Great Studio apartment with great amenities and very clean like a hotel! About a 10 min walk uptown from the main Ventura strip and beach. Cars can be loud but closing the windows was enough to make it quite, if anything it added to the experience of being apart of the town! Lovely experience overall and the hosts were very helpful in any case. Will be back! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Solimar Sands with our family. A few highlights: proximity to the beach, loaded beach gear closet with toys, chairs, cooler bag etc, and the clean bright space. One thing we didn’t realize ahead of time was that beach towels aren’t provided so just a note to pack your own if possible! Otherwise we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

This beach house was walking distance from the beautiful Santa Barbara beach and boardwalk. It was a perfect space for me and my family. I really appreciated the extra pull out bed and the playpen for my daughter! The space was filled with thoughtful amenities and extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and wipes! I would definitely be booking again when for our next stay.

location was excellent and extremely comfortable beds . had everything we needed. Walkable to beach and State Street. If traveling by car it will be quick. We will be back it's extremely beautiful.

The condo was perfect for our family beach stay during Spring Break. Everything was as described. Great location, right on the beach and the condo had everything we needed!

Arrived was able to enjoy listening to the waves crash on the beach. Great view and excellent location. Can’t wait to book again. There is an elevator onsite. There is private parking. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom was clean and well stocked. I would recommend staying. We arrived to visit UCSB and this was just a few minutes from Santa Barbara! The best part it was super quiet with everything you need within walking distance.

I am so glad I chose Melanie’s place for my recent stay in Santa Barbara. The Airbnb was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location. My husband and I walked just about everywhere we needed to. The bed was especially comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary champagne and espresso. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to extend our stay and Melanie was responsive to our request.

Heathers place was so lovely. Heather is quick to respond to questions and is super helpful with local recommendations. The house itself is super clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable. Could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

Beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and full of charm — it was just right for our family of three. The space had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the bathroom included nice shampoo and conditioner, which was a thoughtful touch. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and there was even an air mattress for our 4-year-old, which worked out perfectly. The location couldn’t have been better for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

This is a sweet little beach condo! It was very clean and well-decorated! The setup with the two bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group. We also appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The home is in a gated community. During your initial check-in, the host lets you in through the visitor gate. You're then supposed to receive a clicker that allows you to let yourself in through the resident gate. Through no fault of the host's, the resident gate wasn't working, so the host had to let us in each time we wanted to enter. This presented some challenge for us, but Roza was very apologetic, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure that she was available for us each and every time we needed access through the gate. Easily the most attentive Airbnb host we've ever had! We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in the area!!

Lara's place is great. It is all set with all that you need for cooking. The two bedrooms are very private, and both have their own bathroom very near. The best part is the location. You can easily walk all the way to the top of the "plaza portion" of State Street in 30 minutes, and even closer are lots of restaurants and bars. Then, in the other direction is the beach, pier, and marina. We never moved our car while we were visiting. There is also a grocery store 3 blocks away, so easy access to all that you need for a great stay.

Great place to stay. Loved that we had both units for two couples and our dog. Super walkable to all of Solvang. And the parking was plenty. Comfortable, clean, easy stay!

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

We had a wonderful time here! The location was absolutely perfect. So close to the beach, the park and walkable to every restaurant and shopping this cute little beach town! Amanda left us a great list of recommended places to visit.
