Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Lovely little cottage in Marldon village. Friendly, helpful hosts, easily available on site but we were left to holiday in peace otherwise. Happy to provide dog essentials had we needed them. Excellent welcome basket on arrival, plus milk, water and butter in fridge and more supplies in the bathroom. Kitchen equipment was great, everything we needed was already there. Comfy beds and sofas. Tv with Netflix, prime etc. Cottage was lovely and warm for rainy October weather. The garden was pretty and had a swimming pool which would’ve been superb in the summertime. Easy parking on site and close to the excellent local pub, The Church House Inn with its own car park. The cottage was cosy but we still had room for our two greyhounds and beds. All in all, a great base to explore beautiful south Devon.

We had a lovely stay . The caravan was comfortable, clean and warm . The caravan was very well equipped with everything you need . Robert was very communicative . throughout our stay and we will definitely re-book again .

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

Enjoyable stay perfect for the dog.

We had a fabulous stay at Roberts house, which boasted the most magnificent views of the bay. The house has a nostalgic feel and we were instantly transported back in time, we had every we needed during our stay and Robert was more than helpful. The location is perfectly and short walk gives you more fabulous views of the Bay. Thank you for welcoming us x

Exceeded all expectations, beautifully and tastefully decorated; loved the beach theme with the decor; the beds were extremely comfy and the linen clean and fresh. The home was extremely well equipped, and a very useful information book supplied. It was warm and had constant hot water and a super bathroom and shower. The property had been decorated with lovely Christmas decorations throughout and the added touches of milk, coffee, biscuits and a basket of dog supplies was a very pleasant surprise. The box of games was brilliant, and we made use of those. We visited The Old Manor Inn, both evenings as only a short walk away, and it is a lovely friendly pub. We stayed locally for walks with the dog and found plenty of good places to eat. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one.

Really lovely house in a great location. We had a fabulous few days in and around Brixham. House is walking distance from of choice of pubs and restaurants within the town and harbour area and places like Dartmouth are just a short drive away. Kath is an excellent host. Clear instructions and great communication. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Had a fantastic stay at the villa between christmas and new year. The villa has such space and full of character. It was presented perfectly clean and with everything you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and really easy to communicate with. The villa is well placed for exploring south Devon. Would definately like to stay here again

This is our second time staying at Sundeck. It's like home from home. Peaceful, well equipped and comfortable beds and sofas. It is a downhill 20 minutes walk into Brixham but the walk back up can be challenging and takes a while longer. However if you don't want to walk the no 17 bus stops almost outside the property and runs every hour. We used this as my parents are 83 and not so mobile these days. There is a pub 2 minutes walk (we never heard any pub noise) and 2 minutes further is a well stocked shop. It's also a good base for exploring further afield. Would not hesitate to stay again in the future x

Cute, cosy cottage in the old part of this lovely village (don’t be put off by the much newer outer part of Stoke Gabriel on the approach). The cottage is well equipped (apart from having no actual wine glasses, oddly) and has all you need for a weeks stay, the shower was great and there was always enough hot water We were here in January, so we really appreciated the log burner and used to every day. Less than 5 minute walk to the well stocked village shop, the 2 village pubs (one was closed for refurbishment), Emma’s restaurant (highly regarded, but shut in January) and the River Shack on the quay (ditto). Be sure to follow Sharon’s directions to the cottage, as a sat nav will probably try to take you down Coombe Shute, which gets incredibly narrow (there’s a 6’6’’max width sign).

Victoria's house is immaculate, stylish and very well appointed. We had a very comfortable stay. It's a short walk to Brixham and Berry Head is walkable and stunning.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful cosy house. Very clean. It was perfect stay for our family of four. Would love to come back and stay in the Summer time.

A lovely, cosy home that felt like a home away from home. Dog-friendly with a garden, and just a short drive to the beach for scenic walks. Brixham town and other parts of Devon were easy to explore. Had a fantastic time—thank you!

We loved our stay in Brixham. Location had good access to Brixham marina with some great restaurants. Olive and Le Petite Maison, well worth a visit. We walked to St Mary’s Bay which was beautiful and quiet. House very well equipped for all of us. Plenty of space and well presented.

Absolute gem! Great quiet spot to explore surrounding attractions. We travelled with a 4 year old and a dog. The Mill pool just down the road was the highlight for them both. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hope to be back!
