Fiona is an amazing host, always caring and thoughtful, with clear and helpful instructions that made everything super easy for us. The place itself is beautiful, tidy, and honestly even better than we expected. It was the perfect cozy stop for our road trip, and all four of us agreed: it deserves 6 out of 5 stars! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The only small note is that we couldn’t use the garage for parking, so we just parked right in front of the backdoor. Thank you so much, Fiona! We enjoyed our stay very much! The place is located on a elevated spot above Whakatane with breathtaking views! Lorraine was extremely accommodating and making us feel like home! The place is very spacious with more than enough space for our group of six adults and two kids - they even had a kids toy box! Thank you!

Perfect - a delightful, spacious cottage in a beautiful garden. Everything you need and it was immaculate. A short walk into town and a short drive to gorgeous beaches. Gilbert and Sue couldn't have been better hosts and we'd 100% recommend here.
