We had a wonderful spring break at this house! It was close to town and enough space for 2 family’s! Definitely would recommend!

Leigh’s place was great! Our family loved every aspect of it and had a great getaway. The spaces for kids to hang out and play were amazing

The kitchen was excellent to cook in and well supplied. We gathered at the island for meals & sat on the patio with the gas/wood fire fireplace at night. In a gated community & only a few miles from the marina! It was just perfect! Thanks again!

Absolutely awesome location and home. kitchen is absolutely awesome and has all you need. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft bedroom that is right outside another bedroom. So plenty of private spaces for guests to be at alone or in the commons spaces. Outside there is the front patio with rockers, a fire pit and chairs around that, a table and chairs and then the loungers around the pool. So much space to spread out in. One of the neighbors is out daughter's advisor at Sewanee, so that was really neat. Easy access to both Winchester and Mont Eagle. No issues at all, and hosts replied very quickly with questions we did have and checked on us also. Definitely will return!

We very much enjoyed staying at Kari’s house. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook group meals. The neighborhood was beautiful and fun to walk around. The grill and patio was a great setting for the warm evening dinner. Dog friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We stayed at Tims Ford Lake for a family reunion and had family members in 3 other homes in this neighborhood. It was really nice to have everyone within walking distance. It was extra nice to have a golf cart for us to use in going from the various houses and taking people back and forth from the house to the community dock. This is a great house and a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

The house was perfect for our stay. Looked even better in person than in the pictures! It was clean with nice decor. The kitchen was equipped with enough for us to cook for our large group each night. We had plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong and fuseball. The management company was responsive any time we had a reason to reach out. We would definitely book again!

I hosted a work team retreat there to watch an online conference and this was the perfect spot for it! There was plenty of space for everyone, everything you could need in the kitchen (so appreciate the Nespresso machine!), and really set the scene for a peaceful retreat. In the winter the lake is lower, but it's still beautiful. We even did a cold plunge! Grateful for a wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd stay at Madeline's house. We enjoyed it this time as much as the first time. The house was clean and the kids had plenty to do to entertain themselves inside and out. The lake view never disappoints! Thanks for another great family vacation!

The house was in great shape. It was cute, clean, and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. My kids loved the bunk beds, and I loved the tv channel options. The kitchen had all needed utensils and cooking supplies. The house is well taken care of, and the owner does a great job keeping it up. I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Winchester.

Everything is neat and clean with exquisite interior decorating. Very friendly, thoughtful, and responsive host. Location is ideal proximity to all Sewanee has to offer. We hope to return!

We had a family vacation here to celebrate Thanksgiving with my Daughters and their families. The home is really beautiful and was enough space for all of us. Everyone had their own room. The pool table was great.The fire pit outside was great to gather around to roast marshmellows. The views were breathtaking!! My grandson fished off the dock, as he brought his own but they also provided. Went for a ride on the conoe.. We would love to come back in the future to make more memories. Paul was quick to respond to any questions we would have before and during our stay. Really beautiful home.

Our family had a great time at April’s. We enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, and sitting in the hot tub while watching movies! We also had fun fishing from the dock. The many steps getting back up to the house were challenging but doable with one or two stops on the way up. Our visit was in March and the basement bedroom became uncomfortably cold in the middle of the night. There were enough blankets but was chilly when getting up to use the bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our big family to spread out.

a little tricky getting into the house due to a a wrong door code , but once we were in everything was perfect! Truly wonderful!

We absolutely love staying at the lake house! We enjoyed our Christmas vacation with this great view! The community space upstairs was just the right size for our family Christmas… And we also loved the hot tub!

The best way to describe this home is a home away from home! The home was very welcoming and very beautiful. I will make you rethink city life. Everything about this house was beautiful. We will definitely be rebooking this home for our next visit.

The house is beautiful and so are the views. My grown kids loved the house and loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. The main floor guest room with full bath was perfect for my 82 year old father-in-law. We loved staying here and hope to stay here again for a longer period of time. Also, we loved the paddle board and kayak.

We had a wonderful stay at Miss Elizabeth’s Place. Easy check-in, beautiful property and comfortable bdrms! Looking forward to staying here again on future trips to Lynchburg and love the convenience to all the places you want to visit in this charming little community!

Beautiful Home in a quiet neighbourhood. Quick drive to amenities. House was well stocked with essentials. Lots of space for families, great kitchen for cooking.

What a great place. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house had everything as described and all that we needed. We would stay there again if we are in the area again.
