We have been coming to Carolina Beach for 34 years and this is the absolute best condo in which we have ever stayed! The location is perfect and walkable to several great restaurants and the boardwalk. The unit is at the end of the building and on the top floor, so the views are incredible, while still being quiet and private. The elevator is a definite plus for those who have difficulty with steps and the luggage carriers make check in and out, a breeze. The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped for your every need. Debi and Peter are available and very responsive. We could not have been happier!

We honestly loved the place to begin with, it was relaxed and in a quaint setting, not too many people. The condo was amazing and stepping into it was a breath of fresh air. 10/10 would def come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. I really got a workout on the stairs, but that would not stop me from booking with them again. It was worth every step. Can't wait to book with you all again in the future!!!

This one BD condo in Kure Beach is a perfect getaway to getaway from it all. The unit is cutely decorated (looks like the pics) and the kitchen comes with the gadgets, pots, and pans to make your own meals. Stock up on groceries and beverages in Carolina Beach (10-12 minute drive just north of the unit) and you would never need to leave the property during your stay. The ocean is a 90 second walk from door to sand. Hope to be back!

Visited for a short spur the moment trip this weekend from Saturday-Monday and we had an awesome time. The condo was exactly as described with no surprises. Very clean, king bed was extremely comfortable, great views, and great food. Rhonda was super nice, attentive, helpful, and flexible. We had a great weekend getaway and we highly recommend. 👍

We had a great stay for 3 nights! When I say this was one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on, I’m not exaggerating. I wish I could take it home with me. Beautiful view of the ocean from inside and out. Small kitchen and renovated bathroom but suited our needs. Easy beach access from the complex and near the unit. Great surfing, walking or sunbathing but not sure about kids in the waves, the surf seemed rough to us. Pool was not open during our stay. Steep 1 flight of stairs to access condo, something to consider with heavy suitcases. We did have to contact the owner 1x with a question/issue and they responded very quickly. Overall would highly recommend this condo!

We loved staying here! It was the perfect quick getaway. Cozy inside and you really can’t beat the location. Will be rebooking for sure!!

Amanda was a great hostess. She was very communicative and checked in on us. The beach access was a great bonus to this rental.

We had a wonderful time at Rays Up for our little get away. The condo was exactly as described with all amenities we needed while there. The balconies were awesome and we actually spotted some Dolphin passing by from the Oceanside one. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little slice of heaven. We had a great weekend at Joe and Michelle's! It was great to have everything in walking distance. Beds are comfy, which is a huge plus for me. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean and inviting. We loved being so close to the beach and it made for a really relaxing and wonderful time. The backyard is so cute and it was just perfect for our long weekend! Hosts were wonderful and communicative!

Such a beautiful place, walking distance from the beach, can see sunrise and sunset from balconies, and super clean! Deborah makes staying here a bonus with how sweet, accommodating, and responsive she is! Could not recommend enough!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. It felt just like home & none of us wanted to leave. We had 7 of us and we had plenty of space. Our 7 year old enjoyed the loft space & made that his bedroom for the week. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips…The view was STUNNING! Only a 2 min walk to beach & 5 min walk to boardwalk… super convenient to everything we wanted to do. Every one of my kids felt like they were at home & we can’t wait to come back. Brandon was very responsive & honestly it was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The dock was nice to retreat at nighttime & the VIEWS of the sunset *stunning* the windows & doors allowed us to see the docks at all times of day. Also ok top floor you can get a view of the ocean & the morning sunrise! So relaxing. You won’t regret it.

For our vacation trip we had 5 adults, 3 kids and a baby and we absolutely loved our stay here! It is a great spot! Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of space for us all. We would definitely stay here again. The balcony has a good view of the ocean and the pier. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Navigating the resort was easy. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. We had everything we needed for our time here. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. They also enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and playing by the ocean. It was so beautiful You have to try the restaurant here too, it is so good, we all loved our food. We had a prefect vacation! Thank you so much for opening your place, we hope to visit again.

Parking was close to unit so an easy transition to unpack. Clear keyless entry at check in. Open, airy, and bright condo with 2 decks that had an ocean view. Sat outside and could hear the waves in the morning. Perfect spot for a Bloody Mary and Mimosa. Always felt safe. A great value if you are looking semi off season on a budget. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely little place with an excellent view of the ocean. The full front of the condo is floor to ceiling windows and the ocean is right there!! we loved it. So even though we had a rainy day, we could enjoy the ocean right from the living room. And better yet, the porch - it has comfy chairs that are high so that you get an unobstructed view of the ocean. I can't say enough about the view. The bed was very comfortable and the bunk beds look like fun but we did not sleep in them. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. The dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans - everything you need is right there. The living space is roomy and comfortable. If you want TV it's there too but who wants to watch TV when you have such a fantastic view of the ocean! The bathroom has a nice tiled shower and there are little shelves so there is room for your cosmetic bag and stuff too. Everything was clean and tidy. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend!!!!!
