Very happy we chose this apartment. It is located in the East side of Spello which is the better side - the best scenery, and we only heard the countryside. Easy walk to the village centre, can also recommend the charming aquaduct walk nearby. Very old building but modernised interior. We did not meet Argen in person, but he responded very quickly to any queries.

This is a stylish, well equipped, well located apartment that combines historical ambience and a modern vibe very well. Simone is a great host and makes it all effortless. There’s great attention to detail as well from a decent coffee machine, to olive oil and balsamic vinegar to sharp knives and nice wine glasses. A great place to stay in Assisi. Highly recommended.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise einen Zwischenstopp in Assisi gemacht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr einfach zu finden, super zentral gelegen und sehr sauber. Das Highlight war die Fensterbank über dem Torbogen auf der man gemütlich sitzen kann. Einziger Nachteil: man kann von den Nachbarn jedes Wort hören, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt hat uns das nicht gestört.

La ubicació de la casa es absolutament fabulosa, al bell mig dels turons que envolten Todi, amb unes vistes esplèndides. L’apartament on ens vam allotjar és el núm 1, un dels 4 que l’anfitriona lloga dins de la seva propietat. L’espai interior està ben moblat i té tots els estris i comoditats necessàris per passar-hi dies. També té una terrassa privada encantadora per poder sopar a la fresca. Tot el conjunt de la casa està pensat per a la comoditat dels hostes, amb zona de barbacoa i chillout sota un porxo, un jardí molt ben cuidat, i una piscina ideal per banyar-s’hi després de voltar pels lloc d’interès propers un dia calorós d’estiu. Valoro molt especialment el projecte de paisatgisme que enllaça tots els espais exteriors de la casa amb l’entorn natural on està ubicada. La Christiane i la seva filla van ser molt afables i atentes. Hem passat molt bons dies i hi tornarem segur!

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni splendidi ad Assisi, e questo alloggio si è rivelato perfetto come punto di partenza per esplorare la città. Situato in pieno centro, è comodissimo per visitare le principali attrazioni a piedi, immergendosi nella bellezza e nella storia del luogo. L’appartamento è tranquillo, curato, pulito e ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Daniela e Alessandro sono stati cordiali e disponibili, fornendoci anche utili suggerimenti per godere al meglio dell’esperienza. Un’ottima scelta per chi vuole vivere Assisi da dentro, con la comodità di avere tutto a portata di mano.

Marco’s house is beautiful in stunning surroundings and is charming. Local restaurant recommendations were excellent. The food and drink left out for us on arrival were excellent. He helped us out when we arrived unexpectedly late at night, and brought us fresh eggs and salami as we were hungry. Could not be more helpful.

Nossa estadia na hospedagem de Elena foi inscribed, tudo maravilhoso! Muito confortavel, com muitas comodidades a nossa disposicao. A localizacao é muito boa com uma vista espetacular, chegamos facilmente com as instruções da Elena. O Massimo que nos recepcionou e foi sempre muito gentil e cordial, conseguiu para nós contato para alugarmos uma vespa e fazer um passeio incrivel, também nos orientou para um passeio em vinicola em Montepulciano que foi otimo. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes e ficaremos hospedados novamente nesse airbnb. Obrigada por tudo Elena, Massimo e sua esposa também muito gentil.

This apartment is stunning. It is perfectly located, very spacious, and the fact that you are literally staying in an old church is quite special. The host was very quick to respond with anything we needed. It’s a beautiful town with delicious food. We will always remember our time in this beautiful home.

Absolutely stunning views in the town and old world tuscan decor in the very private Villa. Amanda was an excellent communicator and helped with planning details about places to see as well as facilitating our very own private chef for pasta making/a dinner for our family of 5. The entire home was spotless and had every amenity you can think of. We even made cinnamon rolls for Christmas Eve in the incredible kitchen. Our stay in the Villa was the highlight of our family trip during Christmas! Thank you for your beautiful hospitality. 5 stars!!

A beautiful villa on a mountain in Umbria overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The pictures don't do the picturesque view justice. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing in the spa downstairs was a much needed treat after our fast paced traveling in the busy cities of Italy. Communication with Letizia was seamless. She helped set up a complimentary tour of the company's olive oil production. Would stay again!

Alessio è stato un host super disponibile e proattivo nell’offrire consigli ed assistenza fin dal giorno della prenotazione, avvenuta molto prima rispetto alle date del soggiorno. La casa, super pulita ed in ottime condizioni, rispecchiava perfettamente le foto e la descrizione fornita e presentava tutti i servizi indicati. Un’arredamento moderno in un contesto che comunque rispetta la storicità dell’edificio e del contesto di Collepino hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile. Super consigliato!! Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Falls ich noch einmal nach Rom pilgern sollte, werde ich definitiv wieder bei Diva übernachten. Sie hat ohne zu zögern meine vom Regen durchnässten Kleider zum Trocknen aufgehängt. Sogar im Kühlschrank und davor gab es ein paar Leckereien. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Unterkunft!

Sono stata a Montepulciano per festeggiare il mio compleanno insieme a delle mie amiche. Luca e Lucia mi hanno inviato tutte le istruzioni necessarie per essere autonoma nel check in e soprattutto la casa era bellissima e in condizioni perfette. Una cosa sicuramente gradita sono state le tisane, il caffè e la colazione! Tutto perfetto, ci siamo sentite a casa!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr, sehr schön und wir können die Region, die Kleinstadt Amelia und das Apartment von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder hinfahren können. ☺️

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Ilva and her apartment were perfect for me. The kitchen had enough for me to cook at home most of the time. The location was very central. She was very patient with me when I needed to wait for my suitcase that didn't catch the same flight as me AND then my train was 40 minutes late. When the internet had a minor hiccup one day, she helped me get it sorted quickly.

We had a wonderful time in Spello and loved staying in Stefania's home. It was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and cozy linens. She graciously had breakfast snacks available for us, Nespresso pods, and some bottled water. It is hard to tell by the pictures, but this home has a main kitchen area with two bedrooms and the bathroom off of the main kitchen area. There is not a living room area. This was not a problem for us, however, as the two bedrooms are so large that we used one for our bedroom and the other for our reading/living room area. This home is on the most picturesque side street in Spello so enjoy as people look at you with envy as you open the door and enter!

This is a beautiful house, spotlessly clean and wonderful hosts. The cake which Maartina prepares before your arrival was wondeful and lasted us the whole week. A lovely touch. We stayed in a cool March and the readient heating is fantastic. The location is in the moddle of a not so interesting modern town in the valley below Assisi. There are supermarkets within walking distance and you are reasonably close to the main highway.

Anna är den perfekta värden. Trots att hon inte talar Engelska vill hon gärna dela med sig av sin kunskap om livet på landet i Italien. Vi kommunicerade med Google translate och det funkade mycket bra. Anna visade oss sin gård, sina olivodlingar och hjälpte oss att få en privat visning av en fin liten vingård i närheten. Anna var mycket hjälpsam och bjöd oss på flera saker som vi inte förväntat oss. Stort tack Anna för ditt egnagemang och din tid.

Ottima esperienza con Federica. La casa è magnifica, più bella e più grande che in foto. Se dovessi tornare a Perugia sicuramente alloggerei nuovamente qui.
