Very comfortable stay for a family of three. It felt like a home away from home. Excellent location with restaurants and shops right outside the doorstep, a few stops away from the subway. David the host was always reachable if needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Jacob could not have been more helpful. When I needed help of advice not only would he get back to me quick he would provide Google map links and instructions to make it as easy as possible. They also have extremely good Taste which was evident when I tried their suggestion for a good ramen spot. The place was nice and it had clear directions for everything in English and Japanese. Like how to use the washing machine and dryer. The internet, the TV everything that might confuse you in a new country he had safe guards for that made life easy. He even said if you run into a problem or situation while you’re out exploring, call me and I can help or have someone help you which was reassuring but also so nice and kind to offer that help when frankly that’s not his responsibility anyway. Amazing spot but even more amazing hosts!

Convenient clean cozy space, walkable to Hiro-o station. There is a luggage lift for large bags so you do not have to carry them up the stairs, so nice! Host was helpful, friendly & responsive. Space is just like the pictures. Would be good for two people - note that the toilet/shower/sink area has glass walls so you will see in. Loved opening the windows in the morning and having so much light! It is a little cold given the material of the room, but if you max the heater and use a space heater it is fine. Walkable area to Hiro-o with lots of restaurants, conbini very close too. Would stay again! 😊

This is an excellent accommodation option. I believe it is suitable for 5 to 6 individuals. The station is a 1 km walk away, and the convenience store is located 450 meters from the property. We were five people in the apartment. I would suggest improving the floor mattresses as they were quite thin.

A very receptive and welcoming host who reached out to say we were welcome to ask any questions as needed. The location was great, with multiple train stations within walking distance, and convenience stores very close by. Entry was easy with a keypad, and very good instructions on how to get there from the train stations. Thanks for having us! 🙂

This Airbnb was a perfect fit for our group of six. While the space isn’t too big, it was just the right size for us, and it had a lot of amenities that made our stay comfortable. One thing to note is that the bathroom can be a bit cold during cooler seasons, so be prepared for that. As for the location, it’s fantastic! It’s just a 2-minute walk to Higashi-Nagasaki train station, which is only about 5 minutes by train to Ikebukuro station. There are also a few drug stores nearby, as well as a konbini (convenience store) and a dollar store, making it easy to get daily necessities. The area feels lively, even at night, with a few bars nearby (though I didn’t try them). Overall, a great place to stay with everything you need and a super convenient location!

Great place that was perfect for my parents and I to stay in while we explored Tokyo. The host is very friendly and responsive and the house is perfect - it’s a great convenient location near several stations and a large park, but very quiet at night. Five stars!

Très bon logement, facile d’accès grâce à un code, assez spacieux pour plusieurs personne (nous étions 3) métro a quelque minutes à pied, grande station à un arrêt très pratique pour aller dans les grand quartier facilement. Au alentour plusieurs konbini dans un à 2 minutes à pied. J’ai passé un très bon séjour merci beaucoup.

Great space for a big family with proximity to subway, that said, getting there from Uber for the first time and with luggage is very tricky, I would suggest contacting host when getting there the fist day. the area to enter the house is not pretty, look like a walkway entering the back of a building by a canal. If staying in Shinjuku, the location and space would work. The space inside is just like in the pictures with a toilet upstairs, shower downstairs and another toilet.

The listing is lovely, and the surrounding area is calm and serene. It includes all the essential amenities for those who want to cook their own meals. I especially loved the tatami room downstairs. The space perfectly blends modern aesthetics with traditional Japanese elements.

Great place not far from transportation but also quiet from the business of Tokyo. Great French Bakery nearby too

Great location, very convenient to access to Uber/taxi, subway, shops and restaurants nearby. Host is very responsive and supportive, who let us check in early and allowed a late check out. The house is a bit worn out compared to the given photos but it is a popular location.

This is one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, great apartment and fantastic surroundings. I would highly recommend it.

Toshi was a wonderful and informative host. He provided great instructions on getting to the place and was very accommodating. The place is perfect for a solo or couple traveling. The place is close to the Hase station and is a 10 minute walk from the giant Buddha statue. There are many great restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Will definitely try to book in the summer so I can enjoy the beach!

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.
