Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

This house is exactly as described and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We could tell that Tracy and Patrick have clearly been doing this for a long time because they thought of everything. There were detailed instructions for everything, the kitchen had everything needed for our brunch and late night snacks. Downstairs is perfect to gather together- but everyone had enough space upstairs for privacy. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and to be honest, the only concern was the 10pm noise ordinance. We are 8 professional adults but we love to have fun- and we are all late night people. On our first night we sat outside, used the hot-tub and had cocktails till 12am and there wasn’t a problem at all. I feel that as long as you are respectful and don’t make excessive noise a you should be fine. The worst part of the trip was leaving because we all loved it so much. We all would come back and I would definitely recommend this home to everyone.

Outstanding home and location. The pictures are nice, but do not even begin to do the home justice. Lots of space and nooks too. Very responsive owner and management. Met our every need.

This was our second time renting this property. We had a lovely adults weekend, and really enjoyed our stay.

The host communicated well and was very thoughtful. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the heating unit was a bit tricky to figure out, but overall, we had a great stay.

Marina’s home is Beautiful! The home was perfect for our stay. She has everything that you would need and extra. The location was great. If it had been warmer, we would have walked to town or took the bikes out. We definitely plan on returning!

We stayed at this home with a group of five people and the home fit everyone great. The view from the home of the marsh is beautiful and we spent Saturday hanging out on the dock. It is really peaceful and we had an amazing time. Michele was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with being flexible for check in and check out times. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great! Views were awesome from the top balcony! We wished the bushes and shrubs had been trimmed a little to have a better view from the main level but it was still a nice view from the one area there. House was quite roomy and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are not tvs in the two spare rooms which would have been good after dinner for our teenagers while winding down after family time. The host is wonderful and communicated great. Overall we had a great family vacation and a good time. The house is nice. Would recommend!

We felt right at home the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in a near-perfect spot, everything walkable and accessible virtually right from the front door. The hosts also sent out texts before closing just to make sure we’d be all set for the night. It was a really great stay, definitely coming back whenever I find myself in Rhode Island again!

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

Fran and Ken’s home was a perfect fit! It was a perfect location and the perfect size for my family and my four legged child. I will definitely be back in the future.

Cabin on Little River met our expectations and more. Myself, 2 sisters and my daughter wanted a quiet getaway. A charming open concept post and beam, pine floors and wood trim, woodstove for winter, deck with charcoal grill. It's very rural and IN the woods ( so bring bug repellant). Even though the host's home is visible you still feel tucked away. Kitchen and bath are modern and clean and the beds and livingroom were very comfortable. The soothing sound of the river is always present. It was relaxing to sit down in the adirondack chairs near its bank. The woods provide a place to walk. Lake is across the road. Glenn informed us of several events nearby that we were really interested in...but we never felt like leaving the cabin! There's a big firepit nearby and wood provided. Glenn is a wonderful host. A fellow artist, I asked to see his studio on the ground level. Even bought a couple small paintings. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a quiet respite!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

My mom, her friends, and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-maintained home. The scenery was nice and made our getaway even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Our host, Hope, was amazing, responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality truly enhanced our experience. This Airbnb was the perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

This place is everything you see in the pictures and more! Location is perfect - in a quiet enough neighborhood but a short walk from scenic falmouth ocean views and beaches and a short drive from downtown Falmouth for shops and restaurants. The pool is in excellent condition, clean and even though the weather didnt cooperate during our visit, the water was warm enough to enjoy even in 50 degree weather. The bedrooms are roomy and there are lots of unique cozy places to socialize for mid to large families or groups. The house is immaculately clean and Susan is perfect as a host - super responsive, prompt and flexible.

If you're looking for a house that has every modern touch and amenity, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a place where you can completely relax and take in the sounds of nature and views of the water, and have ample space to curl up with a book or stretch out, then this will work. The Gross' family house harkens back to a simpler time on the vineyard, feels rich with history, and has a multitude of spaces to enjoy as a group or by yourself. Very convenient to get to the uncrowded Philbin and Lobsterville beaches. Short drive to the sunset and lobster roll crowds at Menemsha. Kitchen was well equipped for for our party of 8. We cooked most nights and ate both inside and outside. We set up badminton outside and enjoyed the cool lap pool.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

Arno and Susan were excellent hosts and incredibly responsive. We had a few glitches due to last minute requests that I made with the rental, and host was responsive and kind. The location is remote and private, right in the heart of nature.

It was so nice to return to this place during a visit with my family in Connecticut. As always, it was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen each night.

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.
