L’abitazione è, senza ombra di dubbio, meravigliosa. Ogni stanza della casa è pulita ed è presente ogni tipo di comfort. Anche l’esterno è molto curato e pulito. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile per ogni tipo di problema. Non posso fare altro che consigliare questa abitazione per tutti coloro che vogliono relax e privacy sentendosi comunque come a casa propria.

Vaggelis' place was amazing and it included everything that a visitor might need during the stay. Vaggelis himself is a great host, he made sure that the check-in/check-out went smoothly and he gave me all the necessary help to find the house, spend a quality time there and feel like at home. He is very discreet and very pleasant as a person. The location is perfect, a few meters only away from the sea and with a great view from the balcony, also very close to the city of Porto Heli, where you can find restaurants/bars/shops. The place is super clean, both inside the house and outside in the pool/garden area. There is plenty of space for the visitors, with 3 double bedrooms and a lot of common space. A big thanks to Vaggelis that made our stay very pleasant and unique. We will definitely come back.

Na een wat bewogen start, vanwege een ernstige bosbrand vlakbij Korfos, hebben wij een opnieuw een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Vanwege de brand was de toegangsweg richting Korfos afgesloten. Wij hebben al die tijd contact gehad met Anna en Katarina. Dat contact verliep soepel en eerlijk. Ook hebben zij met ons meegedacht en hebben zij ondersteuning geboden. Dat stellen wij enorm op prijs. Uiteindelijk zijn wij een dag later dan gepland aangekomen in dit fijne huis in dit rustige Griekse dorpje. Het huis biedt veel ruimte en een prachtig uitzicht waar je geen genoeg van krijgt. Daarnaast is het fijn dat er in de slaapkamers en de woonkamer airco is. Deze hebben we nodig gehad, want het was de eerste dagen heel heet. Het dorpje heeft leuke restaurantjes en een minimarket voor de nodige boodschappen. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug op deze fijne plek waar deze behulpzame mensen een heerlijk huis hebben.

It was our second time staying at Katerina’s beautiful house so we knew what to expect. The location is perfect for us, the village with little shops and bakery is in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our time here again and are looking to come back. Our kids fell in love with the dog

We are a family of five with three sons (16, 18 and 21) and truly enjoyed staying in the house! There is plenty of space inside and the pool area is private and perfect for reading, playing and relaxing. You need a car, but there is a minimarket and a few cafes in the small town nearby. Old Nafplion is cosy but also somewhat touristed. There are several good options to explore (Epidaurus theatre, Nafplio castle, sandy beaches and a tough run to a small chapell just above the house). The house is therfore an oase to return to. Vicky and Dionysis are super kind and responsive hosts. Thank you so much both for your kindness and an amazing stay!

Xapa et son mari Zisis ont été des hôtes parfaits ! Ins nous accueilli autour d'un superbe barbecue le soir de notre arrivée avec de délicieux plats traditionnels grecs réalisés par leurs soins, ils font tout ce qui est en leur possible pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable ! De plus, la maison et son terrain sont parfaitement entretenus. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer leur famille qui était tout aussi chaleureuse, de nombreuses attentions au rdv. Ne pas hésiter à se rendre dans ce charmant endroit proche de Nafplio ! Je recommande de tout cœur ! Merci encore à vous ! Jeremy

Argie’s place is a little heaven. The house is beautiful inside and out. Even nicer than shown on the pictures. Its tastefully designed and furnished, very very spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and it was more than enough space for us. The garden is large and the pool is brilliant. The host is extremely helpful and responsive- always got response within minutes. The experience was brilliant throughout and im sure we will be back in the future.

This lovely home with stunning views, very friendly village, and super nice hosts is one of our favorite rental houses ever (and we travel a lot). We are a family of 6, and we had everything we needed: lots of room inside and outside, excellent furnishings (also in and out), and a really friendly village just down the hill from the house. We walked into town at least every day--for groceries, ice cream, restaurants--and sometimes just for a pleasant walk. The home is set up for family living, so most of the time we cooked at home and ate on the spacious terrace overlooking the pool and the ocean. Also, the pool is maintained to the highest standard, and we all loved cooling off there, especially when we had been out and about exploring the many rich archeological sites in the area. Finally, everything we could have possibly needed was supplied in ample quantities. My advice: book your stay now!

