Robert And Arlina were fantastic and so accommodating we fled the la fire and Robert and Arlina went on and above to help us feeling safe and so well taking care of the house is fantastic and so close to the beach i really appreciated that every room had a tv, so it was easy to follow the news and see how the la fire developed i can really recommend staying here you will never find a more accommodating hostess

We really had such a wonderful stay at the Orchard House. The house was beautiful and as described. Our family has two individuals that use walkers and the layout was just perfect. However, when we came in to the house to explore, it took us a moment to find the other master! It was off the garage area and I thought for a second a booked a house that was not big enough! Lol. Todd was very responsive whenever we had a question. The house was very peaceful (except for the minor construction going on next door but that won't be a longterm problem, and nothing that should prevent you from visiting!). All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will look to come back to Todd's place the next time our extended family has another party! Thank you again Todd for everything!

This beautiful accommodation was a high blessing for my family, which flew in from all across the nation when my daughter was rushed to ER and ended up in the ICU. The house was 6 min drive to UCLA West Hill. 4 very spacious bedrooms, 5 very comfortable beds plus sofa sleeper was plenty of space for my family of 8, plus friends and family to congregated to share meals, stories and fellowship. The 3 bathrooms did not disappoint! The large back yard was plenty of space to allow children space to blow off steam while their parents enjoyed the outdoors seating. The host, Eric, was extremely responsive when we had a minor issue with the water in one of the bathrooms. It was remedied within 2 hours, and he even text to confirm that we were satisfied with the repair (we were). I would absolutely rent this beautiful home again!

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, being super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! Chrystine cares about her guests and it shows. We booked both the main house and the Bee Cottage. Both were spotlessly clean, packed with fun knickknacks, extra towels, pillows, and goodies. If I can give a 6* I would. Highly recommended for its rustic charm, cozy, and warmth.

This is my second stay at Heidi’s place… so obviously I enjoyed everything the first time around. It’s a very magical spot… gorgeous morning walks too. I appreciated the upgraded coffee maker this time around. Hah. Thanks for letting me stay again, great stay/trip.

Ian’s place is the gem of Santa Monica. The apartment was filled with plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of four - we did share a bathroom but it was not a problem since my teens sleep until noon :) The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to great restaurants, the pier, and the harbor. Despite being close to all the action, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and had such a lovely, peaceful vibe. Ian’s attention to detail really made the space feel like a home away from home. We were able to play games around the coffee table in the evenings and even do some laundry! We hope to return soon!

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

I was very pleased with my three week say, at David's place. The building is well maintained, clean, and secure. Felt safe. I see the effort that was made, to make this a good place to stay. Well furnished. Full size TV, and fridge. Fully stocked kitchen, with gas stove, pots and pans, dishes, ect. Full size comfortable bed. Secure parking under the building. Best with a small car. Hope to return again. Thanks, David! PS. Great donut shop across the street.

We overall had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maureen’s place. There place has so many wonderful small touches including a very sunny bathroom, a lemon tree, 5 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to nature preserves, and overall a well stocked home. Maureen was clear and prompt in communication throughout our stay, and truly a kind compassionate individual.

Great location, clean, great decor, quiet, and well maintained space. Love that Prospect Coffee is so close.

I stayed at Azul’s place for my birthday trip with my family. Her place was very clean and peaceful, felt private as well. It was easy access to downtown Santa Barbara. We usually stayed at a hotel but we liked the airbnb better with a little child!

This was a lovely comfortable apartment. It was clean and well appointed. The location was very good for our purposes. Our host, Bella was very responsive. Happy to report that the beds were very comfortable. Not always the case. We hope to stay there again on future visits.

Loved this spot! Easy to find, simple check in, super cute and clean - everything you need! We got lucky every time we came back to have at least 1 of the 2 parking spots open but there is ample street parking and it’s not far at all. Easy drive to and from SB or Montecito where we spent a lot of our time. Highly recommend this place :)

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Fue muy amena, muy completo todo en el apartamento, especialmente en la cocina cuenta con todo lo que se necesita, nos falló el internet dos días, pero en términos generales todo estuvo bien

I would definitely recommend Jon’s Airbnb. It is light filled and very large! Easily fits 8 people. The beds are very comfortable! The location is excellent…Just a very easy block to the cute Pierpont downtown. It’s only a few feet from the beach and a short drive to C-Street and Main Street Ventura. I only shorted on a star because the hot tub didn’t work. Jon sent someone to fix it, but it still didn’t work. He will send me a check for $100 to make up for our pain and suffering.😆 it is a very nice place and Jon responds quickly to any questions… or in our case…gripes.

A charming beachside apartment. Original mid-century features tastefully modernized. All painted white so the room is full of the ocean light. We loved it here.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here! This condo is very clean and perfect for a little beach getaway! Decorated beautifully! I would recommend this to anyone looking into getting out of town for a few relaxing days!

Had a wonderful weekend girls trip here! Location is incredible—right on the beach and you fall asleep listening to the waves crash. The townhouse was very comfortable and had the added bonus of a spacious en suite bathroom in every bedroom. Would definitely visit again!

Can't say enough great things about this Airbnb or the host! Check in was easy and Autumn made everything so smooth for us! She was detailed with her instructions and very responsive. The airbnb itself was fantastic!! It was spotless, clean, best location, great views and walkable to anything you need. I will definitely be staying there again for all future Santa Barbara locations! Highly recommend this airbnb!
