We had a wonderful spring break at this house! It was close to town and enough space for 2 family’s! Definitely would recommend!

We had a wonderful guys weekend at this property. It was very quiet, peaceful, and full of activities. The home was well kept, with a very well stocked kitchen. After a day of nearby fishing and hiking, we all enjoyed spending the evening out by the outdoor fireplace. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to return!

We loved our quick Valentine's Weekend stay at Kelly's property. The house was immaculate with all the needed amenities you'd expect. The large TVs in the bedrooms, den, and on the deck were amazing. Kelly responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away for the weekend, or for longer stays with family. There is a cute Winchester, TN square with several quaint shops and restaurants only 16 minutes away. Then of course there is the lake for fun as well. We'll be back!

We had such a lovely stay for a quiet girls weekend. Sara was very responsive and the house was clean and worked perfectly for our group. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials and plenty of gathering spots available for snacking and meals. Being on the lake was a bonus and enjoyed sitting outside for sunsets and a nice fire on a cooler fall evening! We also enjoyed being 20 minutes from great hiking spots.

VERY Nice house, with a flat lot on Tims Ford Lake, no stairs to the water! The house was very upscale and won't disappoint you compared to the photos. Very nice beds, tv's in all bedrooms, big spaces for a small home. Back porch, hot tub, and privacy all stood out as fantastic. The house is a few streets away from downtown Winchester which has a theater, restaurants, coffee shops, all you need! I would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd stay at Madeline's house. We enjoyed it this time as much as the first time. The house was clean and the kids had plenty to do to entertain themselves inside and out. The lake view never disappoints! Thanks for another great family vacation!

Just book it. This charming lake house has a number of great features we loved. Spacious 1st floor offers great open design with easy use of large modern kitchen, comfortable sectional, expansive lake views and generous common area. Outdoor patio has plenty of seating (incl cozy daybed), glass rock propane fire pit & grill; and additional wood burning fire pit steps from the lake. Second floor has roomy master suite w/sitting area, fabulous tub & shower and private outdoor patio overlooking Tims Ford Lake. The spiral staircase connects to lower patio for easy external access. Additional three bedrooms are well appointed, too, and garage comfortably housed Range Rover. All of these areas were very inviting and enjoyed. Gated neighborhood less than 1-mile to Main Square for dining at Filo's, coffee at Walnut Hill & Barre Fly Fitness for yoga. Best part meeting Christie--a wonderful woman doing incredible work in the world. Thank you for hosting, Christie.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home itself was stunning—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway (added bonus was the air hockey table)! The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved spending time on the deck just taking in the scenery. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

The kitchen was excellent to cook in and well supplied. We gathered at the island for meals & sat on the patio with the gas/wood fire fireplace at night. In a gated community & only a few miles from the marina! It was just perfect! Thanks again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! We had a reunion with family (siblings) one from korea the other from ga and the other from tx and myself from ky. It was so nice and perfect for us! That master bathroom is gorgeous!

This home was fantastic. We really appreciated the baby gear including safety gates, and the air hockey and football tables downstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook for our crew of 7

Noni’s place was amazing! Felt right at home and she was so responsive and checked in on us. Unfortunately, we had some bad weather but her place was so cozy that we didnt mind at all. We will definitely will be back in the summer to enjoy the lake and UTV.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Matt was very accommodating and we were able to check in a little early. The home was very clean. The kitchen was stocked well with items you would need to cook as well as other items throughout the home such as shampoo and conditioner. Town was about 15 mins away, with a dollar general about 6 mins away. There were many beautiful waterfalls in the area to check out (Rutledge Falls and Old Stone Fort). Overall our experience was a 10/10. I would definitely visit again. Thank you Matt!

Easy access to house, beautiful home and a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the back screened in porch to sit and look at lake. Very roomy and open floor plan made it easy to visit with family. Very spacious kitchen and refrigerator. Bedrooms were very roomy and the bunk beds were a great touch for the kids. The upstairs was super for a quiet work environment or just a quiet relaxing getaway within the house. Truly felt right at home while I was there. If it matters to anyone the washer and dryer were front loaders and convenient to the kitchen. A great asset to the rental is the golf cart to enjoy a ride through the neighborhood in the evening as the sun goes down. Hunter was a great host and always very responsive to my email. Check in and out was super easy and there was very little asked of host for us to do in order to check out. I really enjoyed my stay, location, and the home. I will stay with Hunter again and 100% recommend him as a host and his property.

We had such a great time. Plenty of space on 3 levels so everyone had room to spread out! There were blankets and games available. Jason was very good answering any questions we had during our stay. Golf cart was top notch. We have stayed in some of the other cottages and this one was our favorite by far! You will not be disappointed.

Jacob’s place is your home away from home. We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is modern and attractive. The beds/bedding are very comfortable, and the spacious kitchen is well-stocked. This home includes a golf cart which makes it convenient to cruise through the neighborhood on your way to the pool or lake. Jacob is a gracious host who is very friendly and responsive to all of your needs. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for the relaxing get away!

We had a great time at this beautiful home. It was roomy, clean, well laid out, had comfortable beds. We enjoyed driving the golf cart to the pool and to the marina. The host was responsive and friendly. Great place!

Spotless and well equipped home with great lake access. Watching the sunset from the dock was an incredible way to spend the evenings.

Amazing! We had the best time here. The location is super private and quiet. The kids loved the stand up paddle boards in the quiet cove. The place was so well stocked and was just lovely inside. We played Cornhole, had fires, and played games in the screened in porch. We rented a pontoon for a day from the marina and were able to park the boat at the doc on and off. We have stayed at a lot of places, and this was one of the top. We hope to stay again!

This was our second time staying at this particular property. It is so well maintained, clean, comfortable, and the hosts are very quick to respond when questions or issues arise. Would certainly give my highest recommendation and I know we will be coming back again!

Natalie was so nice! We were so grateful to get to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday at this cool lake getaway. We appreciated the flexible check in time and all the local recommendations. The use of the boat dock and private ramp was huge for us as we love to be on the water. We hope to come back someday!
