Linda and Sione could not have been more warm and welcoming. They were perfect hosts and always responsive if we had questions or were looking for recommendations. The place was very nice and well built with modern fixtures, and with some thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. It was private and had a lovely shared outdoor seating area, although we didn't see any other guests while we were there. We also enjoyed visiting Linda's shop next door to our accommodation, where she sells beautiful soaps, bags and jewellery, much of which she makes herself. The only thing to mention is that the room has a fan but no AC. During hot and humid weather it's something to be aware of.

We had a great time with Sifa and his family ! They showed us around town and gave us advice on what to visit. We loved the idea of sleeping in the car as we could go to their beach and just stay overnight. We would definitely recommend this special accommodation to everyone visiting Tonga 🇹🇴

The most incredible host I’ve ever encountered. Not only Tupou owns one of the nicest houses I’ve seen in Tonga but she makes you feel right at home from the first second. I could not imagine staying anywhere else next time I come to Eua.

We felt right at home for the following reasons: 1. clean home inside and outside (very inviting) 2. fully furnished 3.air-conditioner and fans 4. warm shower 5. washer/dryer 6. clotheslines & pins 7. free access to fruit trees (vi, breadfruits, papayas) and healthy green leafy pele and taro plants, lemon grass for warm tea) 8. locked gate (felt safe and secured) 9. peaceful neighborhood 10. host very friendly and accommodating I am hoping that this home would be available when I visit Tonga again.

Had a great time staying at Ofa's place. Our flight arrived really early and we were a bit tired but Ofa allowed us to check in early. Also when we left our flight back to NZ was really late and again Ofa allowed us to check out late. The place is really clean and well stocked with all the essentials so you can be self sufficient if you don't want to go out for meals. Also we had a lot of families visiting and bringing food so it was great to set up the tables outside, we talked and ate outside enjoying the great view out to the outer islands and sea and the sea breeze kept us cool even though it was December and supposed to be the hottest month in Tonga. Two of the bedrooms had aircon but we never got to use it as the fans were sufficient and we never shut the doors other than the outside screen doors as it is safe and the house was always cool. Location is ideal as not too far from town but is quite enough and just by the sea is a great bonus! Ofa and John are awesome hosts!

Grand merci à la famille de Felila qui a rendu notre séjour agréable et a toujours fait plus que ce qu'on attendait. c'était en tout cas spécial pour nous car nous nous sommes senti vraiment en famille et avant partagé de très beaux moments. Merci encore une fois.

If youre travelling to Tonga. I would recommend Juliets home. Clean and spotless. She had everything you need for your stay. She always respond to us. We loved that she had a washer that you hardly see in tonga☺️ Perfect that she had Ac that saved us from the hot weather in Tonga around this time. This place is close to town. We would stay here again next time we visit Tonga.

Fabulous place to get away from it all. Just far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to pop in whenever you needed a bite or to do some shopping. Only rare boat traffic in the water near the fales, but never near enough or loud enough to even notice unless you you're looking for it. Great people in the village if you're looking to get a little Tongan experience. The vanilla being dried is always a nice plus coming and going to the fales. Such an amazing smell. Great caretakers while we were there. Chris and Angela and their youngin', Trace. There when you needed something or wanted to swap stories. Otherwise, they let you do whatever you needed to unwind.
