The accommodation was lovely, compact but well appointed and laid out. Our family of 4 felt right at home. It is also well located near Hatagaya Station, only a few stops from the major hub at Shinjuku. The host was enormously helpful, providing local assistance and recommendations. The host was very responsive and a clear communicator. If we travelled to Tokyo again we'd stay here again, thoroughly recommend.

The place nearest train station is at Odakyu Line called Mukogaoka Yuen station. It is 20 minutes train ride from Shinjuku station. Neighbourhood and quiet environment which my family loved. From the apartment is merely 9 minutes walk to train station. The apartment is small and cozyvand well equipped just nice for my family of 4. The host Yui is very nice to pick us up at the nearby train station with a car and help us carrying all our heavy luggages. She guide us how to manouver the aircon/heater and all the electrical item. She goes way and beyond to assist our needs and concern for us if we manage to take train back to Shinjuku on our last day as there was a train delayed on that day. We will love to stay at Yui other apartment if we return back to Tokyo.

We were two families(4 adults and 4 kids) and we stayed a total of 5nights at this property. i would like to say that we were truly satisfied with what we experienced. the host Jkp was always available for any queries. even at late night he replied to messages and he has maintained the apartment really well. For those who comes from middle east and some other countries for the first time, may feel that the rooms are small but beleive me, hotel rooms are no better. It is easily walkable to train stations and the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. I can totally recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a decent and affordable stay in tokyo. you just have to walk like 8-10mins to the station and in 15 mins, you are at the centre of tokyo. Nonostante ci siano stati diverse problematiche riguardanti il nostro viaggio, l'host è stato sempre molto reattivo, flessibile e disponibile! L'alloggio è inoltre vicinissimo alla stazione e l'area circostante è molto tranquilla. Consiglio vivamente.

My wife and I stayed at Salvador's place in Hiroo for 2 weeks. Incredible neighborhood, convenient location, and warm yet modern apartment. Particularly thankful for the central heating during autumn in Tokyo. Highly recommended.
