전체적으로 매우 좋습니다. 욕실도 깨끗하고 작은 호텔입니다. 운영이 호텔처럼 깔끔하게 이루어집니다. 걸어서 3분거리에 세븐일레븐과 마트가 있습니다. 단점은 오시아게역이 도보로10분. 캐리어가 무겁거나 아이가 있으면 힘듭니다. 저는 우버택시 탔어요. 웰컴티도 주시더라고요. 호스티님이 영어 잘하셔서 좋아요. 전반적으로 매우 만족합니다.

O lugar é pequeno, mas no estilo japonês mesmo. A localização é ótima, perto da estação Komagome, numa parte tranquila mas próximo de restaurantes e mercados. Foi fácil chegar a todos os lugares e pontos turísticos.

地点很方便，闹中取静，走出小巷去地铁站在步行范围内。便利店、各种餐馆，labi，东武，sunshine city，doki和药房都有配套，如果主要目的是购物的话，基本能一站解决。附近还有几家常年排长龙的面店，趁着地利我们找到一次没有排队的机会吃过一家，确实👍。 屋主很友善，好沟通，有事能及时解决。入住的卫生条件很好，在我住过的民宿里可以排前三。基本生活设施都配备了，卫浴不错，洗澡不会着凉。有阳台，主卧朝南，有太阳，洗的衣服一天能干。 缺点是老房子电路不行，几种高功率电器不能同时使用。两台暖空调+淋浴房洗澡+电吹风一起用会跳闸，一次同时开三种就没问题。不算大事，注意点就行。 还有就是房子面积不大却摆了四张床，虽然能睡的人多了，但是空间也被占用了。对我们有四个箱子四个背包的四口之家来说就有一些小小的挤迫，尤其是一起吃早餐的时候，总有一人不能上桌。如果是三口之家来住这里的话就很完美了。 总体来说是一次很愉快的入住，小屋子满足了我们这次旅行生活上的需求，推荐入住。

Amazing stay!! The room is luxurious and well thought out for a family traveling together. I like the way the bathtub, sink and toilet are separated so we can all use the space simultaneously! Also we had such a good rest here. The staff are so friendly. The location is also super ideal to get to a few train stations to get to most places in Tokyo! Highly recommend and would stay again.

It was 3 separate apartments on different floors in the same building. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the station. The host was very flexible and responsive. Great stay!

저는 웬만한 특급 호텔보다 여기가 더 좋습니다! 덕분에 무료로 빨래도 편하게 했고, 음식도 만들어먹기 수월했고, 압도적으로 청결했습니다. 그에 비해 저렴한 숙박비까지 완벽했습니다. 다음에 도쿄 온다면 반드시 재방문 하겠습니다. 감사합니다!

The place was much smaller than expected, but it did include all amenities listed. It had a kitchen, fridge, and microwave which was very convenient. Aside from that the location was exceptional and very close walking distance to both subways nearby. It was also located in the middle of two bus stops if you decide to get back by bus so it literally drops you off right in front. We stayed for 4 nights and found it to be a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Mieca was extremely amicable and responsive in answering all my questions. Place was small but clean and cozy. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The unit is on the 4th floor and there are no elevators with a narrow stairwell so be ready to carry luggage up 4 flights! Other than that it was a pleasant stay!

Akira & Yasuko’s place is really well situated, immaculately clean. Everything was very well explained for using the room and facilities as we checked in we would definitely recommend! Sophie & Stephen

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. Xu was an awesome communicator and responded quickly to any questions I had and made our experience wonderful from the beginning to end. He noticed that we were traveling with kids and offered to setup taxi transport from HND airport to the AirBnb. The home is brand new and we were the first family to stay there. It's a short 7 min walk from the train station. Family mart close by.Everything in the home was brand new-the beddings, pillows, towels, amenities and washer/dryer. Xu also bought new kids toothbrushes and umbrellas for my daughters and for us as well. He had cute touches in the home such as fresh flowers and wrote a personal welcome card.There was brand new condiments in the fridge and brought drinks and snacks for us too. Our departure flight was late in the evening and Xu allowed us to have a late check out so we could leave our suitcases explore in the morning and go back, pack up, shower and head out.We will definitely be back!
