The house is wonderful! Open layout and nice decor made it extra homey and comfortable. The couch was so comfy i wanted to stay there with a book all weekend :) Had a hiccup with the heater and Ashlee was super responsive and accommodating. She immediately bought an additional space heater to help but unfortunately it was an extreme cold snap that weekend so Ashlee was quick to offer a refund for unused nights. I will definitely stay here again though for future visits!

Very cozy house with plenty of space for guests and for hanging out. The location feels private and secluded despite being near a large intersection. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome secluded house, host was very responsive and helpful if anything was needed during our stay, highly recommended. Our group had come from tennessee to waterfowl hunt awesome place to stay felt like we were way out in the country but it's actually very close to restaurants and other accommodations.

Stay was good. House was clean, easy to find, no problems at all. The house is more dated than the pictures show especially the cabinets in kitchen and bath. Also, the washer and dryer are in main bedroom which is not clear in pics. We had a great stay in Lawrence and the house was a good value.

The house was exactly as described! It was walkable to the Amtrak station and VERY walkable to Mass St. It had a nice, big table in the living room, which was perfect for our group of 9. We would stay here again!

Great place. Convenient location. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed playing the games provided. As a Healthcare professional, the flexibility was much appreciated!

I rented this for my step daughter and her husband as I was unable to accommodate them on their trip. I accidentally have my step daughter the wrong code and Neil was so quick to respond and help them get in. They loved staying here!

My stay was wonderful. The rental is easy to find and a nice 2 block walk to an excellent coffee and bakery. The owners provide all the amenities that I had hoped for plus more especially regarding kitchen and bathroom goodies. The rooms are all nicely furnished and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to my questions and initiated contact to make sure I was satisfied with accommodations. The neighborhood is lovely. There is designated guest parking and access to the apartment was easy. This place exceeded my expectations and I recommend it. I hope to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home right across the street from the Capitol! The location couldn’t be more convenient, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze, and the home itself was clean and well maintained. The only minor issue we encountered was with the internet, as it wouldn’t stay connected to the living room TV. However, we used our hotspot, so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, there was a noticeable dog urine smell in the hallway from a neighboring apartment, but this is obviously beyond the host’s control. And the apartment itself smelled nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

This light-filled, airy rental situated with a view of the ample birds and wildlife that congregate on the Kansas River is one I plan to return to each time I’m in Lawrence to visit family! Especially good for multi-generational or multiple family stays due to the privacy each level provides. We especially enjoyed the sun-soaked balconies on the building’s south side, the walkable convenience to downtown Lawrence and artisan coffee within yards. Yep: there are trains but I was prepared and at times found the vibrations soothing. Not a deterrent for booking again.

So happy we chose Victoria's place. Great space, nicely decorated, comfortable bedding, plenty of space for our things!

Debra was proactive with communication, accommodating changes due to the severe weather in the area. We adjusted seamlessly and had a fantastic stay. Her place is one of a kind, steeped in the history of the area. The downtown location was super cool. The beds were super comfy and the space, which is quite expansive, served all our needs to a T. Awesome experience all around!!

Reidel is a great host. He reached out multiple times to assure our stay was going as planned! The house was in a great location for visiting KU campus/basketball game.

This is my second stay at Corbin’s place and it made my life very easy while visiting family. Corbin’s place is quiet, easy parking, convenient location, comfortable bed, wonderful shower and soft towels. I appreciate Corbin being open to feedback and suggestions to maintain a 5 star stay!

A great condo in a great location! We loved how everything in downtown Lawrence is walkable from this location. The condo was exactly as listed and included all of the small things that make for a great stay like delicious Nepresso coffee. The balcony was a great place to relax and take in the view of downtown and campus. All in all a great stay!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb for a girls weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to great shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our time together. We had everything we could possibly want, from cozy beds to a fully stocked kitchen, which made it feel like a home away from home. The only downside was that we did have to pay for parking, but it wasn't a huge inconvenience considering how great everything else was. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway. Five stars all the way!

What a great place to stay! Just like the photos and description. Perfect location for downtown happenings and plenty close enough to campus as well! Super easy to access tons of restaurants and nightlife if you want! Jessi was a great and responsive host! The condo was in great condition! Will definitely rent again!
