el sitio estaba muy limpió y tranquilo,la casa estaba equipada tiene de todo lo que necesites,la casa es igual alas fotos. Muy linda apesar de que hay alguien arriba,en nuestra estadía nos dieron nuestra privacidad,si hay cámaras pero es entendible pq están solo en el exterior vigilando la picina,y billar tampoco hay tantas como dicen contandolas son máximo 3 a nosotros no,nos incomodaron nosotros lo entendemos.Lo más que nos gusto es la piscina bastante profunda y grande.hay suficientes cosas para pasar el rato. Hiram que puedo decir es bastante respetuoso siempre estuvo pendiente pero también supo brindarnos nuestro espacio y eso se agradece sin duda nos volveríamos a quedar, gracias por darnos la oportunidad de estar en tu hogar ❤️y haber sacado de tu tiempo para dejarnos un hermoso detallito que con solo eso ya nos dices de lo mucho que te esfuerzas. This house a beautiful mountain view, spotless, peaceful and exactly perfect in every way!! I will definitely be back!!

It was a cute quaint villa in the countryside. The owners are very friendly and live on the property, which made it easy when we needed something quick. It also felt safer as we were all females traveling from out of country. There is a rooster on the property, so be ready to be woken up in the middle of the night or if you’re a light sleeper take ear plugs. I’d recommend staying here.

This house is perfect for groups, we had 12 people. The AC units worked great though they were unnecessary, the temprature actually got down to the 60's at night with a gentle breeze so it was plenty comfortable without the AC (Febuary). The elevation really helped with controlling the bugs too, little to no mosquitos up there. The pool was shallow but great for hanging out in, and the view from the pool area is insanely beautiful. It is humid but the dehumidifiers are already set up and really helped. The games were awesome. The trail to the waterfall is great for photos. The drive to the property is super beautiful. The view from the house is better than the photos can convey. It can't be overstated how great the view is. There are a couple resturants not far from the house that have really great food. Very private, you wont be bothering neighbors. Check out La Piedra Escita, fun swimming and amazing views of the mountains, not too far away. Bring food to save on driving. Book it!

Our family had a great stay here. The setting is beautiful with amazing views and right on a beautiful mountain road. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of great waterfalls and hikes nearby (Toro Negro forest just a few miles away). The house itself is very comfortable and we all enjoyed the hammocks and deck with beautiful views. Host was extremely responsive beforehand and in resolving a minor issue while we were there. Groceries and restaurants aren't super close, so plan ahead. Highly recommend staying here to explore a beautiful part of Puerto Rico!

Luis was very responsive and professional. He answered my questions in a timely manner. The house was pristine and full of amenities. I’ll have given a 5 in “location” but the neighborhood had lots of barking dogs!!

Everything was amazing! We were a group of 11 and we all fit comfortably in the house. We loved every minute we were there and by the end of our stay we didn’t want to leave! It was a beautiful stay and I definitely recommend it!

What a beautiful stay we had!!!! Book your stay here! You won’t regret it!!! Everything you need this place has it! I went with my infant and was provided a pack and play for the baby! Place includes a washer and dryer! Near by private beach for a peaceful experience! Great poolside! You can enjoy the sounds of the waves while enjoying something to eat in the balcony very beautiful view! Host is very attentive! I will definitely be back!

Conveniently situated next to a lovely, walking beach, this spot is tidy and well-kept, and there are delicious food trucks nearby. That mix seems ideal for a restful and delightful visit.

WOW WOW! What can I say about the place? I wasn't sure about visiting Puerto Rico with all the YouTube videos, as many people unfortunately criticize the island! The reason I booked this place was because of its central location, meaning close to San Juan and the central mountains! The condo is EXTREMELY secure, no complaints there. The arrival was easy; they handed me the keys along with the BEEPER for the security gate, which also works for entering the property. The pool is just a 2-minute walk away, the Hilton hotel beach is 7 minutes, and within 15 minutes on foot, you have Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, as well as a grocery store, other restaurants, and a pharmacy. The residence was clean upon my arrival, and I was surprised by the number of items included. When I say there's nothing missing, I mean absolutely nothing! I was a bit concerned about the yard since the neighbors are quite close, but I didn't see a single one—except for two ducks that came every day to greet us! WITHOUT FEEDI

We loved our stay at Rose’s beach villa. It had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing beach vacation. We loved having both the beach and pool as an option. Rose had an umbrella and beach chairs (no sand toys for kids) and the pool had a kiddie pool that was only 1-2 feet deep. Perfect for our 3 year old. The villa grounds were very secure and we felt totally safe. It was a very short walk to the beach as advertised! The villa was clean and looked like the photos. One room is larger with plenty floor space and the other room had a decent amount of floor space too. We loved our stay!!! Thank you Rose!

We visited Puerto Rico and stayed at Miledys place. The place is super cute. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom as described. Comfy beds as well. The balcony looking out to the beach is just incredible! - you have direct access to the beach with your own door. The beach is amazing and beautiful! Just quick note: beach is rocky and high currents so is not for everyone. I had a blast and enjoyed the water but just to keep in mind for older people (I took my parents during this trip) or kids maybe just be careful. Easily walkable ( 5 min ) to Mar Chiquita Beach - just beautiful! - on the left side you can def get in the water with lower currents and my parents def enjoyed that side :). Honestly I 100% recommend staying here. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, coffee maker, blender etc. Just make your coffee in the morning and sit in the balcony to listen to the waves. Loved it!
