we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Really amazing and unique place to stay in this 70’s hideaway on the edge of Dartmouth. Once you catch you breath after the 100 steps to the front door, you will be rewarded with a really quirky and stylish house hidden in the trees, but with tantalising views of the River Dart. It was so quiet at night and it’s only a 20 minute walk into the town that you really have the best of both worlds. Perfect for a couple or young family. The garage at the bottom was fine for our little polo but you might struggle to get anything bigger in it but there was space on the street if needed. We loved the place and will be back!

Second time staying here, and again a great stay, lovely house in a quiet area with good routes to city centre or over into cornwall. Perfect size for us and everything we need for a stay

Very modern and uncluttered interior. Spacious & clean. Exterior of property & immediate surroundings not exactly pretty, but a practical option not too far (15-20 minutes drive) from Hoe/Barbican area & only 5 minutes from A38. Quiet suburban location. Great communication from host & flexible check-out.

The house is lovely. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want. Plenty of towels supplied. Very quiet area. Would be even better in the summer. Only downside is not having dedicated parking but we found a spot just down the road.

We all had a fantastic holiday, it was our first time as a blended family and we all had lots of space to both interact together quiet/private time too. The facilities were fantastic for both adults and kids. Overall a great place for a family / large group and a great base for the surrounding area / south coast

What a great house to stay in, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. It has everything that you could expect and more, plenty of space and stuff to keep children occupied

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

What an amazing location! This is ‘no frills’ style Airbnb, in the sense that you bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries etc. But this is reflected in the costing, and the views are unbeatable. A wonderful little base from which to explore South Hams and a very responsive host.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos—clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Adam was incredibly helpful, and the instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Dan was fantastic from the beginning of our experience to the end. He provided crystal clear responses and guidance to any queries we had, and even offered his local knowledge to recommend areas of interest. The property itself was clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location - only a few minutes walk from a main railway station or into town, but in a surprisingly quiet area with little to no traffic - neither vehicles, nor pedestrians - despite being situated near a popular pub. The garden was an added bonus, providing a quiet, relaxing area to enjoy (particularly with a cup of tea!) Our stay was definitely worth the money, and we would definitely book again.

Really nice Air BnB, responsive host with clear instructions and easy check in. The location really worked for us and the space was nice, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay in Plymouth at James and Justin’s. Their flat is super well appointed with everything that you might need and is very well situated for grocery shops and restaurants. It was great to have a designated parking space too. The flat is very close to the Cremyll ferry which made for a lovely day’s walking.

Great place. Second time staying here with my elderly father for Christmas. Was spotlessly clean with all the kitchen etc utensils needed. The scones, jam and clotted cream was a nice touch as we're the Christmas decorations. Arranged to check-in early at 4pm on Christmas eve. Is about a 15 minute walk from Exmouth station plus is on street parking (parking permit provided by host if needed). Very easy access to seafront/estuary mouth and small marina. Is also a pub opposite (not noisy) that does good food. Are a couple of mini-mart style shops about 400yards away. Exmouth centre a 15 minute walk. Would recommend

We absolutely loved this place. It’s a complete gem, with the most incredible views. The chalet was immaculate and it was incredibly peaceful. There was plenty to do just a short drive away and we will definitely be returning. Thanks so much.

Super place , quiet location but just up from the main drag …

The Courtyard is just wonderful, we liked it so much we extended our stay by two days. Furniture and linen was a high standard and Jill had thought of everything. Heating and hot water was efficient and the beds so comfortable. Nespresso making machine, jet bath. Excellent and we plan to be back!

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

Had a great stay at this apartment! The place was so clean and welcoming and the host was very proactive so it made checking in and out very easy. The location was great and very walkable distance to the beach, shops, station in Exmouth. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing place to stay with the bonus of private parking, near beach, town, train station. The apartment was very clean with all you needed for a relaxing break away. If you want a place to stay by sea then would definitely recommend this!
