We loved our stay at this beautiful location, just a few minutes walk to the wonderful Cerritos Beach. The condo was perfect for our group & gave plenty of space for everyone in the spacious 2 BR / 2 & 1/2 Bath layout. The views out the long main balcony are incredible…whale watching was fun & even better from the hot tub at golden hour. The kitchen was well stocked. We especially appreciated the washer & dryer as we had a 2 week stay, plus the large drinking water dispenser provided. The space also has great natural light all day, which added to the appeal of the venue for us, as we live year round in the Pacific Northwest. ( lots of grey sky ) We were fortunate to rent a car & parking was very convenient. Thanks so much Jessica !

El lugar está precioso, tiene todo para pasar tu estadía lo más ameno posible, te deja recomendaciones de donde comer, lo cual siempre es útil aun cuando ya tienes algún plan. Él contesta rápido y es muy específico con las instrucciones. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar, el lugar está cerca de todo lo que hay que visitar en Todos Santos. Lo único que acaso recomendaría como toda mujer es un espejo largo de cuerpo completo, sería súper útil para cuando nos arreglamos :) fuera de eso 10/10 calidad precio.

We loved Heather's condo in Cerritos! The space was perfect for our needs, quiet, with a nice view from the balcony and hot tub! There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom and extras like beach towels and blankets. The dog rescue coffee shop within walking distance was our favorite place to hang out in the morning! We highly recommend Heather's condo!

This was my second visit to this property and I was both looking forward to it and a little concerned it wouldn't be as good as the first time, since the property was brand new the first time I visited. Not to worry. The property was in the same pristine condition as last year, and showed no evidence of the wear common to many Airbnb properties. As a bonus, there is now an outdoor gas grill, which I enjoyed using. Not only was it spotless when I arrived, but the kitchen and all the furnishings are of a higher quality and much better aesthetic than is typical of rentals. I felt like I was in a place where I really wanted to stay all day. Management was welcoming and helpful (in one case going out of their way to assist me by phone with something unrelated to the property) but not obtrusive. And although there are other guests, the property is quiet and restful. I was traveling alone and as such this was a little expensive. But for two people (or more), it is an excellent value.

Surroundings: So peaceful and right in front of San Pedrito surf break. Great for watching the surfers, whales, sunsets, and stars. The patio was perfect since you always had the option of sun or shade. Inside: Although it is a studio, it had everything we needed. There are closets and drawers to keep things organized and out of the way. The kitchen had all the basics. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Internet was great. Outside: The jacuzzi and pool were well designed and clean. Great to have on site laundry during our three week stay. Next time I’ll pack less! Host: Robert and his partner are the best hosts. They are available and quick to respond if you need them but otherwise let you enjoy the solitude of the place. The dog: There is a beautiful, quiet, gentle dog on site. But if you don’t like dogs (this one might change your mind), she is super obedient and will leave.

Rachel & Alex's place lived up to all our expectations and more. It is located in a quiet and convenient location close to the beach and restaurants. We were particularly grateful for the washing machine and dryer as well as the beach umbrella and furniture. I would recommend their place to my family and friends and would definitely book it again if I should ever return to Cerritos Beach.

My family of 9, including a 2, 4 and 86 year old, enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing week in Michael’s incredible villa. The comfort of the beds and linens were outstanding. It is such a spacious, well appointed property, right on the unbelievable beach. Kitchen well appointed, all the amenities you could ever require or think of. Helpful host. Easy to get groceries at the local stores. Didn’t have the A/C on once due to the cooling ocean breezes at night. If you are looking for a spacious amazing home to spend some quality time to truly connect with your family or friends in an amazing way, this is it!

The lush, tropical, mature vegetation inside the grounds felt like an oasis amongst the arid, dusty el Pescadero area. The main Casa and 2 casita's provided for privacy for our group of 6. Beds were comfortable but we did get cold the first few nights as there were not enough warm blankets. The host did give us some warmer blankets toward the end of our stay. The pool/hot tub area was the perfect outdoor space for morning coffee, yoga, and conversation to plan the day. The large outdoor dining table worked well for evening meals, cards, and other social games. There are many very good restaurants in the area. Our favorite was Terramar Cantina. We had a very elegant, expensive dining experience at Kahal on the grounds of the Kimpton resort. Well worth the expense! ($$$$$). We asked for the 11 by 11, which is a 15-course small plate tasting. Heavy on fresh fish. The setting overlooking the beach was a great place to watch the sunset.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning beachfront location—just steps away from the sand with breathtaking ocean views from every room. Waking up to the sound of waves, enjoying coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise, and WHALES was pure magic. The attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable—plush beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and even thoughtful extras like beach towels, chairs, and a welcome basket with local treats! What also made this stay exceptional was the host. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience, providing local recommendations, organizing a private chef, quick responses to any questions, and even accommodating a last-minute request with kindness and ease. If you're looking for a dream beachfront escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back! Book it—you won’t regret it!

