Very impressive, absolutely immaculate and the little added touches with milk, cake and doggy basket were a bonus. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly. First time to stay here but will certainly return. First holiday for our little cavalier puppy and he was made very welcome with lots of fuss. Would highly recommend a visit here 😊😊

The bungalow is so spacious and warm. lovely homely environment with everything you’ll need. Comfortable quiet nights sleep and very friendly hosts which will happily help with anything you need. It’s situated close to shopping locations, the seafront and train station so extremely convenient. Looking forward to staying again. Thank you for a lovely stay

Ideally located for what we needed. Pubs, restaurants and takeaways within a short walk. Well equipped and clean. Would try to stay again if we went back to Torquay.

Extremely kind and helpful hosts, very welcoming, with a lovely gift of food and drink on our arrival. Beautifully-appointed accommodation, with every conceivable amenity; one of the best AirBnB places we have ever experienced. Our little dog was very happy there too! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay, loved the view of the water and harbour. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking a meal or some baking, everything from a whisk, seive, measuring jug to rolling pin. Jacqui is an amazing host, she went above and beyond and even offered and drove us to the local train station. Definitely can recommend.

Perfect for young families. We had everything we needed. Jon and Jo were super responsive and made us feel right at home. We would defintely stay here again.

Amazing accommodation . Spotlessly clean and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Really easy to chill on the fabulous settee. Host was always quick to reply and very patient in getting us around the closed roads around the accommodation.. The only thing we found but did not affect us was WI FI was quite patchy. But to be fair we did not raise this because it did not affect us for this particular visit. Would definitely stay again . Thankyou

Great apartment in good location for walking into Torquay- about ten mins from town / the beach. It’s on the top floor so lots of stairs but there is a small lift which one person plus bags can fit in. Easy to park in a bay behind the building and easy to access the building using a code but despite contacting the host twice beforehand to check how to check in and park I just got a text with all of the info the morning of check in- which is fine but it does say on the listing to enquire for parking details so minor panic started to set in! Comfortable, warm, cosy and well equipped generally although sofa is very tired, bathroom shower tiles are a bit mouldy and the television only works on BBC1 and BBC2. Bedrooms and beds are cosy and comfortable, easily sleeps 4. Take your own washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets ( & toilet roll) as none provided although there is a small convenience store within walking distance. WiFi is good. Could do with Amazon firestick or something for TV.

Cute, cosy cottage in the old part of this lovely village (don’t be put off by the much newer outer part of Stoke Gabriel on the approach). The cottage is well equipped (apart from having no actual wine glasses, oddly) and has all you need for a weeks stay, the shower was great and there was always enough hot water We were here in January, so we really appreciated the log burner and used to every day. Less than 5 minute walk to the well stocked village shop, the 2 village pubs (one was closed for refurbishment), Emma’s restaurant (highly regarded, but shut in January) and the River Shack on the quay (ditto). Be sure to follow Sharon’s directions to the cottage, as a sat nav will probably try to take you down Coombe Shute, which gets incredibly narrow (there’s a 6’6’’max width sign).

Little gem of a place. Property matched photos and was very well equipped. Had to be in area for a few days and we were really comfortable at Ade’s place. Met Margaret at check in who was very friendly and helpful. Managed to park with no problems but can imagine there are times when it is more difficult. Easy, flat walk to seafront. Excellent value for money

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful AirBnBs we have had the pleasure of staying in. From beginning to end communication was excellent. We could not fault this beautiful apartment. It was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The nautical themed and country decor was fresh and very tasteful. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms pristine. The location was gorgeous and very picturesque, looking out over the harbor. We had quite wild weather ( to be expected in Winter ) but I could imagine it would be gorgeous in Summer. Sarah was an absolute delight and perfect host. The thoughtful hamper and beautifully written card were very personal touches. I hope we can return one day. Thank you Sarah.

We stayed at Ashley's beautiful Captain's Rest for the second time. The location is absolutely perfect with everything within walking distance, close to amenties, restaurants, parking and plenty of places to explore. The property really is a home from home with lots of added extras that help to make your stay a delight. Captain's Rest is beautifully decorated, clean and tidy and perfect for all the family. I stayed with my family (including two children, aged 12 and 4) and we had more than enough space to relax between adventures around Brixham. Thank you so much for having us a second time, we will be back!

Great hosts and lovely home in a great location, easy enough to walk into the town. (the hill isn't as steep as it looks) So spacious and very comfortable rooms! Lovely welcome pack and essentials, my son made full use of the hot chocolates! as did I, with the prosecco! It was a lovely place to spend New Year.

I stayed here for a weekend in February 2025, from the minute I booked Victoria had made the whole booking process so stress free, keeping in regular contact and sending me a lovely welcome back. This apartment has the WOW factor! It is a beautiful apartment with lovely touches throughout. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning to another of her holiday homes.

Fabulous penthouse, beautifully decked out with everything you could wish for!! The views are superb and it was lovely to drink them all in from the balconies or inside. Our friend is not too clever on his feet so it was perfect to drive into the garage & get the lift. It all worked extremely well. Thank you Kelly for allowing us to stay in your amazing penthouse, we loved it!

A lovely appartment in quiet peaceful location. Excellent local pub/restaurant within 30 seconds walk. located within a 10 minute drive of Teignmouth and Torquay. I would highly recommend this AirBnB.

We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay in Donna’s beautiful apartment. Being there in January, we were very warm in the centrally heated rooms. We loved the views from such a great vantage point. The beach was especially interesting. We enjoyed watching athletic dogs and very brave human swimmers. The sunsets were spectacular and the lights at night so pretty. The garden walk allows great access to the front and we walked every day into town for a coffee and bagel. Torbay itself is very friendly, with lots of restaurants and many interesting pursuits to occupy all ages. Donna is a very kind and considerate host. Her apartment is scrupulously clean and inviting. It has wonderful high ceilings and the whole place is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our time so much in this amazing apartment that we plan to go back again. It was hard to leave.
