We had a wonderful time staying here. It was quiet, peaceful & within walking distance of family who we were in town visiting with. Jenna was proactive with providing information ahead of time & checking with us (without being intrusive) to ensure we had all we needed. The space was a little oasis retreat & was just what we needed/wanted, particularly for the price. Thank you!!

We visited Ithaca for the weekend and needed a quiet place for the evenings as we were out and about all day. We could walk to the Commons for dinner and shopping. The living room was comfortable for a movie before bed. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Bruce was a wonderful host! He was very responsive from booking till departure, and made several wonderful recommendations for trails/parks/falls we would enjoy hiking. He went above & beyond, calling ahead to check trail availability as they close seasonally! He updated us on anticipated weather conditions prior to us traveling. He greeted us upon arrival, and had clear instructions available in the apartment that made our stay even better. His property /neighborhood are beautiful and peaceful. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. He thoughtfully provided coffee for brewing & a fresh carton of creamer for us! We were able to explore the area, and also enjoyed spending time in Bruce’s space with our family. We weren’t able to take him up on his offer to host a fire pit in the evenings, but we did get to enjoy some lovely conversations with our host. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and are looking forward to seeing Bruce again on future trips.

Loretta and Rick are welcoming hosts who truly want to make your stay comfortable. Our apartment was well thought out with nice touches and plenty of self help guidance to use the amenities. We were touring the Finger Lakes area for a long weekend and our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The quiet location is convenient to both Ithaca and Watkins Glen as well as the numerous wineries and cideries between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs, the space was immaculately clean, and everything was new and fresh! We loved our 4 day stay and plan to return in the future!

What an amazing stay!! It was such a cute place within walking distance to a lot of great areas and less than a 5 minute drive to other places. I would 100% recommend this as a great location to stay!

From the moment I booked, communication was seamless, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our visit. The home itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made me feel truly welcome! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and every little detail was carefully considered. Beyond the space, Brittney is an exceptional host. She provided fantastic local recommendations, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always available without ever being intrusive. Her hospitality made our trip so much more enjoyable! If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate!

Our stay was wonderful! In a very great location. A short walk away to Downtown. We loved our stay, we will definitely book again, next time we’re in Ithaca!

Our weeklong stay at Ann’s was delightful, place is as described. Clean and so bright, makes a huge difference during Ithaca winters. Location was great for short walks to Gimme cafe & Ithaca falls, neighborhood is calm and quiet, we often saw the same neighbors out walking or shoveling sidewalks. The apartment was very tastefully and simply decorated, all amenities we needed for cooking meals and relaxing/ cleaning thru the week. Appliances and bathroom are older with some wear, but everything was fully functional. The design elements in the apartment are beautiful, you can tell their family has a history in architecture! Ann was responsive, friendly and helpful. We’d love to return here, particularly in darker winter months.

Very nice guy. House is near a busy street but was surprisingly very quiet. He cares and it shows. Needed a place for a quick trip to visit family and it was just right.

Kim is a wonderful host. She has developed a beautiful living space in aside her home and it is very spacious, simple and feels like a "home". The space is very clean and bright. She is an outstanding communicator, very responsive and does her utmost to ensure your comfort. The location is quiet, removed from the village of Ithaca yet close enough to commute without issue. Everything went according to what is listed on the website. I would stay here again! Thank-you.

I had a wonderful stay at Terri's home. She was responsive and helpful. Her home was beautiful and it was the best night's sleep I have ever had while traveling. I definitely hope to stay again and would highly recommend her home to anyone traveling to the area.

Jenna’s penthouse apartment is gorgeous. It is light, spacious and beautifully furnished. It provided a perfect home base for my daughters, one of their partner, and me to enjoy a quick getaway and visit to Ithaca College. Downtown Ithaca is at your doorstep with fun shops and great restaurants. We will be back if we find ourselves in Ithaca

Jenny’s airbnb was amazing and felt like home! Jenny is an amazing host and would love to stay here again in the future! The time I stayed in Jenny’s airbnb was nicely located close to the veterinary school where I had to be for in-person class and clinical rotations! Jenny helped me so much in navigating the bus routes and if I needed anything was very responsive to my messages and texts! I loved my stay and recommend staying at Jenny’s Airbnb if you are visiting Ithaca!

I booked Chance’s place for my fiancés birthday and it was such a great experience! We loved the space and it was clean and very easy to relax in. It was exactly the weekend he needed! Chance also gave me a great recommendation for a spa in the area that was another incredible experience! With all of the activities in his Airbnb and the sights in the area we were never without anything to do! Thank you!! We will definitely be booking with him again!

David is an excellent, helpful host, and the house is super charming. Little delights abound, books, record, art and cozy nooks, as well as thoughtful touches. Feels like being in an antique shop! The wood stove made cold nights cozy. Views were serene. Would definitely stay again!

I will definitely want to return to this beautiful home. I appreciate that they provided so many amenities for us, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, coffee, tea, and more! The location is great, with a short drive to restaurants, parks, 7-Eleven, and more. I loved having a dedicated parking spot, and most of all, the jacuzzi. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights when he was swimming at a meet at Ithaca College. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything was wonderful! Kayla was great about communicating details on check-in and other important information, and everything was as-pictured/advertised in the listing. The apartment is so cozy and has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen (mini- fridge with separate freezer, gas range, microwave, Keurig, tea kettle, French press, plenty of pots and pans, glassware and dishes!). My son slept in the bedroom and I took the pull-out couch in the living room, and both were very comfortable! It is a very convenient location- 7 minute drive to the pool at Ithaca College, 5 minutes to Ithaca Commons and no more than a 10 minute drive to anything else we needed to go (Wegmans, other restaurants, etc). We felt so at-home here and I’m so glad we chose it instead of a hotel.
