Nous avons passe un superbe séjour chez Troy dans ce gîte très agréable. Pour les amoureux de nature, le lieu est idéal, paisible et loin du bruit de la ville. Nous entendions les oiseaux le matin comme s'ils étaient tout proches.

Our stay at La Vie Douce was definitely enjoyable and worth it. The house was very clean and spacious and a wonderful "base" for persons who love the outdoors. It was a stone's throw from the Spring Bridge, as well as Three Pools. For the more athletic, hiking enthusiasts, the house is at the start of the Paria hiking trail. The outdoor porch is large with a BBQ pit and there was also a fireside available, so our family ate outside most of the time. If you're looking for a relaxing, getaway.... you can grab a book and relax in the hammock or if you wish to explore nearby hiking trails and waterfalls, check this place out!! Tiny was a very gracious and responsive host...even checking in while we were there to ensure that we were comfortable at all times. Oh...the kitchen is also well equipped, so you just need to bring your self and your food and have a wonderful stay!!

The Peace at Balandras stay was exactly what we needed. The location is peaceful and serene, the house is beautiful, the sunrise was worth waking up every morning for and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying there if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Trinidad. Our hosts were gracious and very sweet and we would stay there again. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Highly recommend this property. Shiraz was extremely polite, pleasant and very forth coming with information and recommendations. The property was very well maintained, minor structural upgrades required but it doesn't take away from the peaceful experience.

Lydia and her husband treated us like family. Fresh fruit from the local trees and an assortment of drinks were on the table when we arrived, which was a nice touch. We were offered an assortment of local activities to try and got to go exploring on the expansive property to collect mangos, coconut and oranges. We were given all the space we needed while Lydia was still accessible by phone or just popping our head in next door. If you pass up Lydia's catering (you should probably try a few of her offerings) the home has all you need to cook your own food. Highly recommend this home!

This was a beautiful getaway! The house and the surrounding area really provided the space to unplug and unwind. If you love nature (especially the beach), you’ll love this place.
