This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Harlequin is possibly the best equipped Airbnb we have stayed in. The house was warm and welcoming, indeed the welcome basket was a lovely surprise, containing pastries, fruit, eggs, milk, orange juice, cupcakes and wine! Plus treats for our dogs too! The quality of the bed linen and towels was exceptional and the beds extremely comfortable. Holmfirth is an easy 15 min walk down hill.. maybe a bit longer uphill on the return! We found great dog walking around the nearby Digley reservoir. Highly recommended!

Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

we had a lovely stay at Jos’s accommodation, it had everything we needed. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy too. the linen was clean and the towels provided were soft and washed. i would highly recommend staying at Jos’s accommodation if you need a pit stop or break in manchester, very accessible and easy to park. will stay again.

Really lovely, big property with plenty of space. I love when airbnbs are not full of clutter so you have plenty of space to put out your own stuff, which this place did. There was a great welcome basket and my kids were so excited to get into the hot tub. The beds were very comfy and the house was so clean -- we moved one of the sofas so we could all sit together and watch a movie and there wasn't a speck of dust underneath the sofa. Check-in was easy and it's a short walk to food/groceries. I also appreciated how upfront Angela was with letting us know about the £500 deposit.

Shelduck Cottage was the perfect cosy getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the cottage's character and the fantastic views. It truly felt like a home away from home. The facilities were excellent, and we especially loved the fun touch of the decorative ducks in every room – such a unique and delightful detail! Angela was a wonderful host; communication was quick and easy, and she was incredibly responsive when we encountered a small issue, resolving it swiftly and efficiently. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Shelduck Cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Just like the pictures suggest, a modern well appointed house with great facilities. Comfortable bed (#1 priority) warm welcome and a brew on arrival - very welcome! Phil and Cath are very nice and very chatty and told me all about the Vicarage. After a good nights sleep, I slipped away early and didn't see them to say Thank You. Definite recommendation from me

We had a fantastic stay in Holmfirth. The house was immaculately clean, in a great location right in the centre, easy walking distance. Kimberly was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend. We hope to be back soon.

This is one of the best Air BnBs I have ever stayed in (as an avid self caterer there's been a few!). The house location is perfect, being about 2 minutes away from Main Street in Haworth. The house is beautifully decorated and has the best equipped kitchen I have ever been in! Tracey and Paul were so helpful and friendly. We had a great time - I would 100% recommend.

Had a fantastic couple of days in Hebden over new year. Property is 10 minutes walk from the town and the canal. Loads to do in town, some fantastic pubs ! Loved the duke box in the house !

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

A lovely house, the cinema room is definitely the highlight. Equipped with all you need for a lovely long weekend stay.

We had chosen this place as it was a ten minute drive to the arts and music festival we were attending. The house is lovey and spacious, on a quiet street but very easy to get to Salford and Manchester. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Having recently moved back to the UK, I had to stay in 6 Airbnbs while looking for a home. This AirBnB topped them all! So homely, I wished we didn't have to leave again 😅. The host was so proactive, telling us all we needed to know, being helpful even to the point of going beyond the basics to providing us a blender, extra towels when requested. It was a 7-star stay and we will definitely consider their home next time we need an Airbnb in Manchester. Truly enjoyed our stay there.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

We had a lovely stay. The house looks just like the pictures and had plenty of space for all of us. The location is great for getting into central Manchester, and Jordan and Tate were responsive and helpful throughout. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom, but this was clearly mentioned in the listing, so we were prepared. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you!

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

accommodation as described, immaculately clean, very well equipped. nice location very peacefu and quiet setting ,even though on a housing estate.a nice garden to enjoy in the better weather. Garden patio furniture there to use. within walking distance to the local railway station , regular trains running into Manchester. a few local restaurants that we've tried. Sue the host was very friendly, informative and contacted us regarding arrival time ,key code etc. I would highly recommend wether you're visiting family near by or looking to explore the city of Manchester. keep up the good work Sue.
