We had a great spring break trip here! My boys loved the pool and game room! Well worth the money! Location was great close to food, shopping and Disney! Highly recommend this place for families! The hosts are super helpful and friendly!

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Gated community very nice place to stay at. I was happy with how clean it was.

This house was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed! Our kids had a blast with the heated pool and all the games—it was nonstop fun. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. We highly recommend it! all the instructions to enter were a breeze. Martin was very responsive and checked in on us. LOVED LOVED LOVED.

We really enjoyed our time here! It was a great place to stay with our kids with the giant back yard! We felt very safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. The A/C quit working and Chris had someone there to replace the unit ASAP!

Absolutely wonderful! We could not get enough of the lake view, beautiful sunrises, and back patio! The giant kitchen was filled with every appliance and need you could think of, and labeled to help find items right away. There were plenty of pool toys, fishing gear, and lake activities for the day, and indoor activities for when the mosquitos start to come out at night. The property was private, and the neighbors were extremely friendly when driving and walking by. Extremely close to grocery stores and restaurants, and Matt was wonderful at responding and checking in to make sure everything was going well during our stay!

We absolutely loved staying at Laura‘s house! The house is just right in furnishings, amenities, and decor. Nice and open, everything super clean, a few decorative touches but no clutter. We loved having the yard for our dogs. Check in is easy and simple and Laura is extremely responsive when we had a question or two. We highly recommend this property.🧡

Great place, definitely would go back if we go to Florida

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

Tanya's place was quaint and homey! Lots of outdoor plants and a sweet friendly cat that hangs out outside

We were very happy with our stay. Wonderful access to the beach and close to Downtown Cocoa Beach. The home was clean but the bathroom is small for a family or two couples. Overall great experience.

I’ve been to a lot of Airbnb’s and the decor in this one was one of my favorites. Very comfortable bed. Lots of towels, toilet paper and soaps. The location was perfect for me because it’s right by my friend’s house so I was visiting. I went to a couple of different lakes and watch the sunrise. Had a couple of nice meals in Winterhaven would definitely definitely stay here again.

This was a great landing spot for our Disney adventure. We loved the fun Mickey & Minnie theme and appreciated the location which was close to WDW and Walmart for breakfast goods and sunscreen. Our host was proactive and responsive qoth communication, and flexible with checkout. We appreciated the easy checkbout process and great directions for checking in. We were excited by the resort amenities like the pool and exercise room when booking, but quickly realized after the first day at WDW that we wouldn't be able to use them. They would've been a nice break from the parks if we had a stay longer than 3 days. The value for the price was great with plenty of room for our family of 3.

Quelle vue incroyable! C’était merveilleux de se réveiller avec le lever du soleil sur la mer et d’être si près de la plage. Nous avons adoré l’appartement, tout était propre et nous avions vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin. C’était bien d’avoir accès à un garage, et à des chaises de plage, parasol, jouets, etc. Les meubles ont été changés depuis les photos et nous avons bien aimé la décoration style bord de mer! L’emplacement était bien, dans un quartier tranquille, même si les services (épiceries, restaurants) étaient un peu loins. Bref, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour!

Departamento tal cual las fotos, muy fácil acceso a los parques, muy buena comunicación del anfitrión, espacio muy cómodo que te hace sentir como en casa. Muy feliz con la elección y agradecido con el anfitrión por la bonita experiencia!!

We had a fantastic stay here and will return! The unit was beautifully decorated, very clean, and the Disney paintings throughout were the perfect touch. While we didn’t find all of the hidden Mickey’s and Minnie’s, we had a lot of fun searching for them! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

El alojamiento es espectacular y totalmente dotado de todo lo necesario para estar muy bien, es tranquilo, limpio y cómodo. Hay supermercados cerca y los parques también están cerca.

Alfonso was an excellent host. He was super responsive and proactive with his communication. The unit was perfect, located very close to all the Disney/Universal attractions. The Clubhouse, Pool and Slides are located 100 yards from the unit was a hit. Right outside of gate neighborhood was everything you needed, Walmart, Starbucks and all the food and shopping you needed. Excellent host and unit

Thanks to Maria and Andy for hosting a great 4-week vacation. Everything was as described and everything worked. It was clean. The location is great. The bed was comfortable. It was well stocked for all consumables. Legacy Dunes is a private, well maintained and quiet resort with great facilities. Lots of trees and ample room to walk. Close to everything. Communication was prompt, helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