So happy! We felt like this was our home and never wanted to leave. The home, yard, views, hot tub and everything in between was so perfect for us. It felt very private, even with the construction next door. I can’t say enough good things. It’s about a 15 min walk to the beach and was in a really cool area of Todos Santos. In love! We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our time here. It was set up really well for a group, with three areas that each have a bathroom and kitchen or kitchenette. This meant whomever got up first could make coffee in their zone without waking others. The location is peaceful and you can walk to the beach. Lovely rooftop porch & additional outdoor areas to relax in sun or shade. We had a couple things pop up & House management was very responsive to our needs.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem traumhaften Haus. Alles ist gut durchdacht. Schlafzimmer unten , der Wohnbereich mit den schönen Aussichten auf das Meer und die Berge oben. Alles war marklos und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - man spürt, dass das Haus einem Architekten gehört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Die Betreuung vor Ort von Amy und ihrem Team war sehr angenehm und reaktionsschnell. Vielen Dank für alles.

We had 2 families (5 kids total under 9 years old) stay for a week. It was great. All the amenities you could want. Not particularly walkable to the beach but easy drive. Close to town, grocery stores, mountain biking/trail running paths. Sat and watched the whales from our patio. Amazing pool, easy to use hot tub, very clean. Upstairs master room is separate (outdoor staircase to reach it). We used the BBQ and it worked well (just don’t forget lighter fluid!).

Great stay! Our 2nd time at FreeSouls - love the location & walkability. Rooms are comfy, lovely kitchen & the rooftop view and hot tub can’t be beat! Will be back!

We had an amazing stay, the unit was perfect for our family and great proximity to the beach. All of the essentials were provided and we felt very safe and secure. The rooftop terrace has outstanding ocean views and the patio furniture is in excellent condition. The hosts were very friendly, attentive, and responsive. Overall a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Great condo with an amazing view. We stayed 9 days here and found it easy to get to condo and either drive or walk to where we wanted to go. We have been to Cerritos beach for many years but first time staying so high up. Make sure you have a car that’s reliable and can get up the dirt road hills. We typically drove down to the beach and sometimes the group divided and walked back up. Lots of great hiking and walking around the condo. Gym was nice and hot/pool area lovely. Pool was pretty cold but felt good during the day. Host was responsive to all questions and was flexible on check in and out.

This was by far the best place we have rented, just amazing, the sunsets are to die for and the place is so beautiful, we did not wanted to leave.!!! The hosts are great and very friendly, thanks again for having us..:)

If you are Cerritos bound, it doesn't get better than this condo! 2 words - THE VIEW. The deck is absolutely stunning, the condo was spacious and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and a couple dinners at the condo (but venturing out for dinners was part of the fun in staying in Cerritos). The property was quiet and everyone we met was lovely - the gym is a bonus and also well put together and very clean, as well as the pool and hot tubs. HIGHLY recommend this unit.

We loved this place. Everything was perfect. The condo was super clean, the pool and ocean views were unbelievable. Quite and peaceful and the perfect location. Can't wait to come back!

Had a relaxing, wonderful stay here! Loved the peaceful sound of the ocean waves, whale-viewing (in mid-Jan., they were spouting, breaching and tail-flapping constantly, and provided so much excitement), amazing sunset views, comfortable linens/pillows on the beds, layout/roominess of the apartment (huge bathrooms + closets, tall ceilings, bedroom suites on opposite sides of the living room, full bathroom in living area), proximity to the beach (listing says 4 mins. but I’d say 1.5 mins. max), spacious washer/dryer, huge TV in living room, beach chairs/umbrella/towels in closet for use. Would recommend if you are looking for a calm, family-friendly beach stay! Cons: hot water is exhausted in showers quickly so showers had to be short and the temperature wasn’t well-regulated/it got scaldingly hot. Living room could’ve used curtains for the bright afternoon sun. Not the condo’s issue, but the big pool was not heated and was freezing/unswimmable. Nobody was in it the week+ of our stay.

I stayed in the upstairs and a friend stayed in the downstairs. The downstairs unit is more accessible to the beach and has lots of wonderful furniture for group gatherings. The patio out there is a great place to hang out no matter what the weather is. We had some very windy days and we were comfortable to sit out there most of the time
