Hosts were friendly and communicative. Shower area is a bit cramped, but overall a lovely home in a great location!

The cottage was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay for a long weekend! John and Kimberlee were wonderful hosts who provided just enough guidance and conversation to make us feel welcome yet free to use the space. Steps from the beach and restaurants made it easy to walk to almost anything, while longer trips to Balboa pier were possible on the bikes provided! Thank you so much for helping make our trip perfect!

Nous avons terminé notre séjour de 4 semaines (visite des grands parcs américains de l’ouest) par deux journées idylliques dans une des locations d’Arabella (Myrtle). En lisant les commentaires je craignais que ce soit bruyant. Mais moi qui suis une maniaque du bruit, j’ai très très bien dormi. Ces cabanes en bois sont chic, ont du caractère et un confort et charme incroyables. J’aurais adoré rester plus longtemps, j’ai cru être au paradis. Mon mari et 3 grands ado sont aussi tombés sous le charme de ce logement et de Laguna Beach super bien situé. Je le recommande vivement.

Although I only had a quick visit, everything was great! The bungalow was very comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet! There are several good restaurants within walking distance too. The hosts were very nice and quick to respond!

John’s place is clean and quiet. Kitchen is stocked linens are clean and fresh, also so close to Venice beach plus Venice Canals, shopping and restaurants, 45 ish minutes away from Disneyland so fun ya’ll! Great place to stay!!

This was our first experience with an Airbnb and it was fantastic! Both David and Cindy were wonderful hosts and we would love to come back to see them again. We had everything we needed and then some.. I highly recommend this beautiful little wonderland!!

He offered great local recommendations for our family around Huntington Beach, and when we had a last-minute schedule change, he handled it with empathy and flexibility. Justin's place was very clean, well organized and thoughtfully appointed. Everything worked as it should, and Justin was very responsive to any issues that arose during our stay. We appreciated the pet friendly environment and the fast internet which allowed for remote work during our stay. We would highly recommend Justin's place for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and practical place to stay.

This 3 bedroom home with many indoor & outdoor spaces was the perfect home base center for a weeklong family of 4 vacation to Los Angeles in late March. Circa 1920's Spanish style bungalow with a relaxed, comfortable, lived-in yet tidy vibe. House was very well supplied, especially the kitchen - open any drawer or cabinet and all the supplies you could possibly need from coffee grinder to culinary knives, bowls, dish ware, etc. are there. Front loading washer and dryer in the basement with soap & dryer sheets at the ready -super handy. We hosted a family brunch for 8 comfortably on the back deck which is perched on a hillside with views to downtown LA as well as the hills of the Silver Lake neighborhood. Our host Corina was extremely responsive without being obtrusive. We had a minor issue with internet speed and she had the ISP company come and change the router the next day - amazing! Easy on & off street parking. Private yard w/ great plantings. Would definitely return!
