Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

The home was located centrally in Goleta and close to the airport, beach and shopping. Abi & Rami was very helpful & responsive. Their home was clean and had good amenities. It was very comfortable for the 5 of us in 3 bedrooms. It was decorated well too for a homey feel. The only thing is the driveway to the parking is narrow and may be very tight large SUVs or trucks. We would definitely stay here again if we have extended stay in Goleta.

Oraklus's place was just as it appeared in the pictures. Very spacious and great ocean views. Great breakfast restaurant just steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Pamela and Steven were amazing hosts! Proactive communication and directions were very clear and easy. The bed was THE most comfy ever! Appreciated the coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and they even offered to get us creamer. They supplied bottles of water and healthy snack bars too in the fully stocked kitchen. The Williams Sonoma soaps and room sprays were lovely! They really thought of everything and were so sweet! We would definitely return!

Brian is an accommodating host and the apartment is a great find, we stayed overnight and didn’t have time to grocery shop. Fortunately Brian sold us some organic eggs from his own chickens and the apartment had all the other necessities. He even lent us a couple of sleds to go to the snow behind his property in the afternoon. I’d definitely return for a longer stay.

We had visited and stayed in Santa Barbara before but this time wanted to stay in the quaint village of Montecito. We arrived, parked the car and never needed to drive our whole stay, everything was so close. We brought our Bikes and rode every day along the beach, and to the city of Santa Barbara, coming home to this comfortable suite. It was a home away from home, with many wonderful restaurants and shops nearby.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kiran’s place. She is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, making the time there so smooth and comfortable. Communication was always easy, and she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, and i really enjoyed the scenery it was a great way to start each day. I’m so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. I would definitely love to come back. Thank you again Kiran.

I think one of the strongest points of this Airbnb is the location, although you have to navigate windy roads, you find yourself at the very top of Malibu; the epic views and peaceful vibe make it well worth the drive. The Airbnb sits beneath the main house; although it is private, you are not detached. I had no issue as the host Nicholas is a wonderful man, a great communicator, and was very helpful. A blissful stay for me!

Whether it’s your first time in SB or you’re a returning traveler, Kyle’s stay is the perfect spot to reside during your visit! Starting off with its location near needed stores and recommended restaurants like Jeanine’s diner, you can’t ask for a better location. A stay should consist of both an Experience along with Convenience and this home provides both. In using AirBnB, I think prompt communication from a host is a strong factor of making the stay a great one and Kyle executed that “to a T”! An issue would arise, she was quick to respond! I appreciate the home, the location and the professionalism that Kyle displayed during my visit.

This place was perfect for walking to town or to the beach. Very clean and modern decor. Delicious Nespresso maker for morning coffee. Jannett responds fast and was very accommodating! :) If you like to cook - bring your own olive oil and spices.

Maddi's house was perfect for my best girlfriend and I. The place was very large, perfectly clean & very comfortable. The kitchen had everything anyone could ever need. Beds were very comfortable and nice bath. The location is 1 block from East Beach, 2 blocks from Bcycle bikes and easy to get anywhere, especially Montecito, where we spent most of our time. My only suggestion is if planning to park in the carport do not rent an SUV. The space is small but parking on the street in front was easy and very safe. There are several units and this one is at the back, very quiet and private. Maddi was great to answer a couple questions within minutes of my call. This is an Excellent rental in every way!

Absolutely loved the stay at this perfect getaway! The unit was a perfect little vacation unit - clean, cozy, and homey. The whole property was amazing, a huge backyard with so many beautiful trees and flowers. I also loved that it’s tucked away in between Summerland and Carpinteria. Ted is an amazing and accommodating host! I plan to come back.

A wonderful stay! Warm, cozy, quiet and well supplied. A great place for your stay in Solvang.

Julie and Dave are just lovely people, even the groundskeeper Jesus is awesome. She responses so quick to any inquiries you have during your say. Julie had some extra freshly baked bread and it was delicious along with a yummy apple from their garden, fully organic pesticide free :). The place is nice and clean, bed cozy, clean linen, towels, and kitchenware. YOU MUST FOLLOW her directions to get to the property or else you won't make it lol. Once you learn the way its fun to ride up the canyon roads :D. The high speed internet is great which is a must because you will not have cell service up in the mountains which i didn't mind, just que up your directions on GPS before you leave and you'll be all good. The backyard is as described, simply beautiful with a view to match. Only downside is minor, you don't have a driveway access so at times when there are guest in the other units it can get a little tight on the street. Ultimately would def stay again, peaceful getaway in A+ location!

We loved Mona’s place! It was one of the cutest airbnbs we’ve stayed at. It has a totally eclectic charm, and one of the best views of the river in Topanga. We loved everything about it - from the layout, amenities (amazing indoor tub!), hot tub, view, location… we enjoyed everything moment

This little apartment was perfect for what we needed. Although we did not do any exploring around town, main street had very interesting shops and lots of things to do around the corner from the apartment. We will definitely return to explore and have a more relaxed visit. The beach was right down the street two houses down which was very nice for quick easy access to beach activities. Great little place!

Thank you so much for hosting me at your beautiful apartment. The stay was very comfortable and quiet. I loved how the complex was gated which made me feel more secure with parking my car. The apartment itself was spot on with the description and photos online. Again, thank you Rajvir and I would never hesitate to book again with you.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

My husband and I along with our daughter, son in law and grand daughter, spent 10 nites at Zora’s place over the Christmas holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and being able to be together to play games and open presents. The close proximity into Solvang and its Julefest made for fun walks. We also enjoyed nearby wineries, Santa Barbara and local parks. I do think in 2024 in the Tech State of California not having free high speed WiFi is a bit anachronistic. Paying an additional $5 per device for poor bandwidth was unnecessary and annoying. That criticism however is not a negative reflection on Zoar but rather the Worldmark property policy
