Good location. Nicely supplied with towels, snorkels, boogie boards. We were so busy we didnt have time to enjoy watching the surfers and the waves, which were fantastic.

What a fantastic apartment! Perfect location and beautiful view! Can’t find a better spot in Puerto Rico. The hosts are very friendly and very helpful with any issue that we came across. Would 100% come back!

This property has a five star view and all the amenities that you need for your stay. We loved sitting in our room with the patio doors open listening to the ocean and feeling the breeze. This appears to be an older property with some cracks in the walls, but it didn't get in the way of us enjoying our stay. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, and an Uber ride to Old San Juan is only about $10. You do need to get the keys from a remote location because there is a fab to unlock the gate, and it took us about 15 minutes to get to the condo from the lock box with traffic.

When I first arrived in Condado, unfortunately the power was out in the area. i was panicked but Pat was so calming and brought over a small generator to help me charge my phone and computer until it was restored. The apartment is VERY conveniently located on the end of Ashford Avenue so it's not noisy nor is there a lot of disturbance. The building was secure and there was a security person at night as well. The apartment has a partial ocean view and if you open the windows it was very cool at night (if you don't like AC). I will say the apartment was clean and equipped but could use some minor touch ups. Perhaps a new coat of paint and some refurbishing but I didn't spend most of my time in the room. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and I had access to watch Hulu/Netflix while there. Pat was a superb host and super responsive!! I am glad I selected this spot as it was much more economical than the hotels! Thank you again Pat for everything. Hope to be back!

The apartment was as described. Beautiful view of the water and walking distance to park/beach. The only downside is the location doesn't have much to do or restaurants or access to stores for essentials that is walking distance.

Overall it was an amazing stay. The place was very convenient and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Very clean, the Oceanview and being able to listen to the ocean late night and early morning was breathtaking!

This Puerto Rico Airbnb is great! Very convenient location. Centrally located to everything you need. 10mins to the airport, close to San Juan, nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The place is very big, just as the pictures. Very clean. Host is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was great! The Airbnb had everything we needed for our short stay and it's location was amazing - 5 steps from the beach and very close to great restaurants. Aixa and Enrique were very responsive and flexible with us. Would 100% stay again!

Basically, every time we had one expectation, Nestor exceeded it and everyone travelling with us was impressed and feeling great about the place. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Loved everything about the location too, the private beach was more than we could have ever asked for and the swimming pool was the cherry on top

Janet was an awesome host from beginning to end! She was always quick to answer questions and give helpful recommendations. The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We loved the outdoor covered area under the house for watching movies, playing darts and signing in the hammock. We walked to the quieter, more private beach as well as the public beach at Cerro Gordo park. Both are easily walkable and very different from each other. The walking path up to the top of the mountain on the beach lived up to everything Janet said it was and more!!! The views are amazing! The house had everything we needed for the week and more. We are out most of the time, but if we’d wanted to cook more we easily could have with the fully stocked kitchen. Janet, thank you for a wonderful stay! Our family made so many memories in Puerto Rico!!

We had 2 families stay at the villa, it offered enough space for everyone to sleep and hang out. We loved the outdoor patio area, the green space was great for kids to play and conveniently located close to the pool and beach access. The villa is in a gated community and we felt very safe. We enjoyed the villa, the beautiful views, exploring the beach and surrounding beaches, and San Juan! Lilly was a wonderful host and was quick to respond if we needed anything. The garage has lots of chairs, coolers, and toys for the beach. Very convenient when you can’t bring it all with you!

The location is amazing!! Sitting on the deck watching the waves, swimming in the ocean, easy uber to old San Juan….it was all lovely. Marcos was very responsive and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The house is fantastic, great pool and several comfortable porches around the house to relax in. The nearby beach/park is beautiful, easy to walk to , and family friendly. It is not a very tourist heavy area which is nice, but it also means you will have to drive further to get to San Juan and there aren’t as many restaurants to choose from. We had two families with 3 kids amongst us and we had a very nice time.

Wonderful place for a friends trip! Gated home in a gated community, open style living area with bedrooms off the main area with A/C. Large outdoor area for lounging, eating, and enjoying the hot tub. Our group had the best time here!!!

This was a great place to stay with many great restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The water was beautiful, the beach is just steps away from the rear of the condo. The building is currently under construction but we never heard any noise being located so high within the building. Great place to stay, a perfect central point between the Airport and Old San Juan for sightseeing.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect very central to all of San Juan and Condado. The space was spotless and incredibly clean, and the area felt safe and convenient. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip, always available if we needed anything. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Upon getting there, the gate is locked but I called Elsa and within seconds Mr Ramos was there to let us in and show us around. If you’re looking for a sense of security this place has a key fob to get onto the property and a key for the elevator as well. The view is absolutely beautiful. So many restaurants nearby and a 24hr market on the corner.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Vivian’s. This Airbnb was probably my most favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The views from the balcony were exquisite, the atmosphere, and the vibes were immaculate. This location is perfect for a visit to Puerto Rico, It’s very walkable and close to pretty much everything. If I were to come back to Puerto Rico again, which I definitely plan to, I would try my best to stay at Vivian’s Airbnb 💗

A very comfortable stay in a fantastic location! So many walkable things to do + lots of restaurant options + the beach! Really enjoyed the area and the apartment. Neighbors were also super nice when I happened to cross paths with them.

Our stay at Felix’s place was great! It is located in the middle of so many restaurants, bars and attractions. Also, it is very close to the airport. This part of San Juan is vibrant and there are so many things to do. Very walkable and the area felt very safe. Having a designated parking spot with this condo for the rental vehicle was super helpful and the fact that it was covered was a nice bonus. The condo was very clean and smelled great! Finding the place was easy and Felix’s directions were very clear and easy to follow. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of room for our group and easy to get to restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a really wonderful time here! Rufo was extremely helpful with local recommendations, communication, and instructions. The complex was excellent - the pool, the security, the cleanliness, the very convenient location. Rufo left us some bottled water in the fridge, a selection of sunscreen, and the use of pool toys and beach chairs. The futon was all set up to use as a bed. The little restaurant downstairs - El Batey - was amazing! Our 3-day stay was exactly what we needed, and I highly recommend Rufo and this unit. Thanks, Rufo!
