Great house in a great location! Chris is a great host, very responsive and helpful. As for the house, it's very spacious, clean and well equipped. Parking was very easy, rooms were spacious and the location is super. We had a great stay with two primary aged children and four adults, lots to do in Paignton and all very short walk from the house. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed as a family of 3 during the Easter half term to visit family in Preston. The property was perfectly positioned for us. Local shops and cafe’s nearby were useful, as well as the beach. Inside the property, it has been nicely decorated and was clean. Plenty of space for our family. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Outside the property was a designated parking space on the driveway which was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Tracey's place is lovely. A short walk from the beach and nice restaurants. Tracy's house is very clean and she's a great host. We had a cracking stay for a family holiday

Lovely house - the kids loved all the little areas to hang out in, especially the pirate room! The pictures don’t quite do it justice! :) Josh was helpful, friendly and responded quickly. Lovely location, walking distance from everything you need, and great views. I think we’d love to book again.

This place is wonderful! beautifully clean, tidy, comfy beds and furniture and some nice touches like a big bag of popcorn in the cinema room! There was so much space for the whole family and the house caters for all age groups...and the dog! We had mostly great weather and so went to Goodrington Beach for the morning which was only 10 mins away, but could have spent the whole weekend in the house no problem, as it was so well equipped. Would highly recommend for a big family get-together...we will be returning!

A wonderful house and the allocated parking was a huge bonus. Terrific views. Everything was better than we expected.

The cottage was delightful. We stay in Devon every year to visit family and I’m so pleased we came across the rabbit hole. It was clean, cosy and really well located for exploring Torbay and plenty of dog friendly beaches if you have your furry friends with you. The cottage was so well equipped, with everything we could need, even dog bowls and blanket for the dogs which was a lovely touch. The fish and chip shop at the bottom of the road was a big welcome after a long day out and about but equally the kitchen was really well equipped for doing a spot of cooking! The quirky interior was a hit, a lot of work and care has obviously gone into the design! We stayed for a week but could easily have stayed longer. Would definitely stay again, couldn’t fault it.! :)

Brilliant home. We stayed for a 60th birthday so a mixture of ages, and we all loved it! The pub was a great touch! House was very clean and tidy, easy to find, great communications with owners, would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos—clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Adam was incredibly helpful, and the instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Absolutely beautiful views from the apartment. Very nice two bedroom accommodation, great kitchen area and bathroom was clean and spacious. Great to have secure parking and very central position and fantastic walks. We loved this place.

We had a lovely stay at Glenn’s apartment, Glenn was extremely helpful, the property was in a perfect location with a beautiful view, looks exactly like the photos if not better! We felt right at home and would definitely stay again. Only thing I would say is there was a strange smell which did not shift, could’ve been a smell from below apartments however lingered throughout our stay and had to open windows. No oil as mentioned on listing either, however, not a problem as there was a convenience store very close by :). Loud family below however this cannot be helped. Great stay overall, and would recommend to others.

Lovely stay at Merida apartment. Myself, my partner, our 6 month old daughter and my mum stayed here. Very clean and cosy accommodation. Beds very comfortable, travel cot for our daughter was great. The bathroom is very nice also! Fully functioning kitchen with everything you could need which was great for us with a baby! Short 5 minute walk to Torquay harbour which was full of nice pubs, shops and restaurants. Also easy enough to go for a longer walk if want to. Over all accommodation and location were excellent and we are already talking of booking again. Louise was also very responsive in the lead up to our arrival and we met her when we arrived. Lovely lady and a great host

Another great holiday at Goodrington Lodge. We've stayed numerous times in different apartments here over the last 10 years or so and we still come back every year. The location is great for us and is very dog friendly. Our 2 Jack Russell's love it. Apartment 7 is ideal for us and the dogs and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Adam is a great host, very friendly and quick to reply to messages. We will be back again for certain!

This property was exceptional! It was pristine, beautiful and so well equipped it was simply a home from home! The welcome hamper was a gorgeous gesture, the information provided by Sarah and Mike, pre check in, during our stay and post our departure was second to none! We have been coming to Torquay every year for 10 years plus and have stayed in many accommodations but this was by far the best we have ever experienced! I cannot recommend highly enough! Nothing negative to say whatsoever! Thank you and we will definitely be back xx

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s apartment this weekend which was exactly as we’d hoped - nicely decorated, clean and in a great location… just a short walk to the town and harbour. Mia has been the perfect host, very friendly with good communication. We would love to return to this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

We enjoyed an excellent break here over Christmas. The apartment is exactly as described, having large bedrooms with great views over Torbay and a very well equipped kitchen that was a blessing for making a Christmas dinner! Dean was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay and I would highly recommend.

Loved our stay at Rebecca’s place. Lovely, cosy spot right in the centre of Brixham. Easy to find and check-in. Rebecca was lovely and responsive and had recommendations on where to go locally for food. Close walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and pubs. Great for a long weekend break to explore Brixham and the surrounding areas!

We have stayed in Karen’s flat before. It is conveniently situated just around the corner from Preston Sands so is a quieter location but an easy, level walk to the sea. The private parking is a bonus at busy times and is reasonably spacious and easy to access. The flat was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Shops and takeaways all within easy walking distance too. Certainly hope to stay again and this is now the first place we check for availability when visiting our friends in the area.
