What a beautiful villa! Seabird Villa 14 has the most spectacular sunsets! It is private and stunning while the architectural design is both simple and functional. We enjoyed all the suggestions from our private chef to our dive masters and found all exceeded our expectations. We hope to return for a month or longer next time.

I’m not the manager, Manuela, right as I got there. She told me a lot about the property and the surrounding area. It was very peaceful and serene setting. The grounds were quite beautiful. The gardener on site has been working there for 11 years and has planted most of the flowers and trees on site. I would recommend a car if you’re staying here . That did make my getting around very easy. The golf cart or scooter work if you wanna get there a little faster and have protection from the rain say a car I hung out at restaurants/bar and met a lot of local residence. It made you feel very much at home. I would definitely go back.

The house was very comfortable and views were amazing. We loved having our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location is not near the main village so would recommend having your own transportation. The kitchen had everything you'd need so we didn't have to purchase a bunch of additional items like spices. Bed was comfortable and the overall living space was great.

The location of this villa is fantastic! Having access to The Placencia Resort is such a huge bonus! It’s like being in your own beautiful oasis and then having the amenities of utilizing the resort a short walk across the street. The villa is located in a secure location with a guide at the gate. The views of the entire area are breathtaking! Everyone was so very friendly! It is a little bit of a drive due to all the “speed/ pedestrian bumps” in the road. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around! We did also have a vehicle which is nice as we were able to explore a lot and drive to many excursions on our own. Silk Caye Island is a must see! Snorkeling is what we did and we saw, nurse sharks, barracuda, lobster, sea turtles, sting rays and lots of fish! It’s incredible! Casi was amazing with her quick responses and all the recommendations she provides! The house was very clean and had all the amenities that you need. Belize is definitely unbelizable!
