If I could gate keep this place I would. Nice home, beautiful location. If you are directionally challenged this neighborhood can be difficult to navigate. He made it easy to navigate to the house, but there’s a lot of back roads and sometimes Google/Apple Maps is not accurate when going to another house/beach. But we were able to find everything. We didn’t stay out the house a ton, because we had a beach to be on, but the water was hot, bed was comfy, and stayed at a good temperature. Oh! And I do not remember off the top of my head if it was listed, but he supplied 2 beach chairs, a nice umbrella, lots of clean drinking water, bathroom and beach towels. Which was nice to not have to pack and it’s keeps you from paying 15-20$ on the beach!

We had a great stay at Jazz's casita. The house and pool were great. I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying in this area.

Great location. Clean, comfortable spaces. Helpful, responsive onsite staff. Great communication with host. Shaded living area which would be especially nice in the hot season. Nice to have a pool for kids and a hot tub for the cooler evenings. Thanks for the stay!

My family and I had a really wonderful 8 days at the condo. We loved how close it was to the beach. It was nice to have the provided boogie boards and beach toys that was definitely a bonus for the kids. The pool was nice and close and very clean. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold and I didn’t realize that it wasn’t a heated pool, but if the days got warm enough, then it didn’t seem to matter. Nicte met us when we arrived, which was a really nice touch as we were able to ask her a few questions and she showed us around. She was very helpful with anything that we needed during our stay. The condo had everything we needed for cooking. I would suggest bringing a few spices, Ziploc‘s etc as we had to buy salt and pepper etc. It was very minimally stocked when it came to cooking necessities The TV didn’t work while we were there, but the host mentioned she would buy a new remote for the TV. All in all we would stay again

Such a great spot close to Cerritos beach! Easy access to beach in front of house also. We enjoyed our time

The house was beautiful, comfortable and easy to be in. Lesley and Shaina were responsive and very accommodating. I recommend a vehicle with good clearance and tires as the roads in the area are quite rugged.

What a slice of heaven in an already heavenly town. Claude’s play was comfortable, cozy, and located in a beautiful setting in his garden. It was close to two delicious restaurants (Pacifico/best tacos + La Esquina/great breakfast and music at nights) and a short walk to the city center. He and his wife were wonderful to talk to and felt like family after a few days. We would definitely stay there again. Gracias!

My family (kids ages 5 and 7) had an absolutely wonderful stay. The space to spread out, the toys, the multiple play areas, the books, the POOL—it was so perfect for us and we had a great vacation. The pool was so much more than I’d hoped for and probably my favorite part of our entire trip. We spent hours in it each day and I got to watch my daughter’s swimming abilities blossom over just a week’s stay. We even extended our stay an extra night, we were enjoying ourselves so much! Thank you to our hosts for being so responsive and kind.

Beautifully decorated space and centrally located in Todos historical downtown. Spacious with outdoor roof top. Nice natural lighting. Near to everything especially the best bakery Taller 17.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing, the complex is perched on a cliff right over the water and there are views everywhere. It's relatively new and everything was in perfect condition and very clean. Our host was responsive, meeting us on check-in and responsive to questions and arranging add-on services. This particular has quite a bit of foot traffic around its outside seating and lounging area so it's not a very private experience. On the other hand, it does include the use of the enclosed private garage. The property is quite a distance down and fairly rough and rutted dirt/sand road which makes it a bit less convenient for frequent trips to nearby towns such as Todos Santos but if you plan to settle in and enjoy the beach it's a fantastic spot. There is a lot of construction going on in immediate area so outside of the complex it's not a particularly attractive area for walking and exploring on foot. There are great restaurants a drive away.

Super clean apartment with two bathrooms. Secure location and parking. Walkable to most everything in Todos Santos. Kitchen was well stocked. Only issue was hot water only lasted a couple minutes. Would recommend!

We loved our stay at the casita. It was a perfect set up for our stay of twelve days to attend language school in Todos Santos. Jorge and Vanessa were very responsive and answered our questions so helpfully. We felt very cared for. The place was super clean and comfy. There were many places to eat and grocery stores in walking distance.

Très bien situé, à distance de marche de tout. À mon arrivée, le cadenas était coincé, j'ai attendu seulement 10min et quelqu'un est venu m'aider. C'était tranquille pour dormir malgré que le logement soit tout près du centre-ville. Endroit sécuritaire avec une porte vérouillée à l'entrée de la bâtisse. À noter qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de pression dans la douche et que l'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne. Par contre, ça n'a pas été un problème pour moi, les voisins n'étaient pas dérangeants.

Our family of four loved our stay. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, quiet, and great location just 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The included breakfast and coffee was delicious and it was nice to have choices. Being able to use the hotel pool and hot tub and just being able to relax in the peaceful and well landscaped courtyard of the hotel was really nice. Also, they provided beach towels and had beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again!

Tout est parfait ! CEt endroit est une pépite, la vue est incroyable, l’accès à la piscine… Tout est très soigné, l’accueil est chaleureux et de qualité. Que dire de la vue sur le spectacle des baleines ? Nous avons même eu la chance d’assister au lancement d’une navette SpaceX, un moment incroyable !

Wonderful place, great communication from Lindsey. Place just as described, very accommodating. Can’t wait to be back.

We love staying here. We will be back! Very nice having a pool and hot tub. The food and drinks were delicious. The other guests were lovely.

This was by far the best place we have rented, just amazing, the sunsets are to die for and the place is so beautiful, we did not wanted to leave.!!! The hosts are great and very friendly, thanks again for having us..:)

If you are Cerritos bound, it doesn't get better than this condo! 2 words - THE VIEW. The deck is absolutely stunning, the condo was spacious and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and a couple dinners at the condo (but venturing out for dinners was part of the fun in staying in Cerritos). The property was quiet and everyone we met was lovely - the gym is a bonus and also well put together and very clean, as well as the pool and hot tubs. HIGHLY recommend this unit.
