Had an amazing stay at Paparoa Escape. Beautiful and peaceful, it was the perfect relaxing getaway we were after for our anniversary. Can 100% recommend this place. Lauren was a fabulous host with great communication!

Sarah’s cabin was fantastic. Lovely spot with a lovely view. The outdoor bath was a highlight and eating dinner looking over the sea. Highly recommend

Thanks Fiona - we had a very relaxing stay at Opotiki. Our kids loved joining in with the local kids jumping of the jetty walking distance from the back fence and riding their horses bareback. They were very friendly and welcoming. I loved your vegie garden and fruit trees. Very clean and peaceful. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place is located on a elevated spot above Whakatane with breathtaking views! Lorraine was extremely accommodating and making us feel like home! The place is very spacious with more than enough space for our group of six adults and two kids - they even had a kids toy box! Thank you!

What a stay! We absolutely loved our week, it was the perfect location for relaxing strolls along the beach and completely disconnecting from the world. The place was well appointed, had what we needed and was a pleasure to stay at. Bonus - the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

We had a great stay at this house, was just as pictured with a spacious living area. We were working remotely for part of our trip, and the wifi was great for video calls etc. Just a short walk to the beach (byo beach towels) and a short drive to the four square and Ohope cafes. We didn’t notice the downstairs tenant and loved the flexible check in. Thanks for having us!
