We had the best time staying at Tsudoi’s place for 3 nights. Tsudoi was very helpful and responsive. The house was spacious and clean. We’d come back again for sure!

Really nice and clean place. Host was very responsive and had clear instructions. The location was very close to multiple bus stops which was very convenient. Overall, was very pleased with the accommodations.

Where to start.....My husband and I had the good fortune of spending a week at this BEAUTIFUL accommodation in Suginami City. Nestled in a quiet, peaceful community is this lovely apartment that has a separate entrance to the main home. It is very private and spacious. We loved how well cared the property was, with cherished family artwork, furniture and touches throughout. We were given tea and cookies by the host, and were offered rides to and from the nearby train station. This stay will be a highlight to our trip and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone wanting to experience life in Japan like a local. Don't hesitate to book it!

Super clean and quiet space. The stairs are a bit tight so keep that in mind if you have big pieces of luggage. It’s a ways away from all of the “action” of Shinjuku, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. There is a nearby train station and we had no problems getting Ubers and taxis.

Host is super responsive and attentive. House is sparkling clean and comfortable with full amenities provided. Ample parking available and near to shops and cafes. Perfect place to stay in Minakami! Host is very helpful in providing recommendations for meals :)

とても良い時間を過ごさせていただきました！ 建物が木々の中に佇んでおり、外の世界からシャットアウトされているような落ち着きがありました。 部屋も広く、卓球やカラオケなどの娯楽もあり、普通では体験できない空間でした。 また、大きな窓の前にはテラスがあり、BBQや焚き火を楽しむことができ、楽しみ尽くすことができました。 今回は5人で滞在しましたが、ダイニングテーブルのサイズ的にもちょうど良かったかな？と思いますが、大人数での滞在でも十分楽しめると思います。 決して新しい建物ではないですが、メンテナンスが行き届いており、綺麗で居心地が良かったです。 高速道路からもそこまで距離はなく、スーパーは比較的近くにありましたし、那須サファリパークが車で5分もしないところにあるので、ロケーションも程よいと思います。 ありがとうございました！

Jkp was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is great - 5 minutes away from the subway. A few minutes away there were very good local restaurants and cafes. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here. The home is close to the train station and on a quiet side street. The beds were comfortable and communication with the owner was very easy. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

The house is 3BR 1 1/2 bath. It is small for six but doable. The place is lovely with tatami heated floors. The location is tucked away in a residential area of Shinjuku. It is a five minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku Station. It is a bit pricey, but prices are relatively high in Shinjuku.

Very comfotable house, perfect for a family with kids. Our hostal was a great help. The place was very clean. It has everything you might need, all the ammenities. Many convenience stores nearby even a large market. Subway is a short walk away.

Largely great stay! Place is as described and the host was perfectly communicative, helpful and flexible, great host. Home is beautiful and the location is wonderful, a quiet / residential area (with embassies, expats) but very close to Azubu and Hiro-o subways and shopping and dining etc. Just be aware that the home is unique, referred to by my co-traveler as a 'concrete palace' which seems apt. As others have mentioned, tight spiral stairway up to 4F may not be for everyone. And some weird quirks, like the shower, sink and toilet (4F) all in different spots, seems more designed for form rather than function. Also the concrete needs some work (esp 4F shower, as the host is aware and communicated about) and updating in a few places. Might be hard to live in long-term but made for a wonderful 4N stay overall (as long as you're ok with the stairs etc). Bonus ride to NRT was a nice touch, thank you

Our stay was excellent! Hanako is very responsive to all your questions. The house is located in a very residential area, however, very close to a great park for kids, excellent restaurants, and a small grocery store nearby.

ホストの方も担当の方も丁寧にご説明・ご対応してくださりとても気持ち良い宿泊になりました。宿も大人数でお借りしたため母屋と離れを使わせていただき、広々と過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 BBQも使いやすく、設備の中にかまって釜があったのも驚きでした！自分達はいけませんでしたが、近くに薪の無人販売があり、そこまでいけばできるようです^^

4世帯の子連れ旅行で利用しました。キッチン、部屋、お風呂、敷地が広く、マッサージ機もあるのでとてもゆっくり過ごすことができました。 庭や室内で遊べるグッズ、子供用のテーブルと椅子、ハイチェアなどもあったので子供達もとても楽しんでいました。 また大所帯で旅行することがあれば利用させていただきたいです。

We stayed here for 10 days, and it was spectacular. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Very close to a few places to eat, including a sushi train restaurant only a 20 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We paid extra for towel service which was well worth it. The local convenience store Lawson was very convenient for any drinks or snacks, and a grocery store is only a 5 minute walk away. Easy bus ride to Disney, can take public transportation or taxi to downtown Tokyo or Makuhari Messe convention center. Had a great experience with the owners and would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to stay at Tokyo and plans to go to Disney.

外に出て回る時間がないほど楽しい施設でした

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.

バーベキューができプール付きの為、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。ホストの方も親切で色々気にかけてくださり、感謝です。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

Es war ein wunderbarer aufenthalten und die Gastgeberin war sehr entgegenkommend und rund um die Uhr erreichbar! Absolute Empfehlung!
