizza one of the nights but because it was a holiday the wait was too long. No worries, a 2 minute jaunt thru town takes you to a market about a mile away. We used the kitchen facilities several times. It has literally everything you could need. The loft is very walkable to town (right in town with two reserved parking spaces that are literally 30 feet from the front door -- so nice!) and to the expansive beach. I could not have been happier with the loft. Oftentimes we have been a little let down by airbnb properties being left with the 'treasures of others' cluttering every available space. Not only was loft 8 meticulously clean, there was absolutely no clutter. Wonderful!

Royce's house is exceptionally well equipped and well furnished. It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and excellently maintained. It's great for large groups because nearly every bedroom has its own private bathroom. It has a wide variety of kitchen gear and supplies, two full-size washers and dryers, fun additions (hot tub, pool table, karaoke machine, lots of games, etc.), a large communal space (kitchen, living room, dining room), and plenty of parking. Highly recommended!

Our third winter at Sea Villa. Three months on the Oregon Coast has become a winter tradition for us, and Sea Villa has been our home away from home three years in a row. Very reasonable pricing for an oceanfront condo with everything we need. The kitchen, bedroom and bath have all the supplies we need for an extended stay. We have even setup our Christmas tree the last two years to make it feel even more like home. Thank you so much to our gracious hosts, and thank you to Rockaway Beach for being part of our family tradition.
