Simon was extremely helpful as soon as we booked. He provided very concise directions and communicated with us well. He was helpful with flexible check-in too. Simon welcomed us on arrival but had provided us with all the information we needed for the key safe should he not be in. The flat was lovely, very spacious, comfy and well equipped. Simon's home is situated in a very beautiful area, close to Holmfirth with its many bars, vibrant night life, eateries and shops and also the surrounding countryside too.

Lovely village though through traffic could be noisy. Double glazing on windows which were a great help. Co op near by and so was railway station to Leeds. Surrounding area s beautiful.

The apartment was large, clean and well furnished. The stairs( a lot of them!) leading up to the apartment were a little tired and there was a strong musty smell outside the entrance to the room, but we put that down to the age of the building. Laura's instructions were clear and everything was spot on. A lovely location very close to Clitheroe and a lovely part of the country to visit. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would book again.

Had a lovely stay at Frank's apartment. I think it's even nicer than the photos! Felt really cosy, quiet, had everything I needed and was a real home from home. It was warm, comfy and really made my stay most enjoyable, especially when it snowed heavily. Was really handy to have the parking permit so I knew I could park my car. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. I didn't do much exploring as it was a work stay for a panto contract, but it looks like a great area for a hike and there are some nice restaurants around. Frank was very communicative when I contacted him and gave very clear and informative instructions and guidance on the area and the house. Would definitely book again if I ever come back!

Everything was beautiful clean, goodies and food to get us started, which was great, beautiful location, would highly recommend but not suitable for people with any mobility issues. Had a lovely stay even the weather was wonderful.

I’ve just returned from a lovely stay at Joanne’s appartment . It’s stylishly decorated and in a beautiful location. I found it very relaxing and peaceful and could have looked at the view from the living room window for hours ! Communication was great as were the amenities.

Our stay at Diana's was magnificent! The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable during summer or winter, and the location is perfect! (Keep in mind that it's on a slight hill if you have limited mobility.) Diana is very communicative, check-in and check-out were extremely simple, and the apartment has a lot of useful information about the area. We will definitely stay at Diana's again when we're in the area.

Great place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Furniture are nice and comfortable. No problem with parking your car outside also, it is a walking distance to restaurants, clothes and grocery stores.

Great stay, was lovely and clean. Everything we needed was provided including fresh milk, eggs and bread along with some biscuits and tea and coffee. Rachel checked in with us on arrival and day 2 to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall a great stay and experience.

The house was great for our family of five. Is location was excellent for walking around town and into the local countryside. Rebecca was helpful and responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we are visiting from Australia

We had a lovely stay at Fern Cottage. Location was an ideal base to visit the area and the house was spacious and clean with all amenities available. The welcome basket was a nice touch and the hot tub was ready to go on our arrival. Aftab was a responsive host and provided clear instructions on everything necessary. We were a family group with a dog, and there were great walks nearby and local pub right across the road. We would definitely recommend a stay here and if we plan to come back to the area, would look to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Clare’s home. She has put so much effort into making the place beautiful and every little touch is of the absolute highest standard, right down to Le Creuset cutlery and embroidered dressing gowns. It is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in (and there’s been a few!). It’s in a lovely setting with beautiful walks as well and a nice pub next door. We’re hoping to return a couple times in the future, cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us, and the house itself was lovely—very clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family. The decor added a warm touch, and Nazia was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Would happily stay again!

Only stayed for one night. The place was clean tidy and very cosy. The only bad thing was that we didn’t stay longer

We had an amazing stay, Claire's had everything we could possibly need & more! Location was great, a 1 minute walk to the local pub which was really friendly & great for quiz night on a Wednesday! A 20 minute walk into Holmfirth for a choice of lovely coffee shops & places to eat! Plenty of walks & bike rides straight out of the house! Thank you for having us & thank you so much for all the tasty treats!

The apartment is really nice and clean. It is next to most accomodations and a few minutes walk from the train station. Curtis is friendly and has been helpful all along. Cheers!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The appartment is great, it has everything you need. It's nice and quiet and within a couple of minutes walking distance from the centre. I had a great time.

I can recommend it to anyone and will book in when next I visit Bradford

The Ticking Room proved to be an excellent choice for a few days of peace and quiet in an attractive Dales setting. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. Warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything a visitor might need. The village of Cononley has a couple of nice pubs and a village stores. The trains into Skipton are frequent and there are plenty of attractive villages in the area. The Ticking Room proved an excellent base for a short break. Jayne is readily available, helpful and eager to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-informed on the local facilities.

Gisela’s flat is in a great location across from the Co-op supermarket and with easy access to nice walks along the canal. Be prepared for lots of stairs because the flat is spread across three floors. There were a few small issues because we arrived the same day a big group left, so we were short a few towels and linens when we first arrived - but Gisela was very helpful and easy to communicate with, so she sorted things out quickly for us. A great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of Hebden Bridge, and are prepared to climb some stairs.

John was so helpful our entire stay. Very friendly, happy to share some places to eat and walk. I am 7 months pregnant and asked of we could use their air con (even though it wasn't summer) and he promptly got it out and set up for us - made me so much more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location