La casa è molto bella e curata nei dettagli, fornita anche di tutto il necessario per le prime necessità. L’host è stato molto proattivo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Nea Epidavros è un paesino abbastanza semplice, ma spostandosi con l’auto si raggiungono il sito di Micene e spiagge veramente stupende, poco frequentate

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, perfect for two persons. Suitable even for longer stays. Very nice terrace and view. Perfect location just outside old town, by the city park and the local market. Most helpful and kind host ever.

Der Aufenthalt bei Giannis war wirklich schön. Das Strandhaus entspricht den Fotos, das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür! Im Ort selbst gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, womit sich die Umgebung super erkunden lässt, Nafplion ist ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Giannis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer gut zu erreichen war und uns regelmäßig gefragt hat, ob noch etwas fehlt. Auch zeigte er uns den Ort und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt!

Hallo Anestis und Familie, wir bedanken uns, dass wir in Eurem großartigen Haus 2 Wochen verbringen durften. Es ist tatsächlich so, wie die Vorredner schon geschrieben haben - die Fotos können nicht annähernd beschreiben wir schon es in echt ist. Ein riesiges Grundstück, auf dem man schländern und immer etwas neues entdecken kann. Ein einmaliger Barbeque-Platz der urgemütlich ist und bei dem an alles gedacht wurde. Im Haus fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Ihr habt so kleinen Dinge dort, die eine Verbindung zu Euch und Eurem Leben schaffen. Aber das großatigste ist tatsächlich der Blick! Ein Traum und defintiv mit keinem Foto der Welt festzuhalten. Man muss sich bewahren solche Schönheit zu sehen und zu erkennen. Wir haben diese in unserem Herzen mitgenommen und bedanken uns für alles. Kati, Steffen und Jürgen :)

Le logement est simple et calme...pas loin de la plage, et stratégiquement situé pour visiter les trésors du Péloponnèse. La communication avec Georgia est excellente. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le contact direct avec Panos (frère de Georgia). Nous avons suivi ses conseils de visites. Ils se sont avérés excellents.

Le séjour chez Nikos restera pour nous l’une de nos plus belles expériences de vacances : le cadre est absolument exceptionnel !!! La terrasse est un vrai paradis, on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer, la décoration est à la fois originale et chaleureuse, il y a une petite crique en contrebas où nous avons pu nous baigner seuls ! C’est à 25 mn de Nauplie qui est charmante et à proximité de Mycènes et d’Epidaure. Nikos est très accueillant et a eu à cœur d’anticiper tous nos besoins. Nous recommandons à 100 % !!!

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

Danai met us and showed us around. Explained how everything worked. Very friendly and had a great guest book with all kinds of suggestions and itinerary. Her place was warm on cold nights and comfortable. We took advantage of her eggs and oranges and had scrambled eggs and toast with fresh squeezed OJ. There's a juicer above the glasses. The Agripostacwas so quiet and peaceful. Sat out on the porch listening to the rain one night. Close to Epidaurus and Nafplio. Definitely recommend eating at Zervas if you get a chance. I'm so glad we booked with Danai.

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis' place. the villa was perfectly clean and had all we needed. the pool was lovely, my children loved the diving board, and the privacy was amazing. it's in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, with grocery stores in 5-10 minutes walk. Leonidas was also incredibly flexible, he met us at the property even though our arrival time changed to 5am at the last minute! he showed us all around the property and answered our questions quickly whenevre something came up. I'll just note that the pool is deep and there is no fence around it, so it's not suitable for families with small children. נהנו מנופש מצוין אצל פנאגיוטיס. וילה מקסים עם נוף מדהים, בריחה יפה עם קרש צלילה שילדינו אהבו, בכפר קטן ושקט עם חנות מזון ב5-10 דקות הליכה. ליונידס עזר לנו מאד, פגש לנו בוילה אפילו בשעת 5 לפנות בוקר, והגיב במהירות לכל שאלה שלנו. רק תדעו שהבריכה עם מים עמוקים ובךי גדר, אז הוילה לא מתאימה למשפחות עם ילדים קטנים.

