Erica's house is adorable, and Erica herself is a lovely and gentil host. The house it's in a very quiet neighborhood, where you can watch birds, and see the neighborhood cats walking around curious, there are a lot of trails around, however weather wanted us cozy inside, enjoying the fireplace/heater. The jacuzzi is superb and we didn't have any trouble setting up for use. We also had a lot of clean towels available, and the heated blanket was the cherry on top. Me as "I need at least two mugs of coffee a day" person, I would recommend to bring grinded coffee or Delta Q capsules. We didn't have any trouble checking in or out, and Erica was flexible with those. I plan on coming back for sure, as either a romantic weekend, or a friends get together on her other property. Thank you again Erica for your hospitality. :D

This is a beautiful home with lots of character and the hosts are nothing shy of amazing, they made us feel truly welcomed! Maria was extremely accommodating in helping us arrange transportation to where my brother was having his wedding, she herself drove 8 of my family members to the venue. She also made sure my entire family had breakfast from a local bakery on the day of the wedding which she once again picked up herself. Thank you again Maria,I will recommend your beautiful place to anyone looking for a larger place in a fantastic countryside setting. We will be staying at your place in the near future on our next family gathering.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Vitor! Vitor et son épouse sont très accueillants et disponibles. La maison est idéale : bien située si l'on veut visiter le pays, au calme à la campagne, très propre et très fonctionnelle. En bref, un lieu idéal et des propriétaires au top !

Good spot for a large group. Lots of beds and bathrooms. It was chilly when we were there and could use a few space heaters. We used the fireplace in the downstairs kitchen in the morning to warm up. Sergio was a good host.

The casa was stunning, very tastefully decorated. Amazing that beautiful walks and a river beach is accessible without getting in the car. The hot tub under the stars was dreamy. Honestly, I’d happily live there. William was very responsive, helpful and relaxed. I will be recommending this stay to everyone.

Pedro’s place is like going to your grandmas’ place: very cozy! The house is huge and comfortable, very nice open spaces and with entertainment inside the house. We meet Pedro’s brother and father and extremely friendly; Pedro was so nice to let us have an early check in and always attentive and responsive. A very complete recommendation guide was given to us that made us feel taken care of. The house even has a working chimney that made our night very warm! Great location and worth every single cent! Our stay at this beautifully restored cottage in the farmhouse was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Surrounded by the lush greenery of Serra d'Aire and Candeeiros, the property offered a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage itself was cozy and thoughtfully restored, blending traditional Portuguese charm with modern comforts. We loved the quiet, sunny environment, and the views of the surrounding rural landscape were breathtaking. It was the ideal setting to relax and recharge. The location is also convenient, being just 5 km from the Marian Sanctuary of Fatima, so you can easily explore the area while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Overall, this is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a stunning natural setting. Highly recommend!

All went well and Ines was very flexible and nice. Totally recommend the house. Spacious , nice garden and lovely outdoors. Very peaceful neighbourhood.

Localisation dans une vallée. A proximité (30min-1h) d'activitées et visites. Nous avons reçu les informations à l'avance afin de trouver la maison. Nous avons réussi grâce aux coordonnées GPS. Nous avons été accueillis par nos hôtes. Cela fait plaisir d'avoir pu échanger avec eux et avoir des recommandations de visites et restaurants. Ils sont restés à notre écoute selon nos besoins. Les enfants ont adoré jouer avec leur chienne Ruby avant nos visites. Belle maison mitoyenne aux hôtes. Les photos correspondent. C'est une demeure typique Portugaise. Elle était bien équipé pour nous. Le canapé et les matelas ont peut être un peu vécu selon notre confort. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de très bons moments au bord de la piscine, de calme dans les hamacs et des apéros ensoleillés sur la terrasse avec des parties de ping ping. Nous recommandons.

Top plek om te kamperen, genoeg privé ruimte in de groene vallei om een tentje neer te zetten. Mogelijkheid om bij een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet aan te schuiven, waarbij Liedewij rekening houdt met onze dieetwensen. Ook het avondeten was gul en zeer smakelijk. Onze hond heeft daar lekker rond kunnen rennen en was van harte welkom.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is beautiful. The area is peaceful and quiet. There is a little grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. It was a lovely spot to stay and drive to Fatima and other sites in the area. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. We had a little trouble finding the place and they came right away and met us. Would definitely stay again!!

The house and property were absolutely perfect! Even more beautiful than the pictures, the home is nestled in nature, offering both comfort and serenity. I could not recommended more this place in warmer seasons! A beautiful house, with a breathtaking view, amazing garden and well equipped kitchen. The surroundings, amazing too, very quiet and beautiful. Ideal for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy nature. The host was very friendly and responsive. However, the heating, even with a fire place, was not effective and the house was very cold, specially in the bedrooms. If the heating is not improved, I will not go back in winter. But in Spring-Summer, this is a place to go!

Un endroit idéal pour se reposer. La maison dispose d'un grand jardin joliment arboré avec une piscine. Des restaurants typiques et abordables à proximité. Maria et son époux sont accessibles et sympathiques.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e com bastante simpatia, os hosts, providenciaram uns mimos de boas-vindas à nossa chegada. A casa tinha tudo o que era necessário e essencial para termos uma estadia confortável, para além de estar limpa e bem organizada para nos acomodar. Com uma vista deslumbrante e situada num condomínio calmo e simpático, não posso deixar de destacar a piscina, igualmente fantástica para se passar umas boas horas. A localização e o acesso às praias fluviais também é um ponto forte deste local. De uma forma geral, foi uma experiência bastante agradável e a Nádia sempre muito prestável em agradar e certificar-se de que estava tudo a correr bem. Vale bastante a pena, é o local ideal para relaxar, passear e sair da rotina. Gostámos bastante!

Espaço muito agradável para uma Estadia relaxante. Piscina com óptima exposição solar. Casa grande com assoalhadas amplas. Acesso ao rio no fundo da rua a cerca de 400mtr. Anfitriã muito disponível em todo o tempo. Recomendo!

We spent a long weekend here. The house was amazing with an astonishing view of the river. Pedro and Ana, our hosts, were very kind and welcoming. Everything was perfect.

We had a lovely stay. Helen and her family are super friendly. The house was very big, it had everything we needed. Two large bedrooms, two very clean bathrooms, nice sitting earea Inside, AC everywhere. We would recomend this stay, especially when you have kids. We travelled with a toddler. Because of the privacy of the house we didn’t have to worry about early noise. Also at night it’s very silent. The baker comes to the house every day, there are 2 pools, lots of space to play. I could go on, all good things. Thank you so much for our lovely stay, Helen!

Gostamos muito do espaço . O contacto com os animais , a zona da piscina e as redondezas foi o ponto forte da estadia . Conseguimos visitar alguns pontos turísticos que tínhamos interesse e aproveitar para descansar, com o nosso bebé .
