Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Lepetani! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön am Meer, man muss nur über die Straße laufen, dann ist man dort. Außerdem ist ein Strandbad nur ca 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber, als wir ankamen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir Davor jederzeit kontaktieren und bekamen direkt eine Antwort. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Burayi Balayı tatilimiz icin tercih ettik. ilk giris esnasinda, anlatilan konum tam yeri gostermesede Natal hizli bir geri donus saglayarak adresi bulmamizda bize yardimci oldu ve hizli bir sekilde evi bulduk. Ev gercekten cok temiz ve kullanişliydi. Mutfakta 3 kisiye yetecek kadar yeterli mutfak esyasi mevcuttu. Manzarasi eşsiz ve sessiz bir bolgede oldugu kadar Tivat bolgesinede yakin oldugu icin restoran market vs. de cok yakinda. Ayrica Kotor ve Budva bolgesinede oldukca yakin oldugu icin cok guzel bir tatil gecireceksiniz

The apartment was very nice and the surrounding area beautiful with nice peach nearby to go swimming. Ksenija was very helpful. We enjoyed are staying very much. Thank you Ksenija!

Die praktisch gelegene Wohnung nah am Porto Montenegro lässt nichts vermissen. Restaurants, Strand und auch ein Supermarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Jelena ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, super erreichbar und nett! Lieben Dank!

Très bon accueil sur place, explications détaillées pour l’accès qui n’est pas évident ( route étroite et assez raide), mais on est récompensé de cette difficulté mineure par une vue magnifique

Me with my husband and our 10 year old son, stayed in Tivat at Slavenko's 1 bedroom apartment for almost a month. Slavenko and his wife Daliborka are just wonderful! Very hospitable, responsive, recommendations were given, all emerging issues were resolved very quickly! Very attentive to details, sociable, positive people! I recommend to everyone. We were satisfied with the apartment: everything is exactly as in the photo, it was very clean! If we were need for something, Slavenko and Daliborka immediately brought it to us! The apartment is small, but there was enough space for the three of us, and there is a large terrace with a very beautiful view of the sea and the city park. The apartment is bright, freshly renovated, there was fast internet. The house is located a little on the mountain. Thank you very much for your hospitality and delicious food! We will definitely come back to you!

New building, fully furnished, very good apartment. Great view from the balcony. Mima is a great host. It's close to the central station, but note that center of Tivat is not very close. As bus station is far from the city center I believe it's good location for travelers. Even better if you have a car. Recommend

We had an incredible mini-vacation at this amazing house in Montenegro. The view over Boka and Tivat Bay was simply stunning and unmatched - from the large comfortable pool terrace, you can take in everything with no obstructions whatsoever! The pool was spotless and a great way to unwind, and all logistics were handled perfectly. The Tivat area may be congested during summer, but this house is on a top of the hill offering a great way out and isolation, still very close to the sea. It is a well-designed very modern house with everything we needed. We loved having a well-built and easy to use grill, making our evening that much better. This place is perfect for a family or friend reunion, with its spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and balcony, offering both comfort and privacy for everyone. We’re already looking forward to coming back with a larger group next year! And the hosts were great - their warmness made us feel truly welcomed as friends. Top place!!

WOW! This was the stay of my dreams! My 2nd Airbnb stay ever and Villa Elena is incredible. I was with my 16 year old daughter and we felt like we were in our own apartment. Hosts are amazing, the apt felt brand new just for me spotlessly cleaned…everything the windows, the bathrooms, the floors and kitchen. There is a small market 30 seconds walk that has everything! The ferry took us across the bay to many of hosts recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

This place is one of the best positions in the town. A rare place near central part of Tivat and sea where boats are not covering most of the view. You need like 5 min of slow walking to get to the center and there are plenty of infrastructure around. Also this place was really quite and have a good sound proof design. The air conditioners are also very powerfull, so there were very comfortable here. It really is a good place. The owner is very polite and easy to access. No problems at all.

Very nicely kept, clean, newly built accommodation with new furniture and appliances. It is located close to the sea and shops. Very kind and helpful owner. I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in Tivat!

Odličan domaćin, vrlo ljubazan i spreman na dogovor. Apartman je izuzetno čist i lepo održavan.

This Apartment is a lucky find for anyone who wants some days to calm down after arriving at Tivat Airport. We got picked up from the airport and arrived 4 minutes afterwards at the apartment, which looked exactly like on the listing. There are many possibilities for grocery shopping nearby as well as some restaurants. You can walk to Porto Montenegro within half an hour or go to one of the beaches in the area. Of course there is some noise, since the apartment is very close to the airport, but we found it rather interesting to watch the airplanes crossing than disturbing. The amazing host, Ines, was reachable at all times and offered rides to the city as well as helpful information. To conclude, we had an amazing time and would always recommend this AirBnB.

We stayed here for 4 nights and everything was perfect. Location is really good for exploring Kotor bay. It’s also 15 mins walk from airport, 10mins to the Porto Montenegro by car. The kitchen is good equipped, so we cooked all dinners at home. Ratka and her family is very friendly and responsive. They came all the way back from Kotor to help us with our car when we had a problem. Could only recommend!
