We have stayed in one of Lorena's listings last year, and that was fantastic! This villa was no different. Absolutely perfect! Will highly recommend.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Muy bien todo, solo una pequeña pega , la ducha de la planta baja se caía la cortina y se escapaba el agua por la placa ducha hacia el suelo. Por lo demás todo genial, encantado

Really good stay. The place is lovely well equipped felt like at home. Location is great too walkable distance to shops, restaurants, supermarkets. Nice walk to the beautiful beach. Nice outdoor private area with jacuzzi. We also hired a car from the host which was so convenient. We would definately recommend this place

The spacious villa was situated in a tranquil area, providing an excellent base to explore the coastline. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and we enjoyed eating outside. We opted to pay extra for the heated pool, which was welcome on the slightly chilly days. Our favourite part was relaxing on the sun deck ontop of the villa. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay.

Wat een fantastische ruime plek! We zijn hier al vaker geweest als we in Catral wilden overnachten. Je kunt er zeer goed parkeren en de poort stond al open toen we aan kwamen rijden. Verder wordt je er verwelkomt met een enorme fruitschaal en is de host Moisés zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles binnen is groot en schoon en in de prachtige tuin kun je goed zitten en 's ochtends in het zonnetje ontbijten. Ik denk dat we hier nog wel terug zullen komen.

We stayed at this Ago’s place for the second time. This time, two of us and two friends from Valencia spent one weekend here. We absolutely loved the house and all its facilities. The host provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks to their suggestions, we made two trips to Cartagena during this getaway. Cartagena’s ocean views and historic architecture were truly captivating. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both the lounge and the bedroom offer magnificent views of the golf course. Honestly, the only regret we had was not being able to stay longer 😊

La casa estaba muy bien cuidada y limpia. Lo mejor de todo la zona de la terraza con jacuzzi y piscina, tiene una zona de barbacoa y es ideal para disfrutar con los amigos. Nos sentimos como en casa, los propietarios son encantadores y nos lo explicaron todo muy bien a la llegada. La verdad que nos fuimos muy contentos de haber elegido esta casa para pasar unos días en Cabo de Palos.

From start to finish, we had a great week away. the pool was amazing, as it was heated, so completely useable for our whole stay. the villa itself was a great place to stay. overall, a great place, and a great host. thanks Jesus for being so responsive to requests and messages whilst we were there.

Villa to recommend to all who want to relax in peace, quiet & luxury. The house is beautiful. Very modern, glazed with lots of light. Super comfortable for a group of 8 people. A large table for eating meals together & playing cards. Large terrace on which you sit, read & drink Prosecco basking in the sun. Beautiful pool, only the water as for me too cold but it is a matter of individual feelings. The host super helpful. He was waiting for us at home, despite the late arrival time. He bought for us basic groceries because it was too late for shopping. Appreciated. He recommended local attractions, restaurants and places worth visiting. He was helpful throughout our stay and prepared a delicious surprise at the end. I highly recommend staying at the villa owned by Pronemusa.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! The property is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy our Christmas holidays together. Every detail in the villa was thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful and stylish furniture to the small touches that made it feel like home. The host went above and beyond to make our stay special by setting up a Christmas tree and decorating the villa with festive touches, which truly brought the holiday spirit alive. These thoughtful details made our family Christmas one of the best we’ve ever had. Wij hadden een super fijne vakantie. Rustig gelegen woning. Alles voorzien. Snelle communicatie met host. Heel fijn zwembad en lounges. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

We stayed in this beautiful villa, a family gathering from two countries, 3 young kids and 6 adults, house was nice and big with more than enough space. Kids loved the heated pool and hottub, although it was february and a bit cold some days and staff came to clean and maintain the pool regularly! We had a rental car which was nice to go a bit further to the beach to some restaurants but a lot of stores and some restaurants within walking distance in this nice scandinavian neighborhood. Would highly recommend this place! Owner was easily contacted and flexible :)

2nd time at this Lovely villa and had a great time again. Will be booking for next year.
