A great location & a stunning home that has been restored so beautifully. The suite was perfect & we enjoyed our stay throughly. Would definitely recommend & we will be back again for sure.

And really appreciate the welcome Christmas gifts. *The place really needs a smoke alarm in the kitchen area, made us a bit nervous that there's none for when cooking *The hot water jug needs to be replaced as its not hot it only gives warm water *The toilet is creaking a bit, it needs to be looked at for maintenance

Stewart was wonderful and kind and a great host. He responded quickly and got anything I needed. The flat was absolutely breathtaking! I had my own kitchen my own little area. The bed was comfy. I asked for a fan he gave me a fan it was fabulous. The shower was hot not a lot of water pressure, but that didn’t bother me. I also was told before hand that because it was right by restaurants and bars it was loud on the weekend, but that didn’t affect my stay at all. I actually kind of liked the noise it made me feel immersed in the culture. I give it five stars and would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. Nice neighborhood, great restaurants all in a short walk. Close to public transport to downtown and beaches. Lovely stay.

Matilda’s place was a lovely place to stay. Easy check in, great amenities and convenient location. Although there was a bit of noise from the bars nearby, it was an overall good experience.

What a fabulous place beautiful garden and plenty of space . Was easy for our hairdresser and make up artists to move around and have plenty of room for all their gear. Suited us perfect to get ready and great location for my daughters wedding in the city ❤️❤️

Absolutely loved our stay here! It was clean, convenient and super spacious. We were able to host a large party of 12 traveling from the states and a few local family members when they would come visit. Highly recommend and will definitely be a go to spot anytime we’re traveling to Auckland!!!

we stayed here for one night after 62 day tour of NZ before our flight the place is very clean and tidy the beds are very comfortable 😄it has everything you need for quite night before your flight it a lot better than dingy hotel room and not much more expensive 🫰 and close to the airport it has everything going for it so don't waste your money on a little hotel room go to Lawrence place highly recommend

Amazing property in a stunning location! Karlene and Terry were wonderful hosts, so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

We found Rachel's place to be even better than what was written about it. Rachel had everything generously stocked: kitchen supplies, crockery and utensils, bathroom supplies and everything you could need for your stay. It was an easy walking distance to the New World Supermarket and shops and cafes. We so enjoyed our stay at her place will look forward to staying there again, when next we visit our family. Susanne was super friendly and accommodating. She helped us settle in and made sure we have everything we need. The house is spacious, clean and in a wonderful location - just a minute walk from the beach and 10 minute walk from the Browns Bay shops. We would love to come back in the future.

I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.

I stayed at Sarah’s place during my work trip, and it was the best accommodation I found in Auckland Central. The Sky Tower is just across the street, which speaks volumes about the location. What impressed me the most was how private and comfortable the room felt upon arrival. The guest bathroom is essentially en-suite, spacious, and has excellent water pressure. Sarah is incredibly friendly and approachable—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
