House was fantastic, spacious and very homely. Perfect for a larger amount of guests also. Close to town but also far enough away to enjoy privacy. I definitely will be back and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you for the stay.

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

Blanksby’s place was perfect for our girls weekend away. The house was beautifully presented and comfortably accommodated the 7 of us. We immediately felt at home and relaxed. A short 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and corner store. Highly recommended stay with easy to communication. Many thanks for a lovely weekend

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

If you are a large family/party, this is the perfect place to base yourself to explore the Peninsula. Great location (15min drive to Sorrento, 30min drive to The Pillars) with supermarket round the corner, extremely spacious, and fantastic amenities. The area is private and peaceful. The pool table, bar area, and pizza oven are great for family nights in. Would definitely stay again!

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.

Great sized house and very well stocked with clean and good quality dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding and everything else you need for a lovely stay. Hayley was a fantastic host. Instructions were clear and made finding and getting into the property super easy. We were also impressed with her responsiveness for a couple of questions we had one our first day. Thank you for having us, we had a very enjoyable stay!

Glenys and Geoff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. The place was heaven. Hot tub, two blocks from the beach, lush garden and beautiful space. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

We had a lovely stay! Felt right at home the moment we arrived. The huge pool table was a great addition- we enjoyed quality family time playing a couple of games. The large freestanding bath was also a huge plus! Easy stroll to cafes and restaurants. Super short hop skip and jump to a beautiful beach lined with cute beach boxes. And lots of thoughtful small touches that surprised us in a delightful way during our stay from thoughtful activity books and pencils to a range of board games and much more.

Great little place with everything you need, including a washing machine, good WiFi and a comfy bed. Location was great, close to the waterfront and just minutes to the centre of Frankston. Busses are close by also. Tim was a great host, very flexible and made me feel welcome. Thanks.

I had an amazing stay at Marco’s place! I Couldn’t recommend highly enough. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The attention to detail was incredible, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful little touches that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. Check-in was smooth, and Marco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. This listing exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless and beautifully styled with good quality furnishings. It had everything I needed for my young family of 4. The week we stayed the temperature ranged from 30-40 but the apartment stayed cool with no need to use the AC provided. The beds are also super comfortable. Communication was really great with pro active messages containing all the information I would need. The kids loved the cookies and milk left to welcome us to the home and I thought the hand written welcome note was a lovely touch. We will definitely rebook when we are next in town.
