We had an amazing stay, Stephen was very welcoming. The room had a big bay window with nice view to the garden. It was very clean and even had an extra Dressing room.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas in the Annexe and Mary and Terry were the perfect hosts, very friendly and there should we need them. Mary had provided lots of little thoughtful extras. The place itself was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Great shower, comfy bed and very quiet at night. There was an easy walk down to the beach and from there on to Teignmouth and an easy drive to Teignmouth, Dawlish and Shaldon. We had an excellent meal in the pub just up the road from the house. We can recommend the Annexe and would love to stay there again sometime. Thank you so much Mary and Terry.

Anyone looking to stay right on the beautiful Devon coast. Look no further! The Room was clean and had everything you need for your trip. The accomodation was surrounded by pleanty of shops, restaurants, PH/bars and just amazing scenery. Kate and her partner was very approachable and responded immediately to any requests/questions. Kate invited me to join them one evening for a glass of wine, which i didn't hesitate to accept. We had a nice evening and they were very polite and openly chatted on a variety of subjects. I would not hesitate on returning to this accomodation, on my next visit to Devon. I cannot recommend Kate enough. A fantastic host who always aims to please. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Samantha provided a lovely, cosy and comfortable room to stay in and provided clean bathroom and other amenities. As a host Samantha was very welcoming and kind as well as quick to provide anything that was needed (including a lovely breakfast), and I'm sure that if anything was wrong she would fixed it as soon as possible. Kingskerwell is a very peaceful charming area and I would thoughtfully recommend if you need to stay for either work or for leisure.

We had such a lovely week here over Easter. The views are to die for at this property, and even on the odd rainy day it was simply a pleasure to be in this house soaking up the wonderful views all around. Hot tub was also amazing and loads of lovely places to sit outside too. The beds were super comfy and the place peaceful, but also pubs and Dartmouth just a step away. Mark was a super helpful host as well. Thank you 😊

Deb is the most friendly host that I’ve ever met. She made me feel at my own sweet home, very welcoming and cheerful. The bedroom is clean and comfy, perfect for a single person. I’d definitely come back if I go to travel in Torquay again. Thank you so much! And Happy New Year!

The decor was beautiful, and there was an orderly feel which it was relaxing to experience. Hosts are friendly and kind but not pushy.

We felt right at home when we arrived. Our host Samantha and her partner were very friendly and accommodating with local recommendations. We were made to feel at ease and had the flexibility to come and go as we pleased. The location was well suited for us for the south of Devon. There were good pubs that served food locally as well as a petrol station, drive through Costa and an Aldi close by. The room was very nicely decorated, clean, had drinks facilities, a small cooler and the beds were really comfortable. Also, the shared bathroom was also kept very well clean. We were offered the option of breakfast which we took and was very nice. Cooked one day and continental the next. We even have fresh eggs from her hens. We can highly recommend it.

My partner and I stayed with Jim and Roger for 3 nights, having had weekend tickets for Lockdown Festival but no camping; and we couldn't haven been happier with our stay. Jim and Roger were super relaxed, welcoming hosts and catered for our every need. Everything we could have possibly needed was thought of, from toothbrushes to a razor. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home, there was even a coffee maker in our room! The house was beautifully furnished and decorated, and we enjoyed breakfast (cooked lovingly by Jim every morning) sat in the sun out in the equally wonderful back garden. We also really enjoyed the company of their two little dogs, who were as pleasant and welcoming as their owners

Loved the location, allocated parking was what was very important for us. Close to town and our friends who live round the corner. It is a lovely new apartment with great views, great shower and balcony. Bed was a little hard for us, but owner is addressing this for the future. But overall a lovely comfortable apartment which was spotless. Will definitely use again.

This is such a beautiful, private and pristine studio. We loved staying here. It is really easy to walk everywhere and Nic and Rich have left a lovely little book with lots of useful info. They have thought of absolutely everything , we cannot fault it. thank you both so much for a really lovely stay.

Eves is a very good host!! The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Stayed only one night but the next time i visit the area I will try to stay here again. :)