You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

Pepi meet us at the house and walked us through all the “ins and outs” of the house and pool. She kept us well informed prior to our arrival and checked in via messages once or twice during the week to make sure everything was OK. The house was nicely furnished and very modern. Very private and a very large plot of land. Something that a lot of Greek homes do not have. Away from the noise and sometimes chaos of Nafplio. It’s a nice 10 minute drive to Nafplio. Nafplio has all the restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The house is actually 2 units. Identical upstairs and downstairs. For us, we used the first floor while our late teen and early 20’s kids used the upstairs. We all hung out on the first floor and spent many hours around the pool and covered first floor patio overlooking the pool.

אנחנו ממליצים מאוד על הנכס של אריסטידס! הגענו זוג עם שני ילדים. הבית מקסים, מעוצב בטעם, מאוד יפה, מאובזר, מסודר ונקי, ותואם בדיוק לתמונות. יש שני חדרי שינה נפרדים הסמוכים בקומה העליונה. בקומה התחתונה יש מטבח נוח ומאובזר. בכל אחת המקומות יש חדר רחצה ושירותים. יש מרפסת עם נוף, משותפת לשני חדרי השינה. יש בנוסף חצר קדמית עם שולחן וכסאות וערסל, וניתן לשבת גם שם. הבריכה נהדרת, מאוד נקיה, יש מיטות שיזוף ושפע של שמשיות לצל. אריסטידס הוא איש מקסים, נעים ותקשורתי. נתן מענה בשמחה וברצון לכל בקשה ושאלה, והיו לנו לא מעט... אתן שתי דוגמאות ליחס המפנק שהוא נתן לנו: 1. פעמיים הביא לנו אוכל טעים שבישל לעצמו כדי לפנק ולהזכיר לנו את המטבח המקומי. 2. כאשר נפלה לבת שלנו שן, הוא עזר לנו לכתוב ביוונית מכתב מפיית השיניים של יוון, כדי לשמח את הילדה! איזה יופי! אנחנו ממליצים מאוד על האירוח החם והנעים, ובהחלט נחזור שוב אם נהיה באיזור פלופונס.

Book this villa you will not be disappointed. Fabulous in itself. Beautiful view and amazing beaches and tavernas locally. We will be back. Katarina and Dimitrios friendly and very kind and supportive. Always on hand for any issues. Loved it.

Wow! The view from this villa did not disappoint. Stunning! Such beautiful outside spaces to enjoy it from too. We hardly needed to go anywhere else for our morning tea or a relaxed lunch or eve drinks. Sunrise to sunset, just fabulous! Oh & the villa was wonderful too! Very nicely finished, modern bathrooms, great a/c, pretty bedrooms with balconies or the downstairs terrace, all the facilities you could need. Well located for Epidavros with lots of different beaches, scuba diving, the ancient theatre, bars & restaurants, a night market. We had the best time as a family, loved everything!! Marianthi was great at answering our questions & advising us on local amenities & activities. Thank you! We would love to come back some day.

This villa was absolutely stunning! It exceeded our expectations. As much as there was to do within 45 minute drive, it was hard to want to leave this property. We were fortunate to have rather good weather during our stay which allowed for breakfasts on the porch, dips in the pool (not heated but worth braving the chilly water even in March), picking lemons from the onsite trees to make our own homemade lemonade and enjoy magical sunsets for happy hour. The house was even larger than expected and provided such ample space for us all to spread out. The host is incredibly kind and responsive. We enjoyed movie nights in the basement "second house," and greatly appreciated having a washer and dryer. The only thing to note is there are quite a number of stairs to enter the main floor and a spiral staircase between the basement and the main floor (and the main floor and the second floor). We enjoyed cooking extensive meals in the kitchen and the neighborhood cats that greeted us.
