Little Trevio is delightful. Emily has thought of everything. The location is great for walking into town and for accessing the coastal path. The allocated parking space is a real advantage to have in Brixham. Yes the walk back up the hill is challenging the first time you do it but it does get easier! Emily is a super host. She has thought of everything. The space is cleverly and beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed is very, very comfortable. Communication was great and Little Trevio was easy to find, and felt very safe. The views are very special. Highly recommended . Brixham is a wonderful place for a break - we loved walking the coastal path and were spoilt for choice when choosing somewhere to eat.

We were very comfortable at Louise's place, lots of extras & lovely touches included. The outside space was ideal for our dog. Louise was very responsive to anything we needed to know. We were very happy staying in her apartment. Warm, comfy bed & hot shower. A lot of thoughtful touches, like the Christmas tree 🎄 Thankyou.

Lovely and very comfortable flat, looks exactly like the photos. Emily is a great host, very friendly and helpful. Would def recommend and would stay again next time I’m in Torquay😊

We had a really enjoyable short break. The home was clean, tidy, well equipped, and situated on a well-maintained site with great facilities and enjoyable evening entertainment. During our stay, we explored the charming towns of Brixham and Torquay, both of which were picturesque and full of character. A highlight of the trip was our visit to the zoo, which made for a fun and memorable day out. Ross was a great host and provided all the info we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway in a beautiful part of the country, and we would happily return!

Lovely and an excellent place to stay

A perfect weekend away for children, dog and I. The flat felt very homely, clean and welcoming. We loved all the extra little touches especially the pastries! Although it was dog friendly it didn’t smell of dog at all. So thoughtfully set up. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The children are all keen to return! Thank you

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating an important birthday. The house was amazing. Beautifully decorated and lots of space for 10 people. The Combe house arms was such a unique feature. This was a perfect base to explore Brixham and the surrounding area. It’s only a few minutes from the harbour, restaurants and shops. A very quiet and peaceful spot while we were there and Liz was a good host. If you need an additional bed the sofa bed is big and very comfortable. Large people might find the shower cubicle a bit tight but not a problem for us. All in all we had an enjoyable stay The only real downside was that there was no parking at the property but if you are prepared for that it’s not a problem. Loading and unloading the car can be done easily by the property. Would we go there again? Yes.

Super place , quiet location but just up from the main drag …

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful area. Thanks to great instructions it was easy to find and check in process was smooth. The apartment was spotless and beautifully presented.

Fabulous penthouse, beautifully decked out with everything you could wish for!! The views are superb and it was lovely to drink them all in from the balconies or inside. Our friend is not too clever on his feet so it was perfect to drive into the garage & get the lift. It all worked extremely well. Thank you Kelly for allowing us to stay in your amazing penthouse, we loved it!

We had a lovely break at Easterly Breeze. It was a very clean and comfortable apartment. With lots of nice little personal touches. Just a stones throw away from the sea. Lots to do in the local area and some lovely restaurants. Julian and Tracy were great hosts. Very communicative and responsive, and provided lots of local knowledge. The whole process of renting the apartment, getting in & checking out couldn't have been easier. Would definitely recommend.
