Vi hadde en flott sommer med barnefamilie. Huset har en stor privat hage hvor barna kan leke. Veldig beleilighet med privat vei ned til stranden, som gjør det enklere å gå på stranden flere ganger om dagen. I tillegg var det meget nyttig med dusj i hagen for å spyle av sanden når man kommer fra stranden. Huset var stort med god plass til flere familier. Vil aboslutt anbefale plassen. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Séjour parfait dans cet appartement situé à proximité de l’aéroport de Rome ! Propre, confortable et bien équipé, il correspondait exactement à nos attentes. L’hôte a été très disponible, arrangeant et même réservé un taxi pour notre départ, ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended I stayed at this apartment with my friends, and we had an amazing experience. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, making it easy to explore the area. A special thanks for Federica, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Wegen eines Bahnstreiks konnten wir leider erst Abends einchecken und wurden deshalb sogar mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof abgeholt! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Strand, Bahnhof und Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wird würden jederzeit wieder in diese Tolle Wohnung kommen!

Tres belle maison, belle configuration pour groupes ou grandes familles (5 chambres). Exterieur tres agréable (terrasse, piscine, barbecue ), a proximité de la mer. Rome accessible par transports en commun, ou depot de la voiture a Lauretina (parking), puis métro pour aller dans Rome. Sejour tres agréable, propriétaire tres reactif, tout a disposition dans la maison. Nous recommandons.

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

Muy linda casa cerca de la playa. Lorenzo nos recibió personalmente y fue muy amable mostrandonos cada detalle de su casa. Nos gustó mucho el diseño de la casa y fue muy cómoda para una familia grande. El parking muy fácil en la calle de enfrente y la llegada a Roma toma 30 minutos hasta el centro en auto. Recomendamos ampliamente esta casa

A very nice Villa and easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants!

Giandomenico è stato super disponibile e sempre presente per qualsiasi cosa. Ci ha consigliato molti posti carini dove mangiare e fare colazione. La sua villetta è dotata di qualsiasi cosa, ci siamo trovati benissimo

Der Aufenthalt war für uns genau das Richtige. 10 Min zu Fuß zur Bahn oder zum Strand. Einen Tag sind wir nach Rom gefahren (3,80 EUR pro Strecke, ca 45min. bis Termini) und haben uns die Füße wund gelaufen, am nächsten Tag lagen wir faul am Strand (Liege+Schirm ca 12 EUR) Es gibt zahlreiche gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Daher haben wir dort nie gekocht. Ein Grill ist vorhanden. Bis Anzio empfiehlt es sich dann doch ein Auto zu mieten. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Den Pool um die Ecke der nicht zu Haus gehört, haben wir nie genutzt. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und würden es noch einmal buchen. Bei Problemen und Wünschen war Giulio schnell und hilfsbereit.

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!

Vi var två familjer med små barn som hyrde och hade en jättebra upplevelse. Doriana och medvärdar var mycket hjälpsamma. Det var svårt att hitta boendet genom adressen men vi fick en exakt pin till boendet som vi kunde lägga in i gps:en. Det vore bra om det fanns instruktioner för hur sopsorteringen fungerar i huset så slipper alla fråga. Vi förväntade oss att det skulle finnas mer förbrukningsartiklar så som salt, diskmedel, toapapper vilket det inte gjorde men värden ordnade de till oss när vi frågade. Det var väldigt mycket flugor överallt längs kusten där vi vistades vilket gjorde att vi inte utnyttjade uteplatsen lika mycket som vi trodde vi skulle göra. Enligt uppgifter så var det pga det blötare vädret som varit under hösten (vi var där i oktober) och inget som andra som vistas där under sommaren upplevt. Allt som allt hade vi en mycket bra vistelse!

Wir waren drei Wochen zu Besuch in Claudias Unterkunft und waren schnell überwältigt von der fantastischen Lage, dem unfassbar schönen Stränden und den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Claudia hatte sich in der ganzen Zeit sehr viel Mühe gegeben um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und gab es doch mal ein kleineres Problem hatte sie uns umgehend geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt.

I share the opinions of others. A place with character. Thank you for a short but very enjoyable stay with flexible check out. We would love to return in the warmer season when the beach can be fully enjoyed.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön und liegt sehr gut. Der Zug ist gleich in der Nähe. Von hier kommt man ohne Umwege in die Stadt Rom. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei Fragen jederzeit unterstützt. Diese Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen.

Absolutely beautiful, we came from London and wanted an authentic Italian place to stay and this was it, very homely and also very safe. The locals are very helpful. Everyone is friendly and everyone is eager to help: the host was very friendly. They offered us options. They accommodated us well. The apartment was very clean the apartment had everything we needed, the apartment’s balcony was my favourite especially because it was sunny. We had breakfast on the balcony. For me, this place is more for a quiet vibe right next to the beach with beautiful restaurants. However, it was a bit tricky getting to the city. Once the locals and the host helped it got easier. It’s all part of the experience to be fair. I am definitely booking this place again.

We went off season in January. Initially Franca greeted us and then Luigi. Luigi went out of his way to help with a car issue we had. The apartment is beautiful, clean and quiet. Two bedrooms with one containing large bed and other room with twin beds. Kitchen and living room are large, and full spotless bathroom. Even though we went in January weather was warm for us Canadians and we spent much time even up to late evenings sitting by a quiet patio table. Two bicycles were included should anyone wish to use them. Numerous bars and restaurants are within walking distance and for those who enjoy the beach during the summer months, the beach is just a few minutes by car. All and all, highly recommended!
